The Panzer Organization
Although at one point in time, Panzer saw itself being disbanded and deemed inactive by the one who led it, a disturbance drew the slumbering Dread Father from his self-imposed seclusion and out into the open. Seeing what had occurred, and what still had yet to come, a number of interactions, investigations, and planning had led to the understanding that the organization should come back.Â
 With a hand reaching across his desk, a parchment was pulled towards him, and a quill taken to writing.
Word has reached us in this dire time of need for Azeroth, with war upon the horizon we endeavor to root out the dissonant whispers of an evil that time has long forgotten, a true threat that can overturn the impending conflict and rid this land of any who could dare stand against it before it is too late. The squabbling is but a distraction, something that can distract the mind and subvert forces into a matter that risks much.Â
Our aim, is to determine the goals of those hiding beneath the conflict of the two Factions, and contain or eliminate them. Should it ever be something aligned to our own goals, then subverting and guiding their hands to do the work for us is of top priority. If you can find it within yourself to see beyond this, and find yourself capable of shouldering a burden that precious few will ever thank you for, seek the ebon cross.Â
 Carry the Ebon Cross, or be crushed beneath it.Â
 For Panzer.Â
For the Dread Father.
Panzer is a moderate to heavy roleplaying guild on the Wyrmrest Accord Server of World of Warcraft. Rather than sticking to just one sort of theme in particular, we have drawn from a number of different archetypes for guilds to make this a unique environment which still holds its fair share of secrets. There is no restriction upon the races that can join, one needs to only be mindful of lore and what would be feasible to go walking through the Horde cities.
While the guild holds a morality that bounces between neutral and evil, there are individuals who seek out the betterment of the realm, and the people who inhabit it. With each plot that is built and offered, there is an intent behind each one to leave an impression upon the characters who experience it, watching how it causes them to react and evolve through it.Â
It is not just something to push a story, but to push the development and growth of characters. Positions within Panzer are not just handed to someone, each one involves something specific, and ways for you to make it your own!Â
 Panzer also participates in game content: PvP and PvE, current and old, enjoying transmog runs and for some, taking care of progression.Â

From Darkness, Light
The dream state darkened, as clouds formed around her and the oceanâs waves turned even more  angry, frothy and sickly green. Her translucent hands would barely seem to hold the light.
But Kena took a deep breath, thinking of the way home. The way towards Love, and to fight against the raging poison that wished her dead. Â Her pale eyes looked upwards towards the heavens, now turning ebony as if a storm was approaching.
A soft prayer was given, words spoken in her native tongue to ask for the gods to grant her freedom so she may return to the world to do their work. Â Her hands moved upwards towards the dwindling light, Â a surge of radiance growing within her.Â
It started as a tiny spark, within her heartâs core, and soon the golden energy flowed into her being like warm honey through her wrists and hands and downwards into her feet and ankles. Â There was light against the darkness of death.
She became a light well, a font of healing energy and the love of the universe as she whispered still the prayers she knew engraved upon her heart. Â Hands outstretched, the light shot out to pierce the clouds in the darkening firmament.
She gave everything she had left, Â guiding the light upwards to crack the heavens, knowing sometimes up was the only way out. In a brilliance of the Pale Lady the world around her faded in a blinding curtain.
Returning slowly to another world, Â the heavy weight of gravity filled her weakening figure. Â A whisper of life, and the breath returned with more vivacity than before. Eyes sealed shut slowly blinked open, and parched lips spoke softly to whomever listened:
âPoison.â

Leaning back in the chair, the armored mender exhaled a weary sigh as she lifted a hand to comb through her pale platinum strands. How many days had it been since the priestess had first been struck comatose from the incident at the library? Time had blurred into an endless circle of the exchanges of the sun and moon. Countless tests had been done and detailed records kept. Rarely if ever was the priestess without another nearby to keep an ever vigilant watch on her and word be sent out should there be any change seen.
