Indulgence Allowing space for my ‘hard emotions’. <Screen Time> Denying them would be denying myself. Making plans for regularly occurring activity, instead of when “I have time”. Treat myself like a small child. Breathing. 1. Say No when I mean no. 2. Say Yes, when I mean yes.
