Do not date someone with depression or anxiety or any mental illness and expect the illness to go away. don't say " I make you happy so you shouldnt be depressed" or "im right here how dare you be having a panic attack? I should make you feel safe" that's not how it works. You may help, but they will still have their bad days. Don't make them feel guilty for having a mental illness they probably wish they didn't even have.
