Perry gets his morning tea interruppted. But who is he to waste perfectly good tea? Off to Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. !

Phineas Flynn takes Milo’s place; he has Murphy’s Law. He’s still as optimistic as ever, and he’s still an inventor, but his inventions tend to break or not work in the first place. Still, he carries around a backpack full of small, hyper-specific inventions to help deal with Murphy’s Law. His father was a Murphy, but he goes by his mother’s maiden name, Flynn, as he’s not in the picture.

Perry takes Diogee’s place. He’s still a platypus, and has about the same intelligence as Diogee. He can understand and follow simple commands, but he won’t stand up on his hind legs and do karate. 

Ferb Fletcher gets Zack’s role. He just moved to Danville from Britain at the beginning of the story. Phineas and Ferb quickly become friends, bonding over their shared love of inventing. Ferb has to talk a little more than he’d like at first, since he’s still introducing himself to all these new people, but as the story goes on and his friends understand him better, Ferb is able to talk less and less. Ferb is pretty cautious, and he’s originally quite skeptical of Murphy’s Law, but before long he pretty much has to believe it. Ferb was in a boyband back in Britain. As Ferb and Phineas hang out, Lawrence and Linda also spend more time around each other. 

Isabella Garcia-Shapiro takes Melissa’s role. Isabella has been one of Phineas’s only friends since childhood. She does not have a crush on Phineas in this story, and she always sticks up for him. She still lives across the street from Phineas, and she’s still a Fireside Girl. She often uses those skills to help deal with Murphy’s Law. On top of that, she’s a bit of an overachiever, so it’s not rare that she’s signed up for a weird extra-curricular event, like the Athledecamathathlon.

Candace Flynn takes Sara’s role. She’s the older sister not affected by Murphy’s Law. She’s less focused on busting, because she realizes Phineas rarely gets in trouble intentionally, but she’s overprotective of her brother and often freaks out over all the ways things could go wrong. Candace wants what’s best for Phineas and looks out for him when she can, but she can come off as selfish at times, especially when it has to do with Jeremy, Stacy, or Ducky Momo. Candace is obsessed with Ducky Momo, especially the reboot.

The grown up versions of Buford and Baljeet, Van Stomm and Tjinder, are also time travelers, taking the place of Dakota and Cavendish. They’re on a mission to protect pistachios (at first). Van Stomm has a 1920s gangster aesthetic, and Tjinder has an 1980s nerd aesthetic [They said they’d dress like the 1900s and forgot to specify]. 

Because they didn’t hang out with Phineas and Ferb as much as kids, they didn’t interact nearly as much, and when they did, their relationship was more actual bullying rather than a boyfriend frenemy relationship sometimes expressed as bullying. They went their separate ways in high school, but when ‘time travel’ opened up as a viable career option, they both applied, and both got in. Tjinder is horrified to be placed with his childhood bully, both because Van Stomm bullied him and because he thinks he’s better than this idiot. He can’t believe Van Stomm even got into the agency; he thought they only accepted smart people. Van Stomm, meanwhile, has done a lot of growing up, and regrets bullying Tjinder as a kid, but doesn’t know how to open up that can of worms, especially with Tjinder’s hostility. So he just blusters through it.

Throughout the course of the adventure, they get closer, realize that maybe the other isn’t so bad, and fall in love.

Soooo maybe I forgot some details, or embellished others, but that’s basically how it went! We’ve been friends just about as long as I can remember, and when we weren’t playing music together at least we were enjoying it. Great times- but the years since we’ve been reunited have almost been even better. 

Though we do really miss the fashion. All of us- no matter what the others tell you.

Hello!

The greenhouse is called Luna Flora, and it’s quite small. They specialize in houseplants and succulents, and during the winter Wayir runs it on his own. He hires summer employees/high schoolers/Lydia specifically during the spring, and sometimes they work weekends during the winter, too. He brings in some bedding plants and vegetables every spring, but there’s not a lot of room for this so his supplies are somewhat limited.

Doctor Doofenshmirtz has built another dimensional -inator, but this time, it backfires and now there are three more Perrys (and a platypus?) in his lab.

Will the Perrys be able to return to their dimensions before the inter-dimensional window is closed–forever?
