how rosa has probably never told her friends or family that she’s bi and brooklyn nine-nine allowed us to have a bi character who is an adult and still not completely out because closeted adults are more common than we think and that’s still ok

how charles apologized to rosa for making her feel pressured or coerced into coming out

how charles doesn’t try to make her sexuality a question and doesn’t bring up past partners as a way to invalidate rosa’s relationship, and his initial surprise when she comes out isn’t used as a excuse or cover-up for bi/homophobia

how charles was once obsessed with rosa but has never once been nasty towards any of her boyfriends, and he isn’t bitter that she’s dating a girl now and tells rosa she has all of his support

how rosa says she doesn’t want to talk about it and charles lets it go 

how rosa diaz is a main character and has a stable job and is good at her job and is in a healthy relationship and bisexual and none of those things exclude the other
