Why is maintaining my corporeal form so difficult? Not even a full week back from vacation and my body hurts again, I'm not getting enough activity to feel good in my skin or wear myself out enough to sleep normally, which in turn impacts my eating, which impacts how good I feel in my skin, and on and on.

I just took my blood pressure and it's wild, no wonder I have a headache and feel terrible. Took some meds and drank some water, will re check in the morning per my guidelines from my dr (I started BP meds about a year ago after a hypertension episode put me in the hospital) but of course it's hard to unwind and calm down enough to relax and sleep. I keep reaching for my phone which is a part of the problem I'm sure.
