My 95 Calorie pancakes
I made 8 small pancakes with this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
- ½ a mashed banana
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of oat flour- if you don’t have oat flour, a substitue is fine OR you can make it yourself by just putting Quaker quick oats in a food processor!
- ½ tsp of vanilla
- Cinnamon to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine your banana and egg whites. I used a blender because it’s hard to mash a banana to the point you can use it in a recipe without one
- Add oat flour, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Cook in a pan over low heat. I cooked for about a minute and a half each side
- Enjoy!
These pancakes are already sweet, but you can add stevia or other zero cal sweeteners at the 2nd step if you want to make it more like an actual cake

My blog used to be called 345andcounting. I am officially 268 pounds. Sometimes I binge too much and my tummy pokes out. It used to make me super angry with myself but now I know that its okay. Weight loss is a struggle, even for people who don't have an ED it isn't always perfect and it DEFINITELY goes up and down. We're so close to reaching our goals Angel, whether you have 5 pounds to go or 50 you are so much closer than you were a few weeks ago. I believe in you, and I know we want to be small but know that I also want you to be happy with the skin you're in.

how to make my fav WEIGHT LOSS apple cider vinegar drink
(it’s really good!!!! tastes like fruit punch but NO calories!!!)
ingredients:
1/2 of a lemon
1 cup (8oz) of water
1/4 cup pure cranberry juice (i get mine @ Trader Joe’s, make sure there isn’t any sugar)
1-2 tsp original bragg apple cider vinegar drink
3 splendas
then mix!!!!!!!
tastes so good especially when you have a sweet tooth. be careful with the vinegar bc it can be dangerous to your teeth w/o using a straw. i put cbd oil in sometimes lmaoo
