I'm also going to entirely re-do the family business, the Limestone Hospital. I've never really been satisfied with how it looks, and the CC purge has left it in horrible shape. So I'm taking the chance to renovate it. Hopefully the family can afford it.

I have wanted a swimmable lake for Arcadia Falls for what seems like aeons now, but I couldn't be bothered to try and mess around with the trickery and fussing which that involves. Luckily, it seems that, whenever ago, I downloaded a lot called Forest Lake (huge thanks to @shadysentinel for finding the link!), so I took the chance to sit down and redecorate and revamp it to my taste. Welcome to the Swimming Hole. :)

I was in mood for a building .. 😊🌼Just a tiny house…

Their house was becoming super pink-flashy and crashy. So they decided to bulldoze and rebuild! I posted a link to the speed build video I made of this before, and here’s some of the pictures. There are more at the end of the video too!

I made a cute lil shop in Leod McGreggor’s barn! He’s gonna sell fresh veggies, bread, and gardening supplies! 

I moved Ari into The Silver Palm, Beachified and he threw a party with some friends and family to celebrate. He’s taking to beach life quite well, but the house is a lot to take care of, and he is still pursing his rock star career at nights. So he redeemed some aspiration points to get some help around the house!

WIP: still chipping away at my makeover of this house. Usually I leave the garden for last, so I thought I’d mix it up for once. 

I like how it turned out!

Ava reluctantly signs the lease on her 3 room apartment. In case you’re wondering, I did roll a d4 to determine where she would live; either uphill, downhill, apartment or parent’s house.
