My simple review to The Primal of Blood and Bone by Jennifer L. Armentrout!

I have seen a lot of mixed reviews on this book, and I agree with both sides. First, this was definitely a filler book. I remember JLA saying that she realized Poppy and Casteel's story wasn't over, which (yay!) means there will be a seventh book. Contrary to the mixed reviews, I still loved it. It was very slow in the beginning and I feel like there were so many scenes/chapters that just weren't necessary. Second, Casteel is a fucking asshole in this book. He was so controlling towards Poppy. I truly feel that JLA wrote him as a completely different person and it is not the Casteel I fell in love with 5 books ago. Third, while yes, this was a filler book, there is so much more important information that is discovered by the characters that I feel is pertinent to the series. There are also new characters that are both entertaining and absolute pieces of shit. There are also characters from the Flesh and Fire series that make appearances, which I enjoyed a lot.

My simple review to One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig! This book was honestly something I needed after my heart being shattered due to THG series and SotR. I enjoyed being sucked into this world.

my simple review to Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins! i did not feel like speaking to anyone after finishing the book. i'm still thinking about it.
