Quinn felt his mouth run dry as he stared down at the plate that had been placed in front of him, his tongue heavy and claggy as if he was looking at something that was going to poison him leaving him writhing in pain on the cold floor of Kirill's kitchen floor, rather than the peanut butter and jelly sandwich Kirill had made him after inviting Quinn into his apartment for one of their now frequent movie nights.

"Is everything okay?" Kirill asked, his eyebrows knitting together in confusion when he noticed Quinn had made no move to touch the sandwich in front of him, "Do you not like?"
