the great british bake off is genuinely,,,,, so good to us… when one contestant is running out of time and the others rush over to help them finish even though they’re literally competing against each other? when they hold hands as they wait to hear who’s going to get eliminated? that time everyone wore Hawaiian shirts in honor of the contestant who always wore them who got eliminated the week before? when the older gentleman talked about how baking gave him a purpose after his wife passed away and how being on the show had given him something to focus on? goodbye!

i imagine getting my own place all the time and going down to the grocery store early in the morning before everyone else and to the coffee shop and having a really small place with wide windows and lots of plants and shelves of books and a tiny kitchen where i can make tea and noodles and a bed with a pile of blankets and just a place i can make uniquely my own or maybe a place i could share with someone but i just think about this place a lot idk
