how I stop my cravings/prevent binges :)
Coke Zero. or Diet Coke. - seriously a life saver, I always bring this to work or when Iâm out especially so I donât get tempted to eat outside. The fizziness of the drink just fills you up, you get your boost of energy, the calories are almost nothing, and cancels out any sweet cravings I have.
Watch Secret Eaters - I recently got recommended to watch this show, and whenever I feel like the cravings are kicking in, I just watch an episode and distract myself completely. The show actually gives a lot of tips on how to control your portions, eating habits, etc.
Talk to my ana buddy - talking to someone openly about your ed, really helps, I feel absolutely no shame and it feels so good saying how youâre feeling out loud.
Go to the gym or exercise - figure out when your binges or cravings tend to kick in. I go from round 5pm - 7pm, and my cravings kick in 5pm-midnight. This seriously helps me so much, cos my appetite disappears for a couple hours after a workout.
Thinspo - just looking at them is so convincing and keeps me determined to reaching my goal.
Count the calories - before eating anything, think of all the food you want to eat and count the amount of calories you would plan to eat. Doing this shows how many calories I wouldâve eaten and how much it would gone over my limit. Sometimes it make me feel quite sick thinking about consuming those kinds of calories.
Wait it out - it takes your body 20 minutes to get over the cravings, within those 20 mins do these things and youâll almost forget about it. bahaha learnt this from the Secret Eaters show.
anyway here are the tips, hope this helped someone lmao xx stay safe :))
Fasting Tips
Keep your fluids up - drink lots of water, tea or whatever drink you choose to but keep away from sugary drinks
Know whatâs healthy - from the moment you start fasting until between the 12th and 14th hour, your body is burning glycogen; the sugar storages. After the 14th hour you begin burning fat storages.
Listen to your body - If you begin to feel faint or nauseous when youâre fasting, itâs likely because your blood pressure or blood sugar has dropped which can cause you to get shakey and light headed. If you feel this way you need to break fast and eat otherwise you can become unhealthy.
Low blood sugar - If you get low blood sugar and need to break fast, the quickest way to get it up is to eat something sugary and then eat something else. Usually if this happens I will have a Milo and then eat Baked beans.
Dont be disheartened - Not everybody will lose and gain weight at the same speed, so donât be disheartened if you are trying to lose weight and the pounds donât just shed off.
Exercise whilst fasting - If you are going to exercise while fasting you need to be aware that your body will exert all its energy and in turn make you more hungry than before. Exercising while fasting can be beneficial and help with weight loss but if you plan to lift heavy weights you will need to eat something within 30 minutes of finishing your fast or your blood sugar can drop.
Breaking fast - Depending on how long you fast for, will change how much your body will crave certain foods. When you break fast you should always try for the healthier option but sometimes it will be necessary to eat something salty or sugary.
Be safe - Be aware of the risks and what it can do to your body, be safe my babies

Preparing for dry fasting.
To get started, the first thing you guys want to do is you want to get off the sugar, you gotta get the glucose out of your system. The negative or uncomfortable feeling that people experience such as light head, dizziness, the grouchiness, the irritability comes from glucose/sugar withdraws. Itâs like cocaine in the brain. So you want to prepare before doing your first dry fast by doing protein only and smart fats such as coconut oil that contains high concentration mct oil. If youâre vegan you want to do almonds or almond milk or hemp hearts. Basically focus on protein only.Â
Now the other thing I would recommend, is that you want to flush your kidneys out. You want to be highly alkaline. You create an alkaline drink that features 3 component: apple cider vinegar, lemon and baking soda. So you take a tea spoon of baking soda, 1 or 2 lemon and ounce or 2 of apple cider, play around with it. This will flush your kidneyâs out.Â
Also get some PH strips, the PH strips you will be able to dip into your urine and you want to get an 8 (blue). You want to get a solid blue before you start.Â
The hunger that youâre going to experience is not true hunger itâs an emotional craving for something. You want to fill the void with something. But a lot of that is the sugar withdraws. So if you are already off the sugar before you start the dry fast, you are going to feel acceptional . Youâre going to need ketone strips available at the pharmacy near the diabetic section. Now if you prepare properly, at the zero mark of the launch when you pull the water in the food, you should already be registering some keytones because you have been on proteins and smart fats for 24 hours. It takes about 24 hours to get off the glucose, you gotta get it out of your liver and system. One thing to do before as well is to do very heavy intensity weight training. So lift as heavy as you can. High weight low reps.Â
If you  prepare properly and know what you are doing. If you go into this and you donât know about flavic acid and you donât know about alkalizing before hand and you donât prepare by doing proteins and smart fast, you are going to suffer and itâs unnecessary. It can be a highly pleasurable experiences.Â

Breakfast:
Half of a banana - 60 kcal
Half Green apple- 25 kcal
Green Tea- 0 kcal
Lunch
2 oz. Tuna - 70 kcal
Half an orange- 35 kcal
Cup of Broccoli- 20 kcal
Snack
11 pc Turkey Pepporoni- 40 kcal
6 cherry tomatoes- 12 kcal
Half cup unsweetened almond milk - 18 kcal
.5 cup of grapes- 50 kcal
Dinner
2 cups Iceberg lettuce - 10 kcal
1/3 cucumber - 5 kcal
Âź green pepper- 15 kcal
1 oz. lean turkey - 30 kcal
1 cup beef broth- 10 kcal
Total: 400 kcal
(Remember: you can eat, cutting calories doesnât always mean cutting food+ always drink H2O)
I FOUND A WAY TO KEEP FROM BINGING AND RUINING FASTS
Seriously, drink a few cups of water first so you arenât completely empty and go on youtube and look up pimple extractions, wart removals, or any kind of gross extraction or body modification. Itll make your stomach stop growling almost immediately and make you feel blessed that you donât have a 3ft deep pimple, blackhead, cyst, etc.
Fasting tips of mine
- tea - diet drinks - tea with stevia - jacket, youâre going to get cold - naps! - heating blanket to help you sleep when its hard to sleep, i just find heating blankets soothing and when I got cold it was really helpful - if you get dizzy, sit. i had to stop because i almost fell down stairs - avoid carbonation, made me sick and empty my empty stomach - you will start shaking, i recommend doodling or braiding hair/brushing - the hunger passes after about thirty minutes. make tea, take a shower, look at some thinspo. and *poof* hunger gone - more tea - more naps - when your stomach growls pinch the fat and do crunches, and drink some water - some more tea - a few more naps - repeating to myself constantly âlight as a feather, or heavy like a stoneâ really helped you can do this!! i know you can!đâ¤â¤â¤

Purposely posting harmful information
before you freak out, hear me out: there is so much awful information out there, and part of me wants to believe that these people just donât know any better but the other part of me knows that they legit believe in things like essential oils as a cure, and that vaccinations and healthcare providers are evil

If you need last-minute decorations for Imbolc, see if any stores still have any Christmas clearance! By this time, the discount is likely to be quite substantial, and a lot of Christmas/Yule imagery is also appropriate for Imbolcâred/white color schemes, snowflakes and icicles, CANDLES, and evergreen boughs are a few I can think of.
