Also, for best results you can use more than 1 technique to do so. What do I mean? Recently, I came across a very interesting method regarding manifesting an sp that is worth mentioning. This method combines some of Neville Goddard's teachings as well as some scripting and the act of physically writing a love letter. There is a post from the user lasagnaboy in the Neville Goddard subreddit describing this technique and it seems to be having positive results for his friend after doing it only for a week so it deserves to be mentioned if anyone is looking to manifest their sp quickly. Let me give you the steps of this technique. At the thread he mentions that you do this technique everyday , a little before going to sleep. The first step is to write ( physically write - not in your imagination) a love letter to your sp or to your future lover! You can start the letter with :"Dear… (the name of your sp) or if you don't know the name you can write something like: "Dear my love" or whatever feels more natural to you. 2nd step. Relax, take a few breaths to ground yourself and then start writing as if you were writing to your real love. You don't have to write anything in specific just let the words flow out. You can even write about your day and how it went. Also, he writes that it is good to write whatever your significant other would like to read in a love letter. Eg "when I am with you I feel…". You get the point. Something like that. After about 11 minutes of writing the sweet words to your sp you start feeling as if you have actually finished writing a love letter to someone you love! It is like the feelings become real and you actually feel the love. So, it is connected to Neville Goddard's teaching since it involves a scene that feels real, as if you have already manifested your specific person and since you are writing to your lover it implies that he already exists, thus thinking from the wish fulfilled. If you wonder who Neville Goddard is, he used to teach that you can manifest anything with your imagination and had some very simple but effective techniques. It is a simple technique by Neville Goddard and is one of the  most easy to perform in order to manifest your desire. As usual it revolves around imagination and your imaginary acts to realize your wish. Simply you imagine someone talking and having a conversation about you with another person ( it could be a conversation about you over the phone, or a conversation within a room etc) implying that you Manifested your actual desire. That you have attained your Wish. How do you perform the eavesdropping technique? The steps are 3 and are very easy. Just like all of Neville's techniques it just requires your imagination and relaxation. Step 1: Once again get into a relaxed state, lay somewhere comfortable and try not to get distracted or disturbed for a while. Step 2: Close your eyes and with your eyes closed you start imaging. In your imagination you hear your parents or your friends talking about how they believed you were brilliant and always had faith in you that you would create a successful business that makes millions. That they are so lucky to have you are their child/ friend. Etc. Or something like that. Step 3: Keep imaging more detail and more vividly to get into stronger feelings, so it will start feeling even more real. Remember the more you repeat and the more details you add the better. I think you get the point. Let me give you some more tips: Get lost into this scene. Imagine so vividly that you can actually hear the voices and feel proud of your achievements. Keep repeating in your imagination and adding more details. For those who don't know the Congratulations manifestation technique  is a technique by Neville Goddard. He is not the only one who talks about congratulatory Imagination and scenes but he is the most known. You may have heard that the congratulations manifesting technique is one of the most powerful, but no one explains why. Finally, you are going to discover why this technique is one of the most powerful for manifestation. Just stick until the end. It won’t take long. Imagine is someone tells you these 5 phrases: Congratulations! Well done! Great job! You made it/ You did it! Bravo! Or something like that. Let me ask you something: How do you feel when you accomplish something that you wanted so much? What does it make you think about? Most people feel just AMAZING! They feel invincible! Congratulations technique by Neville Goddard The congratulations technique is very simple yet very effective when it comes to manifestation. For those who have never encountered Neville Goddard’s teachings, their main concept is that you can easily manifest your desires with the power of imagination. Thanks to the Congratulations technique it is easier to get into the state of having the wish fulfilled, which is key if you want to realize your desire and manifest easily. There are many variations of his techniques in his lectures but the basis is feeling from the wish fulfilled, which means you should be feeling as if you have manifested your desire. So how do you perform this congratulations technique? As usual with Neville's teachings, everything comes down to relaxing and imaging. 