Hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to express how much i love your fan fics especially cold as fire, hot as ice literally one of my favorites and i come back to it all the time. However i recently started reading ur firefighters fic and fell in love with it but realized it wasn’t finished and came looking for your account and found it here, and saw u lost inspiration which i completely understand i myself have lost interest in borusara for a while but now i got the sparks back again with all the manga storyline and i love them all over again haha, anyways sorry i’m rambling now but hope you’re doing well in life in general and hopefully you’ll get the inspiration and spark back as well and continue writing - you’re a a talented author. I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for your talent and fics.

tbh, I started rereading Will of Fire recently and I had to send some screenshots to my fandom wife (ShearBolt) laughing at my own words, because I was really cooking 😂😅 I wish I could find the spark to get back into it, it was on track to be one of my most popular fics and the outline I drafted was interesting.

it’s weird though. I feel distant from the version of myself that was able to dream up these stories and articulate them into words. I don’t know how to get back there.

I’ve been thinking about catching up on the manga, my aforementioned wife would really like to discuss the chapters with me haha.

hahah hi, yes I’m alive! a combination of career-related burnout and an absence of inspiration is why I haven’t been writing for the last few years, which makes me sad because I do love it. I am still a big anime fan but there’s no one pairing that’s driving me to the level of obsession required to write.

I don’t actually. I know there was times she struggled with the toxic side of the fandom, so I imagined she stepped away to protect her own mental health.

I considered us pretty close, messaging almost every day when she was active, but she didn’t say goodbye to me or ever reach out to explain why she deleted all her accounts. it hurt my feelings at the time but I also understand the need for a clean break and maybe she worried I would try to convince her to stay when she already made up her mind. I still think of her as my friend, so I can only support her doing what she thought was best for her.
