Very interesting observation from the interview:

Once upon a time nature didn’t pick right and didn’t give Elain whom she wanted so she chose free will.

Firefighter Clark getting lightly injured during every action, on purpose, because there's a hot new doctor working at the ER, and Clark needs an excuse to talk to him.

Bruce and Clark revealing their relationship to the rest of the League by accident. Bruce, lost in the reports on his tablet, enters the briefing room and, forgetting where he is, just casually kisses Clark on the lips and plops down in his lap. Like he often does around the Manor or in Clark's apartment.