1st step. Maybe you need some guidance from the universe and reassurance that what you do is right, so it is quite usual to ask for signs. But what if I told you that asking for signs is not what you think it is. Asking for signs and reassurance from a higher power can be problematic for you and your manifestation and can slow it down. You are a Creator 03:40 Resistance and the Bridge of Incidents Bridge of Incidents: A Step Closer to Manifestation | Neville Goddard Analysis and explanation What is the Bridge of incidents (Neville Goddard) If you have studied some of Neville Goddard's teachings, you may have come across the phrase "bridge of incidents". The bridge of incidents is a series of events that will lead to your manifestation. It is when an event happens after another event that will lead you closer to your desire. It may seem unrelated as an event but it will lead to another event that will take you close to your wish. This series of seemingly unrelated events from your imaginal act to manifestation is what Neville Goddard calls “Bridge Of Incidents” The bridge of incidents could be just events, circumstances, coming across people of even information presenting themselves at the right time. The bridge of incidents is probably something that you will understand after the manifestation has occurred. Not always, but most of the time.  After the manifestation you will realize how these events were connected to lead you to your manifestation. Sometimes they may even be negative or perceived as negative but in the end they will lead you to where you want to be. The incidents often are a projection of our limiting beliefs inside of us that happen to realize as events. The Universe works in mysterious ways. You don’t need to understand how. You only need to trust it and it will bring you your manifestation. Remember, you are God. You are a creator and the external world and your current reality is a reflection of your inner state. With our imagination we can influence our subconscious mind to create circumstances that will lead us to our desire. You need to trust the process and the infinite potential of ways your desire is going to realize itself. So don’t get stuck to the bridge of incidents or looking for signs that your manifestation is near. If you imagined and lived in the end you have planted the seed for your manifestation. After all you are the creator. If you start concentrating in the bridge of incidents looking for validation and signs you lose the power in yourself. The power within you brings you to your manifestation. Not the bridge of incidents. The bridge of Incidents is just a reflection. A sequence of circumstances, unfolding to lead you to your goal. The external world is a reflection of your inner state. So pay no attention to the bridge of incidents. If you start paying attention to the external world and try to change it this can bring more resistance to your manifestation. Don’t try to stop it. Don’t interfere. Just try to flow with it and accept it, because trying to force things to change will create resistance. Force creates force. There are infinite ways for the universe to bring you closer to your desire. The bridge will bring the incidents at the right time in the most harmonious ways for your manifestation. Those obstacles will become opportunities . Those seemingly negative events will contribute to your desire being brought closer to you.

Neville insists that the telephone technique is infallible and gives great results to manifest your desire. The telephone technique is a Revision technique ( I will leave a link in the description). Neville actually analyses one phrase from the Gospel of Mark The time is fulfilled and the kingdom of heaven is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel." And explains that the world repent means a radical change of thinking/ behavior of something you dislike or want to change. And this is exactly the whole point or this technique. You revise reality and transform it to your desire. Neville does the telephone technique like that: While receiving a phone call and hearing bad news,  he completely ignores the bad or negative news he hears. He  revises the entire conversation immediately as he listens to it and imagines only the desired outcome. He doesn't wait a single moment to revise the bad news. He doesn't wait until night time or imagine while falling asleep ( e.g state akin to sleep: I will leave a link in the description) He changes it with his imagination and revises it to bring the desire he wants. He actually listens to the person on the phone saying they have obtained their desire. And by that I mean that you imagine that you are actually listening to the person on the phone telling that they have their desire. You imagine so vividly that you actually hear it. While on the phone don't be sucked in the person's bad news and complaints, just love them but ignore the bad news completely. You choose what you allow to enter, so don't let their negativity bring you down because you can change all that with your imagination. After the end