some days I'm just so overwhelmed by doing things without the accompaniment of another person or doing something I wasn't specifically instructed to by a person that I just scroll and scroll on my phone for hours. I feel like I need to ask "can I do ((thing))?" or "do you like this? what if I did ((thing))." I'm my own person and the opinions of others should not matter so much. but they do and it's suffocating. bought a new video game. idk if I'm gonna play it. I might return it. I didn't ask if I could get it or if anyone else thought it looked fun l. I got it based on what I thought about it and felt very excited. but now I just feel guilty and horrible and I should've asked if I should get it
