There's a lot of talk about the best time to work out these days, and it often comes down to people's work schedules. That's why most folks either hit the gym in the morning or in the evening. Dymatize conducted research to understand the traits of Morning vs Night workout.
Whether people are working during the day or at night, they usually prefer short workouts of 30 to 60 minutes. In both cases, they like to take selfies. Morning gym-goers tend to take three to four selfies and share them on Instagram, while evening gym-goers take one to two selfies and share them on Facebook.
In India, 70% of people prefer working out between 4 am and 12 pm, according to a survey by ET. On the other hand, 30% of Indians choose to work out in the evening, from 6 pm to 9 pm. Early birds are disciplined, ambitious, and busy, sticking to a set schedule. Night owls, on the other hand, prefer doing things when they feel like it and are known for procrastinating. They tend to be confident, social, and curious.
