When Ribbit put the bow in Jax's "hair". People gasped. I know I shouted something but I don't remember what. Most of us were thinking trans!Jax going in, especially when he said he confessed "something" to his Mom, but we weren't sure Glitch were brave enough to actually do it. The bow? "Isn't she lovely"? The pink streetlamp? We witnessed a Fucking Moment and it started with that fucking hairbow.
WHEN CAINE SHOWED UP. WE SCREAMED. Everyone was like "WHAT???? WHAT???? WHAT???????"
When the slideshow started. Ending with Pomni accepting herself as she is. Crying sobbing throwing up theater
And finally. Abstragedy sex. People fucking applauded. Happy Pride

the ppl who interpreted Jax's blush when Ribbit put the bow on as Jax blushing because of Ribbit, and not because of the gesture surrounding the bow itself, coupled with the promise of keeping the deep and personal secret Jax just shared,
and the ones who thought that the "she" in "isnt she lovely" referred to Pomni (when the whole montage was centered on just Jax),
need to take their hands away from the keyboard, take a step back, and take off their shipping glasses for a second. and then watch the whole show again.
I'm happy to see the transfem Jax tag with people who liked the finale, I really liked it too! <3
A lot was taken out of context or done in bad faith just to make Jax even more unlikeable. Like the scene of Jax choking Pomni. That's an intrusive thought, in a hypothetical situation where Ragatha died with a VERY out of character Pomni (she would never say those things lol). Violent intrusive thoughts like that are normal. If we're going to criticize (and rightly so!!!) her actions, let's criticize everything we actually saw happen in all the episodes, not this scene of intrusive thoughts.
Or even the scene of "putting her on a leash". The context of the whole scene is that they all made a huge tent just for Jax to calm her down. Zooble sacrificed SEVERAL of their arms to carry Jax safely to the tent to calm her down, just like Kinger did with Queenie. It's a very beautiful scene that shows how much they care about Jax, even though she's a pain in the ass, like Zooble said.
