Hand mixers and Sewing Machines are Two different Types of horses

They respond well to a confident handler, but they can smell fear and will act up if they don’t respect you. Other horses include printers and hot glue guns.

Stand mixers too. How many times have I seen amateur bakers fuck up a buttercream cuz they just dump all the sugar at once instead of slowly incorporating it at the mixer’s pace (always beat the room temp butter to a fluffy texture BEFORE starting to add powdered sugar btw). It’s doing the work, but you’ve gotta be patient, they will IMMEDIATELY fuck up your life if you’re demanding too much.