of the conversation and when they are done with their complaining, while still remembering clearly how their voice sounds like, change their words and feel the joy. Use your imagination and vividly imagine their voice changing and becoming joyful, telling you the good news( their desire fulfilled). Hear them ( vividly imagine hearing them so it actually feels true) telling you positive news and the fulfillment of their desire. And this is the telephone technique. A technique based on Revision. Simple and effective. This “Telephone Technique” can be used by you and also for other people that you care about. Actually it is included twice in the same lecture. He describes this method as very simple and as a very simple process that always works for him. Before doing this technique Neville insists on trying it first to find your rhythm. You can do this technique anywhere as long as you are in a relaxed state and filled with love (Golden Rule). The “Golden Rule” teaches: Do unto others what you want them to do unto you. Don’t use it to hurt someone, but feel free to use it if you want comfort of wealth. 1st step: Think, for whom do you want this manifestation to be about? Is the desire for you or someone else? How do you imagine yourself (or somebody else) becoming? Neville in his lecture uses the example: Wouldn’t it be wonderful if he/she had it… 2nd step: Find exactly what you want. What is your desire? What do you want? 3d step: Imagine yourself (or anybody else the desire is for) that what you are imagining is true now. Imagine it vividly, imagine seeing yourself (or anyone you wish their desire to be fulfilled) that they have it. Work yourself up into an emotional state: breath in  and breathe out, breathe in and out again and while imagining it work it up as a time exposure and take a really deep inhalation, that you can actually feel every pore of you explode! And that’s it. You don’t need to do anything else. Life will develop your desire! Neville also mentions that during the explosion you may feel the energy coming out of you and after that intensity you will feel no desire to repeat it, because it is so strong that you know it will manifest. You get almost the same thrill as a sexual act but it is not physical. Neville in his lecture uses the term “time exposure” and “develop” . It is like taking a mental “photo“ of your desire completed and you just wait for it to be “developed” like a photograph and become reality. Your imagination is God. Keep persisting and believing in it and it will harden into fact and become your reality. Only 3 steps to Manifest Successfully You may have heard that one of the most famous manifesting techniques of Neville Goddard, is a technique called “ I Remember When”. This has to be the one of the greatest and most powerful manifestation techniques and it manifests quite quickly for most people. Imagination creates reality because your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between reality and imagination. When someone refers to this technique they never tell you how to do it correctly so you can be successful with your manifestation. This video will show you how to do the technique “ I Remember When” correctly. When doing the I Remember When technique,  you think of yourself being in the future and having fulfilled your desire. You really try to feel it deeply. The key is to feel so deep that you actually "remember" when you didn't have your desire. It has to feel like a memory, that's exactly you use the verb remember. It has to feel like an actual memory that you have experienced. You remember a moment in the past when you didn't have the desire, and you try to feel so deep that you fool your brain to actually remember when you didn't have your desire. After that the feeling you get is happiness or relief, that you actually have changed your reality by fulfilling your desire. You try to trick your brain to believe it. You try to fool your brain to create a false memory by feeling relief and happiness now that you have your desire. Eg. I remember when I didn't have a job. You can also enhance this sentence by saying : I remember I didn't have a job one month ago. By adding the time, or more details to the sentence it will trick your brain even more so it can make a connection more believable to the false memory and start to feel more real. By adding the time your brain will remember that one month ago you didn't (probably) have a job because it will be the truth, so it will make the feeling of lack in the past feel realistic. Use feelings. Not just words. Feel it so deep that you convince yourself to actually remember a false memory and also feel relief or happiness that you now have your desire. Note: This technique works better  when used with visualizing. So, you visualize the desire you wish to manifest (etc job, business, car) and you can use it many times, even throughout the day to “think back” to the visualization when you did not have your desire. E.g I remember when i got my dream job. Additionally, this technique helps with self doubt, because you feel like you cannot doubt something that has happened in reality and is a fact.

