long time no post 😗
So I recently had to make some lifestyle changes (welcome ones) because of issues with my liver.
Hearing at 20 years old that you have severe fatty liver due to genetics, which is one of the main reasons I kept gaining tons of weight without being able to lose it, is depressing as fuck. I have never felt worse than the moment those words left my doctors mouth.
But knowing now, that I didn’t gain so much weight due to bad eating, but rather because of a genetic health issue that causes substantial weight gain - i feel a heavy weight lifted off my chest.
So, I’ve started a new diet of no carbs, no sugar, and joined a gym.
In just 4 days of eating differently, and 2 days of exercise, i’ve lost 1.2kg (2.6lbs) - and i feel like things will only continue to get better (at least right now lol). I mean I burned over 600cals during my workout today (day 3) which is the most i’ve burned in one workout in my whole life.
So, though i’ve never looked worse in my life, I feel like things are finally looking up - and that ill soon be looking better.
