I've read so many articles in the last few weeks on top of all the articles I've read in the last 5 years but it's like. where did I read it. like, I KNOW that exercise is linked to increased hippocampal and prefrontal cortex volume but WHOMST said it.

and if I referenced as I wrote I would KNOW who said that chronic exercise participation increases circulating levels of BDNF. but I didn't

okay I have 44 days until my thesis completion date which means I need to have a completed thesis by next week so it can be submitted to examiners &c. and I'm basically done with writing a lit review but then I have to write a final chapter and then EDIT which is still so much work to do but I think I can do it

the lit review will take a bit of work to get nice but I don't think my discussion chapter will take me too long but I fear simply compiling and formatting the thesis will take longer than I planned but I will be hustling