Neville Goddard and The importance of SATS for manifestation: According to Neville Goddard and his teachings, SATS means state akin to sleep. But, what is the importance of the SATS and why does Neville refer to it with such passion? Sometimes, it is far easier to manifest something smaller or something that we don’t really care about, and when it is time to materialize something big or something that we really want, we tend to struggle. You have to understand that, struggle and force creates more resistance to your manifestation. As Neville says: “Prayer succeeds by avoiding conflict. Prayer is, above all things, easy. Its greatest enemy is effort” Neville Goddard Sometimes we are trying too hard. And that’s exactly why SATS is that important. The state akin to sleep is one of the best ways to materialize your desires, because it comes effortlessly, most of the time. Imagining during SATS state comes with no effort, or strain because our conscious brain slows down and goes into the alpha and then theta state, where the subconscious mind prevails. The subconscious mind is under the control of the conscious mind. As the conscious mind submerges, the subconscious mind awakes and it will accept any idea, suggestion or imaginary picture which is felt as true. While we fall asleep, our brain first enters the alpha state, a more relaxed state in which our brain is more relaxed and receptive and also stimulates daydreaming, fantasy and imagination. The theta is considered the border between the conscious and the subconscious mind. Theta state is a very deep relaxation state, just before sleeping and right before awakening, utilized during hypnosis and REM sleep. During the theta state you can access the subconscious mind and this gives you the keys to manifesting. You manifest  your subconscious mind. For me, the easiest way to get into SATS is to just simply lay somewhere comfortable or even sit somewhere comfortable, without having to lay down, and close my eyes. If you are one of the people that tend to doze off quickly, sitting instead of laying down could be more helpful. The whole point of SATS is to feel relaxed. The moment you have closed your eyes, your body will start relaxing and before you doze off when you get into this drowsy- almost drunk- state, where the feeling of sleepiness is starting to take over your body, it means that you are in the state akin to sleep (SATS). When at this state, it will become easier to imagine and to feel more realistically. So, simply start visualizing your desire. Act it and make it as if you are there now as if you already have it. Experience it and feel exactly how you would have felt if you had your desire. Then keep repeating imaging vividly and feeling the scene again and again until you fall asleep with this feeling. If you have difficulty in relaxing, you can do some breathing exercises (Eg square breathing, The Wim Hof breathing technique), or try relaxing every part of your body starting from your feet up. Also, you can try counting down from 100 or 50 at a steady pace. During this state stick to the scene of your desire with visualizations that will come effortlessly.  Most of the time, while at the SATS state the negative thoughts and all the self-limiting beliefs that come from the conscious mind, stop. Every negative thought that self sabotages the idea that you are a creator and can materialize your desire, stops. The reason behind that is that during SATS your conscious mind becomes submerged and the subconscious mind which is more accepting, prevails.

 ✅ 3d method: The third way to pray is just to feel thankful. If you have a desire either for you or for someone else, start by immobilizing your physical body, then start doing SATS (state akin to sleep) and while in that state you start feeling happy and thankful, as if your wish is already fulfilled. You assume the feeling of your desire fulfilled and within that happy state you fall asleep. You don’t need to do anything else because it already is. The feeling of the wish fulfilled implies that it is done.

These are the steps for his revision method. 1. At the end of the day, start reviewing your day, without judgment. Go through the entire day, with detail, like a script. Include all events, meetings or episodes that happened. Visualize them in your mind vividly and clearly. 2. After Visualizing the events of the day, rewrite them in your mind like a script and visualize how the events of the day would have been if you would have had the perfect day. Imagine the day you wish you had instead of what you experienced in reality. Rewrite it scene after scene, event after event and sculpt it to make it as you wish and after revising start reliving your day, the revised one, again and again until you believe that it actually happened like that. Notice that by revising today, you will be able to change your tomorrow. People and situations that made you bitter or disappointed one day, the next day they will not cause any disappointment because inside of you with the power of imagination you have changed that person and so it will be. 3. Revise daily. Otherwise, you can get out of habit. Revision is forgiveness. He who forgives shall be forgiven. It is automatic. Once you realize you are God, you will realize you are a tree in the garden. Everything is connected to you and everything is an extension of you.
