The end of your life: Criminal Minds Fan-Fic
Hey there. It has been a long time since I have written anything on Tumblr but I have been busy with my study abroad. Anyways, I recently watched episode 6 of Season 13 of Criminal Minds and came up with this mini version. SPOILERS (sort of) for those who havenât seen the episode.
I am going to make up some of the names of the women as I canât remember them all.
Reid entered the bunker. It was dark but large, and well built which seemed strange. JJ was still above the surface. She didnât see Reid open the hidden entrance. As Reid was walking around the bunker, he heard a siren go off and there was a flash of red lights. He looked up and saw the camera attached to the wall.Â
Lawrence Coleman was watching him. âWeâve been breachedâ. He slammed down hard onto a red button. âNo escape nowâ.Â
Reid was still exploring when he came across what looked like a large, glass corridor. He stepped inside it and with a quick click, two doors came out of nowhere and sealed Reid inside. He banged on the glass until he saw 3 women. He recognised them all. âIrene? Paige? Allie?â.
Allie stepped forward. âHow do you know my name?â
âIâm with the FBI and we have been looking for youâ.
Allie breathed a sigh of relief. âGet me out of hereâ.
âI will but I need the codeâ.
âOnly Lawrence has the code,â said Irene as she smiled. Suddenly, the right side of the bunker lit up and Reid came face-to-face with loads of women and children. He recognised all of them from the missing cases. He couldnât believe that these poor women had been living down here under the pretence that the world had gone and their loved ones were dead.Â
âWho are you?â asked one the women. Reid recognised her as Shannon.Â
âMy name is Dr Spencer Reid and IÂ am with the FBI. I came here to find you and take you home, all of youâ.
âThis is our home,â said another woman. Reid could see she was Georgia.Â
âNo, this is a lieâ. Reid felt sorry for these women who had been brainwashed and lied to.Â
âYouâre a lie!â shouted a young brunette. Reid gasped.Â
âChrissy?â
The brunette stepped forward, confused. âHow do you know my name?â. Reid produced a photograph that JJ had given him.Â
âYour sister, Joanna, gave my colleague this photoâ.
âJoanna?â.
âYes, she is up there and she has been searching for you. She never stoppedâ.
âMy sister is deadâ.
âNo...she isnâtâ.
âEnough of your liesâ.
âOkay, think about it. If the world has ended, how am I here?â
âFrom a survivor campâ replied Shannon.
âWhat, in his FBI gear?â said Allie.Â
âI even have my credentials to show you,â said Reid. He placed his hand into his pocket and pulled out his badge. He placed it against the glass. âSee?â Georgia stepped forward and had a look. She gasped.Â
âOh my god, thatâs real! Heâs real!â
Just then, Lawrence appeared on the other side of the glass. He walked towards the door.Â
âLet me out, Lawrence, itâs over,â said Reid. Lawrence smiled.Â
âOkay, so I lied. Big deal. The world hasnât endedâ said Lawrence as he placed his thumb on the keypad. He looked at Reid. âBut yours is about toâ.Â
Reunion?
There, standing on the platform, was Molly. Sherlockâs mouth fell open in disbelief. âMolly?â. Molly walked up to Sherlock and smiled.
âYou donât have to be lonely, Sherlockâ said Molly. Sherlock quickly shook his head.
âI saw you get on the trainâ.
âI was on the trainâ explained Molly. âBut, then I heard what you said so, I got off at the next stopâ. Sherlock narrowed his eyebrows, confusion plastered over his face. Anderson stepped forward and waved his mobile in the air.
âIâve got her number, remember?â. Lestrade looked at Anderson.
âAnderson?â. Anderson rolled his eyes and began to explain.
âDonât look so shocked. Look, I called her while you were ranting and dancingâ. Molly playfully punched Anderson on the arm.
âI thought it was a pocket dialâ.
âThatâs what I wanted you to think. But, I knew you would still listen to itâ. Molly nodded and smiled.
âI am so glad I didâ. She walked up to Sherlock. âSo, is it true then?â. Sherlock raised his eyebrows and shrugged.
âIs what true?â. Molly grabbed Sherlockâs hands.
âIs it true that you, Sherlock Holmes, are in love with me, Molly Hooper?â. John nudged Sherlock forwards.
âTell herâ said John. Sherlock looked into Mollyâs eyes and smiled.
âIt is about as true as you, Molly Hooper being in love with me, Sherlock Holmesâ. Molly smiled and flung her arms around Sherlockâs neck. Sherlock grabbed Molly and squeezed her harder than he had ever squeezed anyone before, as a tear ran down his cheek. John, Lestrade and Anderson threw their hands into the air and shouted hooray. Everyone turned to head towards the exit, when all of a sudden? A gunshot echoed throughout the station. This was then followed by a body falling, lifeless, to the floor.
