recently discovered that if I am active a lot (e.g. walk for a few hours) in the day I can focus and sleep which is all well and good except I’m quite sick and can’t go out but also cannot sleep because I haven’t filled The Quota. so I’m just restless on the sofa staring at my phone or the walls waiting for this stupid cold to bugger off

why is it only when I’m ill and need to rest that I become restless and stressed about productivity

GREAT my housemate walked in on me having a meltdown and now is demanding I give her my mum’s number as if having more people on my case is going to make me less overwhelmed right now

actually tempted to go offline for the foreseeable because almost every post I’ve seen has made me want to block the person posting it

I actually don’t like anything at all including other people, especially if they are happy or excited

i know it's probably the Factors and also my disorganised state of being but wow this week has been shit as hell
