âDoesnât sound like youâre all too fond either.â Sylvie noted, not that she blamed the woman. Having a loved one in danger or being the loved one in danger sounded like frustrating crime. âI suppose they do, if anyone wants something bad enough they make it happen.â She knew from personal experience how easily that could occur. Or not so easily, but stubbornly. âSuperman⌠I think Iâve heard of that one, actually.â A news report itâd been, though Sylvie didnât remember the details only his name attached to it. âA positive relationship Iâm inferring?â

Lois smiled faintly and shrugged. âYeah, I could definitely do without it,â she murmured. âIâm sure when people see it on the news, it looks very cinematic and all. But honestly, itâs a lot of down time, and then itâs really, really stressful, and there is basically no in between.â She smiled when she said that sheâd heard of Superman. âHeâs one of the big ones,â she agreed mildly. Lois laughed a little. âAbsolutely,â she said. âHeâs a good man, apart from being, you know...â Lois smiled a little. âSuper.â