However, for days, she had lay slumbering and with no answers that had panned out, there was little to do but to try and keep her comfortable. In essence, it had become more like a death vigil than much else. Easing herself to her feet with a slight clinking of armor against wood she walked to where her friend and comrade slumbered before reaching out to place a gentle hand on her forehead. âYouâre in there somewhere, I have faith that you are. Please come back to us. Itâs not yet your time to leave this world and you know that. There are still many who care for you and need you in their lives. Come on, Kena, wake up please,â she murmured before lightly placing her other hand on the womanâs neck, closing her bright emerald orbs in concentration as she worked to take note of and then record her vitals upon the needed device.
âNo changes, I suspected as much. Light help her now because I sure canât,â she mumbled before exhaling a heavy sigh. âLight hear my plea. Cure that which mortals canât. Grant respite that no other can. Please bring her back,â she whispered before a soft golden aura surrounded her hands. âYou heard me, bring her back!â Tightly clenching her hands together her entire form trembled before the magic broke into delicate golden crystals shattering into nothingness.
Scowling, she turned away before gritting her teeth and silently cursing herself out for having lost her temper, if only briefly. âCalm, the Light will prevail,â she murmured, before drawing in a measured breath and gently unfurling her fists. âI swear if anyone had a hand in causing her this suffering theyâll regret it,â she growled before pulling her lips into a displeased snarl, and slowly shaking her head. âLight have mercy on any who harm those I work with, for I most certainly wonât,â she whispered, before turning her focus on the sleeping priestess, barely in time to see the womanâs eyes finally open, which in itself was unbelievable, uplifting and more all at once, but also to hear her manage a single word. âPoison.â âKena!â It was at that the point that the healer quickly placed a hand on the priestessâs forehead and another on her neck, taking note and recording the vitals, hurriedly storing the information before speaking again. âShhh, my friend, shhh, donât try to talk too much. Also, welcome back to the waking world,â she murmured, before pouring a glass of water and setting it on the nightstand. âWait, someone poisoned you?â She asked quietly, the only word uttered by the priestess slipping back into her mind once she had collected herself. âIf they did theyâll pay for it,â she mumbled, before gingerly biting down on her lower lip and quickly raising the ruby upon a golden chain to her lips. âDr. Solaris, Miss Silverbrook is awake.â Soon after she lowered the gem and returned her focus to the priestess and offering her a soft smile. âWould you like some water? Itâll be alright, my friend, all will be fine,â she murmured.
@kenasilverbrook, @deylivia
Kena simply nodded, her body was weak, and her throat was dry. She rose very slowly upwards, feeling the weight of being alive once more. Â Yet here she was in her manor with friends near by.
âHow long?â She whispered softly, after the offered drink was given and she sipped it slowly. The revitalizing liquid refilled her strength and spirit. Â âHow long have I been gone?â Time was different in the mind, and the priestess had simply lost track of it as the days had slipped by.
After her sipping, she simply nodded. âYes. Poison. Iâm not sure which kind.. but..â Even with the water it was hard to speak, it felt strange to feel the winds coming from her mouth, and to be seen and heard. Kena finished the glass of water and lay back down again,  hands resting on her stomach.
Everything was so bright, Â so daunting, and yet the Light had delivered her back where she needed to be. Â Now it was simply up to those with the energy to find the cure, and find the one responsible. Looking at the womanâs eyes, she knew that it would be found and soon. A debt repaid in full.
@crazyladyhorse/ @deylivia
The Prodigy appeared at the doorway, crystalline tablet in-hand, silver strands hanging from the tie that so normally held them neatly back, âToo longâŚ.â  she was pale.  She frowned, placing a graceful hand on Taniâs shoulder before moving to the other side of the bed to begin taking more vitals now that the patient had awoken.  âHow do you know it was poison?  Every possibility I could imagine was absent - I even looked for Arcane Necrosis, though I have only ever seen a solitary caseâŚ. traces of herbs, traces of drink - nothing that should have  rendered you helpless for monthsâŚâ Â
She sighed, pausing to place an affectionate hand on the cheek of Kenawae Silverbrook, âIâm sorryâŚ. I am asking too much too soon.  Welcome back.  Youâve been sorely missed.â
@crazyladyhorse  @kenasilverbrook
Kena blinked. âBecause my late brother in the spirit world told me.â She took a deep breath, looking out over the world once more with her tired, pale eyes. âSlow acting. Hard to detect. Could have just been easily diagnosed as natural cause. â Kena sighed. âAnd paralyzingâŚâ âI wasnât supposed to wake up from this. but somehow a prayer.. and my own will burned through it..â
She looked towards their tired faces, the strain on their features. âI have worried you both so much. More than I should have.. I should make it up to you. Sometime, when all of us are feeling better and rested..â Slowly she rose to a seated position and took a deep breath.
