Hot summer day, calls for yummy fruit! I'm vegetarian but working on being vegan. I ate vegan most of last month, this month I'm challenging myself to be vegan every day. Not too hard! My bf is anaphylactic to dairy & eggs so my main reason is for him. He's also anaphylactic to nuts which I mostly do not eat but sometimes I can't resist a little pb by myself ^-^;

A banana matcha smoothie with maca powder! Sooo yummy. I added maca powder for extra goodness.

I made a healthy bento with vegetarian sushi and other goodies! This was so much fun to make, especially cut out the carrots into cute shapes. 🍱 🍙 💜
