           Oh dear---- she knew this moment was going to eventually come, yet she couldn´t help but wish it had come at least a little later, then maybe--- just maybe, she would have been more prepared, as she would´ve had much more time to polish her perfect cold facade, yet contradicting her usual icy demeanor, as soon as Hektor appeared right behind her, it only took for her to hear his voice to find her iciness slowly melting away.

For someone as cruel as her, it was always fascinating to see just how easily he could reach to her and play with her heartstrings, a thing that was certainly obvious by how her knees were trembling and her breath felt uneven whenever he was close. Would it be okay for her to tell him, right at that moment, that she has never met a man like him in her entire life? Would it be too pathetic of her to confess to him that she would give her heart out to him without a second thought? it was scary to think that by his side, she did not feel herself, an assassin, but simply a woman.

Trying to stand straight, Carmilla attempted to gather the little pieces of pride that were left after her pathetic little act, only to then, raise her gaze to meet his eyes, those beautiful eyes of his, before she took a deep breath with the hopes that it would help her broken words appear more sincere. 

As her eyes were tenderly locked with his, she unconsciously stepped closer as she gently rested her pale hand over his forearm, with the hopes that by holding onto him, she wouldn´t melt completely.
