So, I've been away for a little bit, ok, a lot bit. In that time my clothes got tighter, the # on the scale went up, my sleep quality is poor, I've felt more tired and generally like crap. Well, I've decide I need to go back to my old ways. I need to drink more water, put better food in my mouth and be more active. I can't keep going the way I've been going the last month or I will have undone all my hard work last year. Yesterday was spent prepping food for our busy week ahead. Hummus made and chili portioned, just need to heat and serve. Also made ravioli casserole that just needs popped in the oven. Feeling pretty accomplished. #reshapinglivvy #makingtime #busylifeahead #preparingforsuccess

It seems like everyone is ready for 2016 to be over but it was a pretty good year for me. I traveled more this year than in past years.
