Hey my friend!!! I have a question, and while reading your blog, I didn't come across any clues. And the question is this: What would guys give for their girlfriend's birthday if the value of the gift wasn't measured in money? What if it wasn't something grand, but something quiet, cozy, and warming, something dear to her memory and heart? What would it be? No matter how much money they have, they can be insanely rich, but they don't want to give something banal like a car, a house, a diamond necklace, because SHE'S not like that. She needs something different. What would it be?
Gifts between lovers when it isn't measured by money:
(heyyyyy, lovelies! i hope this list is of use :)
a heartfelt, genuine, expressive letter
a box of letters to open when.. 'sad' 'happy' 'confused' etc etc
^ like homecooked food, knitted sweaters, paper bouquets, & so forth
taking them out to a scenic spot to just sit, admire, and talk
giving them a major inner child experience,
^ like building them a pillow fort, taking them out on a day to the park, sledding, etc something they never got the chance to do in their childhood
oh! having all their family and friends write a letter for them in a specific theme, or with a specific keyword and surprising them with it
being by their side throughout the day
renewing vows (doesn't have to be marriage vows, just intentions of the relationship)
making a video edit for them of them when they weren't noticing you were recording
making a video edit of all their friends and families wishing them hbd and talking good things about them
write them a journal throughout the year and gift it
or one letter per month so one has 12 letters to gift their lover on their bday
do for them, what their passion is, i.e.,
if they're an artist, paint them as a gift. if they're a musician, sing for them as a gift. If they're a programmer, code a simple website saying ily to them etc etc
candle lit dinner and dancing if one can't afford much more
writing them poetry about them (i did this for my bestie)
taking them to see the stars and to make a wish
carpooling around midnight when clock strikes 12 getting them their favorite junk food (lol)
