It's just a very interesting dynamic. Fiddleford and Ford were college roommates, wink wink nudge nudge, and then live together in a secluded cabin that Fiddleford left his wife and young child to go live in because Ford simply asked for his help. They're best friends but there's a lot to suggest that at the MINIMUM, Fiddleford certainly has feelings for Ford. (Forgetting to get his wife a Christmas gift but making two for Ford, making Ford's name his password, etc.)
Bill and Ford are ambiguously canon. It's certainly up to interpretation how exactly you read their relationship but at the very least, it's blatant both of them loved each other. (Ford literally worshipping Bill for over a year, giving him full permission to possess him as he pleased, calling himself a Cipherholic, etc. Mabel telling Bill to go crush on somebody else's uncle, "one Sixer, please", "if lost return to Bill", etc.) Whether they ever voiced that to each other in a romantic sense, unclear.
And then there's Fiddleford and Bill. Fiddleford says he never met him, but he also wiped his own memory hundreds of times so he's not the most reliable narrator. Ford thinks he was hiding Bill's existence well, but as you can see in the attached image, he was NOT subtle about his worshipping, even letting himself be possessed in front of Fiddleford. Fiddleford's invention leads to Bill's death. They're both in love with the same man, and are both too emotionally constipated to do anything useful about it. Their potential interactions are a relatively untapped treasure trove of possibility.
Shen Qingqiu(Shen Yuan)/Luo Binghe/Liu Qingge:
Luo Binghe and Shen Qingqiu are married by the end of the series and have both been in sort-of courtships with Liu Qingge for years but they’re all such oblivious idiots that none of them realize this.
This is THE love triangle in SVSSS, and we were robbed of these three ending up together. Luo Binghe and Liu Qingge are both head over heels in love with Shen Qingqiu. Both would do anything to make him happy. Shen Qingqiu is in love with both, even if he has 0 ability to recognize this in himself. Luo Binghe and Liu Qingge fought for 5 years for plot-related reasons, and you can't tell me that isn't the fuel for some top-tier enemies to lovers trope.
au fic idea where qingge gets pregnant and mingyan walks in on him sprawled out on the floor unable to get up and that's how she finds out. After that is just mingyan incessantly asking him who the baby daddy is, following him around, them bickering, mingyan taking care of him and fulfilling his weird ass cravings, going hunting together, hiding his pregnancy and being bad abt it (luckily people just take them for their word without question) bonus is sqq clocking them acting weird and then he starts an investigation of his own to figure out why they're both being so shady.
Bonus bonus if sqq is the baby daddy and he's spying on the liu siblings and blacks out at this news. The liu siblings find him blacked out and bring him inside, now that he knows more chaos ensues, mingyan and qingqiu are trying their best to keep up with qingge's mood swings, some sweet domestic liushen moments, liushen bickering moments, 50 shades of qingge during pregnancy.
bonus bonus bonus if qingqiu is actually with binghe and he's off to deal with some huan hua or demon realm business so he's in the dark about this whole ordeal. qingge's pregnancy is a complete accident, it happened when they were both off hunting some species of plant that qingqiu really wanted to get his hands on and asked qingge to accompany him. Weird side effect from a plant (idk) and binghe comes back to find out what happened. He's losing it bcs what's his relationship with the child? he doesn't wanna be an uncle, does the concept of child in law exist? what does that make his and qingge's relationship? will shizun abandon him or the child? cause he shouldn't do either of those things. but what's going to happen and god why does qingge look so good (camera pans to qingge an absolute mess, gnawing on the bones of some weirdass food he's having, hair all messy and tied up, dark circles under his eyes and hasn't showered in a week, wearing stained clothes and in the most wretched mood ever) so binghe's just having a midlife crisis abt his weird messed up 3 way that's not really a 3 way cause he wasnt there and he's kinda sad that he was left out??? and mingyan is having the time of her life watching bingqiu deal with her fussy pregnant brother and trying to figure out what their relationship would be and clocking the fact that they're very attracted to qingge rn and don't know how to act while qingge is Not having it and essentially oblivious to their attraction towards him (he has bigger problems).
okay so regarding this post here's what i imagine their outfits would look like (i got too attached to this and couldn't stop thinking abt it)

Outfit would look something like this, nothing too different from the style he goes for generally i. e. Not full length robes, something easy to move around it, but more formal and elegant

It's to the point I copied LQG's eye make up! Of course, with eyeliner, since I don't really have eyelashes for that atm! I kinda mixed LQG's eyes (the make up) and SQQ's eye colour. Think of this as something inspired by LiuJiu 👀

What do you do when you make a mistake? Since you said you render everything in one layer.
Do you just erase the mistake and draw it again like some artists do or do you try to correct it without redoing almost everything?

I don't render in one layer, but i do merge everything once I'm happy with how it looks
for mistakes i see later after i have merged everything, i duplicate that layer and then paint over then merge when im satisfied (its a very inefficient process but when i see a stray stroke or im doing cleanup on the lineart and I don't wanna sift through all my layers to find it, i do this lol)
i use the liquidfy tool to do the corrections if i wanna keep as much as the already rendered stuff intact so yeah

Hello!! I'm so flattered you think so highly of my drawings whahaha TYSMM (I'm no professional tho so my art advice might not be the best at all...)
Unfortunately I delete my sketch as soon as im satisfied with my lineart, or delete the file as soon as im done with the drawing AND i always merge all my layers to paint over it (it saves me time as much as it screws me over ngl)
I can however show you what my process looks like (its very scuffed so) here under the read more its not taking a ton of space on my blog

yeah uhhh its hard to explain how I render, I just go with whatever looks good 😭 i think yhe most important thing is to pay attention to facial structure (not that follow that completely at all woops) but it does make ur drawing look better