This is the final part of my Sherlock Fan Fiction: A Taste of Loneliness.
Part four can be found here.
Ah yes, Bruno Mars. This is a mish-mash of the lyric - Twenty four karat magic in the air, from 24K Magic.Â

Not Just A Mistake But A Regret - Line Of Duty Fan Fiction - Part Two
This is part two of my fan fiction, based off of Series 4 of the BBC drama: Line of Duty. PART ONE HERE.
Steve wheeled himself into work. It had been just over two months, since that fateful night. Two months since he had sat with Sam and she had apologized for leaving him. Two months since Sam had asked for Steveâs forgiveness. Two months sinceâŚSteve had decided to give her another chance. As Steve went up in the lift, he reminisced about the conversation that had took place between him and SamâŚtwo months ago.
âPlease Steveâ repeated Sam. âIâm sorryâ. Steve pulled his face away from her hands.
âBut, how can I?â said Steve. No, really. How can I? Steve shook his head. âNo, no. I canâtâ.
âYes, you canâ said Sam. Maybe there is a chance after all?
âYouâll just hurt me againâ said Steve. Sam moved closer to Steve and grabbed his hands.
âI swear to you Steve, I will never hurt you againâ said Sam. Steve pulled his hands away and wheeled his chair away from Sam.
âIâŚjustâŚnoâ said Steve.
âOkayâ said Sam. She got up from her chair and began to put on her coat.
âWhat are youâŚ?â said Steve. Sam placed her bag onto her shoulder.
âIf you really donât think you can give me another chance, then there is no point in me being hereâ said Sam. She tucked her chair under the table. âSo, Iâm gonna goâ. Sam walked up to Steve and bent down, so she was able to maintain eye-contact. âI will spend the rest of life, regretting ever leaving youâ. Sam kissed Steve on the cheek and headed to the lift. Steve furrowed his brow as multiple thoughts entered his head.
âWaitâ. Sam stopped walking.
âPardon?â said Sam. Steve turned his chair and began to wheel towards Sam.
âWait, donât get in the liftâ said Steve.
âWhy not?â said Sam, pressing the button. âYou donât want me, I see that nowâ. Sam stepped into the lift when Steve grabbed her coat and pulled her back.
âYouâre wrongâ said Steve. Sam turned to face Steve. What did he just say? âYouâre wrongâ repeated Steve.
âWhat?â said Sam. She walked away from the lift and headed back over to the table. Steve wheeled over to her.
âYouâre wrongâ said Steve for a third time. âI do want youâ. Sam jumped out of her chair and rushed over to Steve. She grabbed hold of him and began to give Steve a huge hug. âWait, wait, waitâ. Sam backed away.
âWhatâs wrong?â said Sam. Steve took a deep breath and looked up at Sam.
âI might never walk againâ said Steve. Sam crouched down so that she was the same level as Steve.
âAnd?â said Sam.
âI donât want you to be stuck with meâ said Steve, as a tear rolled down his cheek.
âI want to be with youâ said Sam as she wiped Steveâs face. âNo matter whatâ.
âAre you sureâŚI meanâŚâ said Steve. However, he didnât get to finish his sentence as Sam planted a big kiss upon his lips.
âI left you once before, Iâm not going to do it againâ said Sam as she went in for another kiss. Steve pulled his face away. âWhat?â.
âIf weâre going to do this, we need to take it slowâ said Steve. Sam moved back and smiled.
âOkay, soâŚwe?â said Sam.
âYeahâŚweâ. Sam started to wheel Steve over to the lift.
âWeâŚsounds goodâ said Sam. Steve smiled. âI missed thatâ.
âMissed what?â said Steve as he entered the lift.
âYouâŚsmilingâ said Sam as she pressed the button. Steve moved his and up and touched his lips. My god, Iâm smiling.
âYeahâŚme tooâ said Steve.

Not Just A Mistake But A Regret - Line Of Duty Fan Fiction
This is part one of my fan fiction, based off of Series 4 of the BBC drama: Line of Duty. (which is a fantastic show and everyone should watch it).Â
There is a new blog dedicated to LoD Fan Fiction called:Â Lines of Duty. It is fresh and new and needs content. xx
DS Steve Arnott was sat at his desk, working late as usual. He rubbed his face and looked down at his legs. Steve then looked up, with tears in his eyes. He was afraid that the attack he sustained a few days earlier had left him wheelchair bound for life. He had been to the hospital but they couldn't give him a definite answer, just a case of wait and see. 'Wait and see?' said Steve. 'Wait and bloody see'. He looked at his computer screen. 'What are you hiding, DCI Huntley?'. Steve began to type away on his keyboard when he, suddenly, heard a noise. Steve paused for a moment, listening for signs of movement. After hearing nothing, he went back to typing.