âThere was an elf who encountered me in the woods. I didnât think anything of it when he walked into me. But then I started feeling dizzy.â  She took another sip of her drink, finding even these words hard as she watched the other women. âI went to the Library to do some research.. and then the book fell on me. Darkness then, and then.. I know nothing else.â The priestess sighed.
âBut my brother would never lie, not in my mind..or in my dream.â The priestess sighed, looking now out towards the windows. âYou should open he windows, let the sea breeze in. Itâs been so long since iâve felt the embrace of the ocean.â
@vellissanasolaris/ @crazyladyhorse
âThatâs what has me bewildered as well, out of all the tests we ran I canât help but suspect that if it was poison we would have detected the presence of it. However⌠I wonder, despite not being an expert on herbs if maybe a compound that held such close similarities to the body was used and perhaps thatâs why none of the tests we did registered it. Now, yes, maybe thatâs a bit far-fetched and thereâs a chance it could be something entirely different.â
Lifting a hand to tug at her opposite wrist guard and gauntlet she offered a gentle shake of her head. âDonât mention it, besides anything for you and hmm, well, at least we may know where you came in contact with the poison, and I donât doubt that your brother would never lie to you. Still, and this probably goes without saying weâre going to have to find whoever did this to you and bring them to justice.â
Dropping her hand to the side she moved towards the windows before looking to the elder medic for confirmation as if opening the windows to let the ocean breeze in was acceptable to do or not. Given, after a moment or so even if an answer wasnât given sheâd carefully open the windows before moving back to the priestessâs side.
@vellissanasolaris and @kenasilverbrook
The younger medic stared at Taneisha, nodding.  âPlease.... air.  Itâs warmed since last night.â  Turning back to the seated patient, she began feeling glands, measuring temperature and pulled a tourniquet for a comparative blood draw, âWhat did the Elf look like?â

A tear glistened before rolling down the cheek of the prodigy, her youth showcased in a rare unguarded moment, âSheâs my sister.... I love her so much and I wish she were here.â
I've found something, Velli!
The missive was simple, nearly a picture of her in a cave someplace with a torch. Deliberately kept vague.
âI love and miss you. Kylaâ
With swollen red-rimmed lids blinking rapidly to stay awake, the young physician leant back in her chair, her focus (or lack of) travelling to the parchment and photo she had carelessly cast aside. Â
Kylareth Silverwind had been like a sister, yet in the months she had been back in proper time stream, Vellis had yet to connect with the young woman that invited the unknown Lady to her first soirees in Eversong. Â âI love you my Sister....â Â Â It was strange seeing the Frost Mage with a torch.... out of her element. Â With heavy heart, the Paladin Adept stared into the image until her pale eyes softened. Â The cave seemed alive - strangely unlike the cottage at the seashore. Â Opposite.... Dr. Solaris sat upright, nearly springing from the seat had her long legs not impeded her with fatigue. Â The cold.....
Tearing a blank parchment in half, she penned a short note, then copied it over.
How long can oneâs blood be frozen without death? Â Can it be done without harming the brain?
Each missive was tied to a dove and sent out to the mages. Â If I canât see it... perhaps I can freeze it.... Â she prayed she was right. Â She closed her eyes once more before rising to locate Eleânath and perhaps be talked out of the risk.

[Pete Mohrbacher -Â Raziel, Angel of Mysteries]
Glimpse
The first glimpse was of Kale, those cerulean eyes gazing over her as she reached out to him, yet she could not reach him as her hands passed through his own form. Ghostly thin she walked through and he didnât not see. His eyes, held a thousand tears and still could not stop flowing, a river of countless sorrows.
