jin's pretty hard to please, and this man has expensive taste. if u tried giving him "peasant food", he wouldn't dare to let his taste buds ruin over them. though, he didn't reject when u offered to cook him a meal for once in his lifetime.

as jin scooped some of the food and brought the tablespoon to his lips. his cold gaze softened, a rare occurrence, while he savored the taste dancing on his tongue. for once in a while, the palpable tension died down, and jin commented, "the taste isn't overbearing. it's balanced."

he took another spoonful of the dish, and u swore u saw a small smile on his face at ur reaction. it wasn't every day u get to hear the ice king warmed up AND compliment ur cooking.

— Jiro Kirisaki :

after messaging haru about what he'd like to eat, u went over to jabberwock's dorm to send it directly to him. since he's always busy with taking care of the animals and managing the safari park, might as well reward him with a homecooked meal!

"aw, man. ya didn't have to come all the way here to bring me this. i could've came to u instead, gyahahaha!" haru grinned, accepting the bento box with a soft expression. "well, thanks a bunch! it's been a while since i've tasted someone's cooking."

he insisted on u staying for a while as the two of u settled down in the living room. bringing the spoonful of food to his mouth, he hummed in delight while chewing thoroughly.

once he swallowed it down, he exclaimed with a big smile on his face, "wow, this tastes just like home... reminds me of my mother's cooking, gyahahaha!"

"is this for me? ...u cooked me something?" jiro questioned, staring down at the lunchbox u handed to him. "thank u. i'll try some now. feed it to me."

of course, he'd ask u to feed him. it wasn't a sudden request. he has always asked u to feed him ever since u fed him some fruits. not that u mind. it's pretty cute that he trusted u enough to take care of him like that.

bringing the spoonful of ur cooking to jiro's mouth, u watched the light in his eyes flicker as he chewed thoughtfully. his gaze focused on u as he mumbled, "hm, this tastes good..." after a quiet moment, he added, "i want more."

"what's this? i don't remember instructing u to make this," yuri snarled, his eyes narrowing in confusion at the lunchbox u prepared for him. after hearing ur response, a soft heat settled across his face, his eyes widening in surprise, "t-this is for me?! why would u...?"

when u asked if he didn't want it and u should give it to someone else (jiro), yuri swiftly snatched the lunchbox from ur hands, yelling that he'll eat it since u made it for him, looking away to hide how red his face was. well, it wasn't really working since his ears already gave him away.

yuri invited u to accompany him in the office room (definitely not because he wanted u to see his reaction to ur cooking). he has already eaten a few spoonfuls of the meal u cooked, but he hasn't said anything about it yet.

when u heard yuri sniffling his nose, u diverted ur gaze to him, and u came to realize that he was crying. "this...," his voice cracked as he mustered up the words, shoving another spoonful in his mouth, "...tastes just like how my mama made it."

u noticed that mio wasn't eating a lot nowadays, so why not cook up something for him once in a while? he has helped with so much repairs, even yours. this is the least u could do to show appreciation.

u found mio sitting on the bench u usually see him, seemingly had just woken up from his nap. when u greeted him and handed him the bento box, he smiled gently, politely taking it from ur hands. "for me? thank u, u didn't have to do this for me... i'll do something for u as a repayment."

mio offered u to sit beside him as opened the lid of the bento box he placed on his lap. holding the chopsticks in his fingers and taking some of the food, he brought it to his lips. his expression brightened while he chewed, savoring the taste on his tongue.

"mmm, this is pretty tasty," mio commented, giving a thumbs up to u with his free hand before taking another bite of his meal, "it's similar to how my family would make it at home. it really tastes the same..."

"yuri gave me permission to come over and help u sleep, so it should be fine," jiro told u as he got himself ready and dressed for bed. he initially wanted to stay up and observe ur behavior, but u asked him to sleep with him. once u were both laying in bed, he scooted closer, and u could particularly feel the warmth of his body near urs. "rest well," jiro muttered, his eyes never leaving urs, just to make sure there wasn't any abnormalities.
