my pile of 'idea nugget's' (things i have to write down so i can go back to sleep - usually - i suppose some of these were written while the sun was up ;)

sometimes, in our personal histories (or "her"stories?), there exist gaps in the continuum of our story. sometimes we develop memories based not on first hand experience - but on the stories of others. sometimes, we feel these 'other' stories so deeply, or hear them so frequently - that it becomes difficult to know where our memory ends and someone else is filling in the gaps. sometimes, also, we realize (without having been presently aware) we are part of someone else's story - and so become 'gap memories' ourselves...

are these dinner suggestions? either way, it all depends on the sauce...

admittedly, this is a flippant framing of a {better} core idea -- the cell phone portrait. In class, my Professor suggested an elegant solution for a gallery space - a presentation/revelation on multiple phones, a portrait unfolds from a coordinated, or 'sculpted', unfolding of events (text messages, voicemails, etc.) and recorded moments (browser histories, past emails/texts/photos, et.)