Steve stretched his arms and turned his head, so his neck could crack. 'Oh, that's much better'. He then went back to typing before abruptly stopping again. Steve turned his head once more, just to make sure he wasn't imagining it. And, he wasn't. There, sat in the table, was a Lamb Madras. 'What the...?'. Steve used his hands to raise himself up and looked around the office, but there was no one there.
'Don't do that, you'll hurt yourself' said a voice. It came from the same direction as the Madras. Steve lowered himself down and turned his head again. There, sat at the table was DS Sam Railston.
'Sam?' said Steve. He was in shock. 'What are you...how did you...why are you?'.
'Because I needed to talk to you, without anyone else around' said Sam. 'And I knew you'd be working late'. Steve wheeled over to Sam. He placed his hands on the table
'Talk to me?' he said. 'It's been over a year'. Sam reached out to grab Steve's hand but Steve pulled it away.
'I missed you' said Sam. Steve scoffed.
'Really?' said Steve. 'Nothing from you for over a year and that's what you come out with?'. Sam went to speak but Steve stopped her. 'You left me, when I needed you the most'.
'But I...' said Sam.
'But nothing' interrupted Steve. 'I was at my lowest. I was scared. And what did you do?'. Steve beckoned Sam to answer the question. 'What did you do?'.
'I left' said Sam, tears filling up her eyes.
'You left' jeered Steve. 'And you sit there and have the audacity to tell me, you miss me?'. Steve wiped his eye.
'I'm sorry. I realize now, that was wrong' said Sam. Steve looked at her and shook his head. He placed his hands on his wheelchair and began to back away from the table. 'I have been meaning to talk to you for a long time' said Sam. Steve stopped moving and looked up at Sam once more.
'Meaning to?' said Steve.
'Yes. For ages, I have been meaning to' said Sam. 'But, I wasn't sure how to or what to say or...'.
'How about, sorry?' said Steve.
'Yes. Of course, I'm sorry but...'.
'No buts. Just sorry'.
'Steve, I...'. Steve wheeled his chair back to the table where Sam was still sat.
'Why did it take you so long to apologize to me?'.
'Because...because...because...I had to admit it to myself' said Sam.
'Admit it?' said Steve. 'Admit what?'. Sam looked at Steve.
'That I was wrong'.
'What?' said Steve, in disbelief.
'I kept telling myself that I did the right thing, but I didn't' said Sam. 'I never should have left you'. Steve ran his hands through his hair, in deep thought. He then tipped his head back and closed his eyes. Steve took a deep breath and opened his eyes. He looked back at Sam, who had tears streaming down her face.
'Is that supposed to make me care' said Steve, pointed to Sam's cheek. He leant in so that he was a few inches away from her face. 'Because it doesn't'. Sam wiped her face.
'When I heard that you'd been attacked, my whole world stopped' said Sam. 'I thought I'd lost you'. Steve leant back, so that he was sat upright in his chair.
'You have lost me' said Steve. 'A long time ago'.
'I mean, permanently' said Sam. 'Hearing what had happened made me realize that I still love you and that I needed to, at least try and patch things up'.
'Patch things up?' said Steve. 'Are you being serious?'. Steve wheeled over to where Sam was sat. 'You meant everything to me, and when the whole prison thing happened? I thought you were the one person I could count on. The one person who had my back, who would stick by me'. Sam grabbed Steve's hands.
'And I should've' said Sam. 'I regret it, everyday'. She placed a hand just under Steve's face, cupping his cheek. 'Please give me another chance?'. Steve looked into Sam's eyes. He could tell what she was saying was genuine as were her feelings but, he couldn't forgive her...could he?

Criminal Minds: Set Up - Second Thoughts?
Part Three of Criminal Minds Fan-Fiction: Set Up.
I guess, I should say spoiler warning. This is because there is a mention of what happened in episode 17 of Season 12.Â
(Keep scrolling for part two)
Frazier and Duerson walked over to where Reid was sat. âWell, well, well, did you not learn from the last time?â. Duerson cracked his knuckles. Reid looked up.
âLearn what?â. Frazier grabbed Reid by the collar of his shirt and forced him to stand up.
âNot to snitch, Snitchâ. Reid shrugged Frazier off and turned to walk away.
âWha...I had nothing to do with thatâ. Duerson blocked Reidâs escape. Reid turned to walk the other way but Frazier was stood there.
âOh yeahâŚour shipment just, suddenly, became compromised?â. Reid looked at Frazier.
âLooks like itâ. Frazier raised his eyebrows and punched Reid in the stomach.
