can we talk abt electricity in the zones

i think the railway that takes supplies out to bli outposts has to be crazy guarded bc of the way some killjoy crews organize hijackings and steal batteries and supplies. I also think that mooching power off of neutral settlements with established infrastructure is difficult but somewhat common. there's highly likely to be solar farms out in the desert that BLI operates as well and I think that those are much harder for the killjoys to access or sabotage bc they're highly patrolled and fenced in

how could I forgot the wind farms!!!! I think it would be a goal for bli to rebuild the windmills out by route 62 and expand there. I think however given the geographic location of route 62 and the windmills being in a narrower pass between the mountains before the desert opens up would make it a high conflict zone between desert travelers, better living, and killjoys so construction there is much harder to get done without conflict with killjoys and sabotage. it's in the killjoys best interest as well to not let better living get a foothold in that particular part of the landscape or it would prevent travel to and from the nearer zones and outer zones.
