Hmmm heartbreak in process aside, I just completed my first day in my new role and clocked out at 5 pm like a normal girl again

I confided in my girly colleagues that my ex reached out again and how I’m so seemingly infinitely weak and now they want to set me up with the new guy from Kazakhstan who apparently has asked about me so now they’re going to tell him I’ve asked about him. It feels very high school and pure, my preferred level of confidence and romance tbh
