To fight against the transphobia that let Queen Camilla feel it is acceptable for a royal to pose with Trans Genocide pusher JK Rowling during pride month on socials.

a pervasive aggression against trans people that meant the UK's broadcasting regulator Ofcom allowed TalkTV to publish "a torrent of misinformation and transphobic hate."

Fight against the oppression that has led to Trans Exile Network, TACC, Compton's Cafe and Transpilot issuing a global travel advisory to the LGBTQIA+ community, warning against travel to the UK.

Speak out against hate that has allowed the state to implement a tell before you kiss law allowing people to retroactively accuse trans people of rape for "deception as to sex" resulting in a girl being wrongly convicted and imprisoned for 2 years for sexual assault.

Call for action against a country and government that has restricted healthcare discriminatingly against trans folks forcing us to be on waitlists of up to 224 years.

a Government that has completely removed access to healthcare for trans children under 16 and is now considering increasing that to the age of 18.

A government that calls for doctors to not only refuse healthcare to children but also report their families to safeguarding if they support their kids, and suggest the removal of shared healthcare options for all Trans folks.

A government that is banning discussion and acknowledgement of us in schools², and encourages schools to segregate trans children³ in line with the segregation we will experience due to the EHRC guidance coming into force in 5 days (9th of July 2026)

This is all the last 2 years... a decades long meteoric rise of hate and vitriol spewed at trans folks culminating in 2 years of legislation and stripping of rights dragging us from one of the best places in the world to be trans right down to the bottom of the countries in Europe.

2 years of hate from funding by right wing billionaires to scapegoat trans folks and immigrants and placate the people, they are doing it because we are quiet, because we are accepting their lies, lies that we are powerless to stop them, lies that they need the money and labour that they suck from us like a scavenger sucking marrow from bones. They will only stop if we make them know that we will not give up and die, we will not accept their lies, we will fight them tooth and nail, we will keep fighting and never abandon any of our siblings, we will not accept the transphobia they push to eradicate us, we will not accept the xenophobia they preach to kill migrants, we will not accept the racism embedded in their words to slaughter black people, we will not accept the blinkers they give us to hide the disabled, we will not accept it. We will fight it. and we WILL win.

And that victory, our victory, will be won by either our hands and words, or their (metaphorical) blood. It is time for them to choose which it will be.

On the 25th of June people in the UK will be attending parliament to lobby their MPs asking them to challenge the new transphobic EHRC guidance.

The new guidance bans trans people from all toilets. Trans people will be excluded from their genders toilets by virtue of being trans, trans people will be banned from their AGAB's toilets by virtue of not looking like their AGAB.

Trans people are being pushed out of existence. Our MPs have an opportunity to oppose this becoming law, but they won't do it unless they are scared of the electorate kicking them out of office.

We need to show up in force, we need to show them that passing these laws and the upcoming section 28 2.0 will alienate the voters and they will lose their seat.

I'm super grateful to the half a dozen or so friends who have bought tickets but the fact that the remaining 40ish tickets are from strangers is so exciting and euphoric. Somehow I managed to sell 4/5 of the tickets through the public, with the bare minimum of ADHD marketing.

Granted the costs for putting this on are low compared to a play or multiple nights but the fact this has been an instant success is kinda overwhelming and means I can take this set up and ask for funding from arts council england and other sources to expand it next year.

The possibility of creating the Trans Visibility Fringe is becoming more and more real, I think if I achieve that it will be the highlight of my life and I will be so incredibly happy.
