You told him that you wanted to tell him something in secret, suggesting rooftop as it seemed to have enough privacy. Akito asked why there but when you shrugged it off as comfortable place, he shrugged it off.

You were supposed to go there together but your classmates pulled you to help with something urgent.

❝ Yeah! I'll be there in a minute, okey? ❞

He believed you can handle it on your own, so he didn't push into helping. Instead he decided to wait on rooftop and meanwhile maybe check what's happening outside from the higher place! But he didn't expect some boys to already be there...

He didn't want to change the place as it'd be extremely bothersome... He expected them to leave or talk back but instead.. they started casual yet slightly weird conversation?

He reminded them, crossing his arms, getting slightly annoyed at how they seem to treat him like air. It didn't help that they started looking at each other with that smirk on their faces... He was really loosing his patience.

He stopped looking back, annoyence still on his face. You saw he was mad and he was just talking with the very people that bullied you, because you wanted to be yourself... Is it over? It definitely is...

He reached out to catch your arm but didn't had the chance before you ran away. He turned once more to the boys that were now whistling as if it wasn't their fault. He caught the most talkative one by his jacket roughly and brought him closer.

When you told him that you wanted to tell him something on rooftop, he simply nodded. He saw that it was important to you, so he wasn't about to turn you down. Not someone so dear to him!

As you were walking and for called by one of your classmates, he was quick to join the conversation, wanting to help. Figured you can go to the rooftop together like that! But... You apparently didn't want to.. you seemed stressed even at the very mention of it. So he let go, figuring you need some space to prepare for the bug moment.

❝ Alright then. I'll be waiting on the rooftop. Take your time. ❞

He reassured you with a smile and went upstairs and then stepped into the rooftop. But he quickly noticed few boys already there... He figured he might either ask them to leave for a while or text you about place change.

❝ Excuse me. I'm supposed to meet with someone here. Would you mind leaving for few minutes? I promise it won't take long. ❞

❝ Can't you pick other locatio- Wait... You're that guy who hangs out with Y/N, no? ❞

Toya simply nodded. Thinking maybe that was it and they made a guess who he could be meeting with. In fact, he was already pulling his phone out to inform you of the location change. He wanted to leave but... the boys apparently wanted to chat more?

His face was one of confusion... He wasn't a girl.. so weren't you. Unless...

He heard a familiar voice behind him, so naturally, he turned around. You noticed his face was confused... your old bullies snickering behind him, it was obvious. He knew.

You cut his calm voice with your desperate and yelling one, before turning around to run away. You were sure he wouldn't want to be with you, did you even deserve to be around in his presence before? No... he doesn't deserve it...

Meanwhile Toya was stunned for few seconds, he wanted to run after you, but he decided not to. He only gave the boys behind a side eye, remembering their faces for the future, before leaving. The same day he texted you, that he accepts you no matter what, but... you didn't reply. Should he chase after you? Or should he give you space? He didn't knew...

⊹ ࣪ ˖ It all started from one question... "Can we kiss?". And he can't really say no to you, because what kind of boyfriend would that make him?! But he also had no idea how to do it... It'd be first kiss for both of you and that's what stressed him even more.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ He recalled every scene... They moved their hands to their partners hips before kissing.. so that's what he did. He also remembered their nose touching? But how does he kiss you without parting your noses? He literally kneeled down slightly to kiss you with tips of your noses touching.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ If you know this his not how it's done and suggest to take the lead, he'll get slightly emberassed and apologize in case he ruined it. So at least tell him his attempt was sweet and that should make him feel better!

⊹ ࣪ ˖ If you don't know better, he'll realize his mistake at home after spending 2 whole hours researching on how to properly kiss a partner. And one call to Akito to make sure he's not learning wrong stuff... He didn't know any better tho.

Liek they put mistletoes and they realise like "oh." and then they get flustered, and like the reader is strong so he lifts Toya to reach some high places he alone can't reach (altho if Toya's uncomfortable with the heights the reader would make him reach the place and then be liek "u ok toya???" And hug and comfort Toya BRHWHDHW)

Underneath The Mistletoe - Toya x male!Reader

“Toya, could you pass me those tinsels?” You ask as you hang a couple of baubles on the overhead lamp. “uh, right.” Toya mumbles and passes you the white decoration.

You had agreed to decorate Weekend Garage while the others went on their own dates. Toya had jumped at the chance to spend time with you alone, having not been able to for some time now due to practices.

You hung the tinsels and move on to a different part. Toya takes a few sprigs of mistletoe from the box, starting to hang them up on the cherry-wood walls. Meanwhile, you follow him and place a couple on the other side. You start humming a Christmas jingle to yourself as you work, hearing him join in after a while. As you decorated, you realised the sound of his voice was getting closer…

Suddenly, he bumps into you as you both realise you were back in the middle, underneath the door entrance.

A mistletoe was already hung up there and both of you were underneath it. Right in the doorway. He doesn’t seem to realise what it meant.. Typical of your adorable clueless idiot. You stare at him, searching his eyes and hoping that he’d catch on by some unknown force of knowledge. He stared right back at you, his cheeks slightly pink-stained. It seemed he was flustered at the intense look you’re giving him.

You smile, amused and just lean down and press a kiss to his soft lips. “This is what it means, love.” You chuckle softly at his stunned look as his expression dissolves into a flustered, “oh.” You gently pet his head and murmur, “Come on, let’s get on with the deco.”

Toya follows, his cute face still pink, his expression barely betraying the slightest hint of nervousness.

You pick up some Christmas lights and pass them to him, pointing to a spot of the wall near the barista area, which was slightly higher than the lamps. “There. I think we can hang some over there.”

Toya nods and goes over while you hang up other strings of lights on the opposite side of the area. As you finish, you hear him letting out a soft sound of him trying to reach the spots.

You chuckle and come up behind him, hoisting him into your arms as you lifted him up to reach the space. He starts to thank you while hanging up the lights and you look up at him, grinning, “You can always ask for help, my love. you know that.” Toya mumbles a soft, “Yeah, yeah, alright..”
