On second thought, I can think of a non-zero number of girlies that would be into being fattened up enormously, constantly drugged up on highly dangerous substances and kept as a captive breeding slave as her sole purpose. I just don't think it looks particularly flattering in the artwork if you asked me

On third thought, the only real way your skaven girl OC could really be is if they were trans. Maybe your Eshin assassin rat spent enough time kill-stabbing humans to learn some cursory form of gender, decides they're a girl now and they're just straight up too scary to fuck with and say they aren't. But then you'd probably be hitting up like, Clan Skryre or Moulder for skaven estrogen and there'd be equal risk of you being horrifically mutated or blown up by it, so maybe not. I wouldn't want warpstone estrogen personally
