We are diving back in with this one next for various reasons. In this often all too hectic holiday season, many of us are prone to piling more and more on ourselves, which can create completely unrealistic expectations and drain our joy from the experiences.

Instead, this year, we are shifting the season with a reminder that we have helpers at our behest. They may not be elves, per se, but the function and result is remarkably similar.

The set point range for this is from (2) passion to (11) ‘overwhelment.’ If you feel that you fall beyond the range, this can still work and be useful, it is merely the ideal segment of the spectrum for best outcomes.

🗝 We use this when (1) we want to feel lighter and less encumbered by daily responsibilities, (2) we want to shift the way we look at how we accomplish things, in concert with flow and universal forces, (3) we want to increase trust in - and reinforce our acknowledgment of - the power of intention, and/or (4) we feel there is a shortage of time or energy to get things done.

We sometimes need reminders that all which is necessary is to (1) identify a desire, and (2) ALLOW it to happen. Our “control” mindset can keep us more enslaved to other ways of thinking, but it is really & truly this simple…and we can all identify multitudes of times in our lives when we chose to ‘let go’ and suddenly the solution and/or help appeared.
