Elämä on kilvoittelua

Elämässä tärkeintä on matka. Elämän matkaa kuljetaan koko ajan. Matka vaatii oppimista ja kasvua. Kasvu vaatii halua kasvaa ja oppia. Kasvu tapahtuu kilvoittelun kautta. Elämässä voi kilvoitella monella eri osa-alueella, esimerkiksi:

Itsensä hyväksymisen kanssa. Olemme täydellisiä epätäydellisinä. Ihana paradoksi, eikö vain?

Rakastamisen kanssa. Ketkä ovat sinulle tärkeitä ihmisiä? Kenen hyvinvointi on sinulle tärkeintä maailmassa? Mitä teet näiden ihmisten eteen päivittäin?

Itsensä johtamisen kanssa. Mille sanot kyllä ja mille sanot ei? Mikä sinulle on oikeasti tärkeää? Mitä haluat saada aikaan, ja mitä sinun pitää tehdä, että saat ne asiat aikaa mitä haluat?

Ystävyyden ja kohteliaisuuden kanssa. Minusta on tärkeää, että kohtaamiset tuottavat hyvää mieltä ja energiaa. Se on mahdollista, jos niin haluamme.

Omien rajojen kunnioittamisen kanssa. Milloin olen tehnyt tarpeeksi? Milloin sanon ei? Milloin sanon, että tämä ei ole oikein ja hyväksyttävää?

Luovuuden kanssa. Missä on mahdollisuuksia toimia toisin? Mitä voisimme kehittää?

Yhteyden kanssa. Kuinka voin luoda ja pitää yllä parempaa yhteyttä ystäviini? Kuinka ystävyys ja yhteisöllisyys kasvaa ja kehittyy minun panoksestani?

Matkanteko kasvattaa minua ihmisenä. Matkanteko ja kilvoittelu kasvattaa luonnetta. Matka on päämäärä.