Something was wrong, as she looked over towards the tree line, a fire burning, the flames leaping high into a starlight sky and a mournful song echoed through the assembled guests. It was not a song, but a dirge, and as the barefooted priestess walked closer, she glimpsed to the form upon the pyre, held high as if they were the King or Queen of the hour.
It was a beautiful maiden, blonde tresses brushed carefully out, adorned with lilies and roses freshly cut. Even the white gown she wore was of the finest quality, emblazoned beside her was the seal of the Phoenix Guard.
Everyone stood around in a circle, each holding a candle, flickering somehow in a breeze that she could not feel. The Commander and Lieutenant stood at the center, speaking soft prayers as they dipped the burning stave against the cloth to ignite it once again. The entire guard was there, dressed in formal regalia.
Their eyes, held fast with sorrow, whispered unkept promises and thoughts of confusion. Priestess Velli stood next to Deylia, adorned in ebony hues and sparkles of teardrops etched onto the lines of her face.
Rosi and Dey also stood close together, in this solemn and final moments they strongly held back their own feelings. But soon they set aside the candles and picked up their bows.
Ruthar shot first, a silver arrow but not just any arrow, this one streaked crimson across the sky as the impact of the air ignited the rocket on the side of it. It burst into radiance as all eyes turned towards the open ocean.
Then Dey aimed towards the ocean with her own arrow, this time saffron, to match the colors of the Guard. Sleek and stately it flew into the skies to erupt into a shower of color.
Lastly Rosita knocked the last arrow, sending it lower than the others, but still in stately position, deep blue streaking the skies in the smoke-trails of the others. Blue for what? Kena asked herself softly.
Her eyes looked upwards to gaze at the body, finding herself drawing back in surprise, the flames had ignited everything but the face. The face that she recognized as her ownâŚ
âI"M ALIVE!â Kena screamed, but no one heard the voice, and in a blink of an eye the scene faded, leaving her alone once more.
@crazyladyhorse @deylivia @inathia @ronaestrider @phoenixguard
The high-pitched scream forced her eyes open. Â Deylivia was drenched in sweat and before she realized it was not only Silverbrookâs voice but her own, Aliâstor and Liyarah were at her doorway, eyes like glowing felgreen plates. Â âSyronn,â Â she sobbed, as her frightened son climbed into her bed and into her arms. Â âMinnâda, who is Kena?â Â Â
Her sobs prevented explanation - not that the boy would understand.  Silverbrook had saved her life and now lay comatose for weeks.  The tall paladin had grown surly over her - and othersâ inability to solve the mystery ailment and Dey felt another piece of her heart ripped away.  She reached to he crystal communicator at her bedside, âCalthosâŚ. now is your chance⌠I need you nowâŚSUNKEEPER!!!!â

Suddenly jolting upright in bed, the lithe framed woman tried and failed to draw in a quivering breath before wearily pushing herself to her feet and slowly crossing the room to an open window. Lifting her brilliant emerald hues towards the night sky caught in an ever eternal state of sunset, she sighed quietly.
It had been weeks if not months since one of her friends, also a member of the ranks she served with had been found unconscious and still there were no defentive answers as to why she remained comatose. The testing and reports had not provided any helpful information as far as she was aware of. There had been no news from the library that she had been informed of or any significant changes.
The priestess who she had come to cherish as a beloved friend and comrade still was captive in her own body. Growling lowly in frustration and anger she turned away from the window, pulling on her shoes and grabbing her bow and quiver before crossing the room to the door and stepping out of view. If no one had found answers yet then maybe, just maybe it was time for her to start looking around.
The Medic had scarcely left the base on Quelâ Danas in the weeks preceding. Â For all she knew, Val had turned her home into a sanctuary for injured friends. Â It was just as well, as long as he kept them out of the Sanctum. Â
Staring at the slumbering woman, she rested her feet at the foot of the cot on which she rested. Â The cottage was still an unsafe zone and there was no way she would return this patient there alive. Â It was simply too dangerous, in her eyes. Â The property had retained the deadening energy when last sheâd set foot there. Â
Vellis hated failure even more than she hated incompetence. Â She hadnât given up yet and hoped the priestess had yet to give up on her or Ellâenath. Â