âDo you think you're funny, Pretty Boy?â. Reid coughed but stood back up. He squared up to Frazier.
âI had nothing to do with your pathetic plan failingâ. Frazier scoffed.
âWhat did you just say?â. Reid narrowed his eyes and tilted his head.
âYou heard meâ. Duerson tapped Reid on the shoulder. Reid turned around and was met with a fist, straight in his face, splitting his lip and giving him a black eye. Reid spat some blood onto the floor. âIs that all you've got?â.
âOh, you want to dance?â. Frazier produced a knife, the same one he used to slit Luisâs throat. âRemember this?â. Reid looked down at the knife and jeered.
âAre you just going to talk...or will there, actually, be any action?â. Duerson grabbed Reid and held his arms behind his back. Frazier stepped towards Reid, the blade glistening in the light. Reid looked into Frazierâs eyes. âGo on then, do itâ.
âStopâ. Frazier and Duerson turned to find Calvin Shaw standing in the doorway. âLet him go. He didn't snitch. It was Luis. The guards found his journal. Everything you had planned was written insideâ. Frazier walked up to Shaw and an immense stare down ensued. Eventually, Frazier snapped his fingers and Duerson let go of Reid. Frazier and Duerson headed to the door. Frazier turned to face Reid.
âWe'll get you next time, Pretty Boyâ. Reid looked at Calvin.
âCome with meâ. Calvin took Reid back to his cell. He sat him on the bed and pulled the cell door as shut as it could go. Calvin tugged the curtain across the entrance. He turned to Reid, who was acting like an angry teenager. He was sat with his arms crossed, biting the side of his cheek. âWhat the hell was that?â. Reid sneered.
âWhat was what?â. Shaw sat on the bed, opposite Reid.
âDo you want to, actually, make it to your trial? âCause you need to stop pulling stunts like thatâ. Reid glared at Shaw.
âI wasn't pulling any stuntsâ. Reid made quotation marks with his hands as he said the word stunts. Shaw tilted his head, his face full of concern.
âYou practically asked them to kill youâ. Reid shrugged.
âAnd?â.
âIs...is that whatâŚyou want?â. Reid looked down. He was no longer full of anger. Shaw got up and sat next to Reid. He placed his hand on Reid's knee. âSpencer?â. Reid glanced up at Shaw. A single tear trickled down his face. All Shaw could see was someone who was broken. Broken and lost. âWell?â.
Criminal Minds: Lasting Impressions
So, okay, this is dark. Sorry guys. But, I have had this idea bubbling around for a while now. I donât want this to happen to Reid, check I donât want any of what is happening to him to happen to him but, here you go. I would say enjoy but, I think thatâs the wrong word to use đ. TRIGGER WARNING: mention of rape. Sort of, it is subtle.
Reid was sound asleep, in his cell. He didnât hear the door unlock or the three guys enter. They carefully picked Reid up and carried him away. When Reid awoke, he was lying on a bed with his arms tied behind his back.
âMorning, Sunshineâ. Reid went to speak but found he was unable to. Thatâs when he realised he was gagged. Reid looked around, hoping someone would see him, hoping someone would save him. âItâs just usâ. Reid looked straight in front him. Julio? This was the same man who had tried to attack him before but, Calvin had saved him. âNo Shaw to save you this timeâ. How did he know what I was thinking? Reid began to wriggle, trying desperately to escape his restraints. âThereâs really no point in doing that, thisâll be over soonâ. Julio clambered onto the bed and straddled Reid. He lifted Reidâs head and removed the gag. âWhatâŚno genius words to be said?â.
âHow did you get into my cell?â.
âDonât worry your pretty little head about thatâ. Julio leant forward and looked into Reidâs eyes. âMy, you are prettyâ. He grabbed Reidâs hair and jerked his head to the side. Julio whispered into Reidâs ear. âIâm guessing you know what happens to pretty boys in here?â. Reid shuddered as Julio nibbled on Reidâs earlobe.Â
âPleaseâŚget off meâ. Julio smirked as he undid his trousers. Someone, anyone, please help me. He shuffled forward so that he was positioned in front of Reidâs mouth.Â
âNow, are we going to do this the easy way or, pun intended, the hard way?â. Reid clamped his lips together as tightly as possible and shook his head. He looked at Julio. Please donât do this. Julio raised his right eyebrow and laughed. He then pinched Reidâs nose shut. âYouâll have to open that mouth, at some point, to breathe. And when you do? Iâll be readyâ. Reid knew he couldnât hold his breath for much longer. A tear fell down his face. Just a little longer. Reid started to feel faint. He needed to breathe. Reid wondered if there was any way he could secretly breathe, without Julio noticing. His lungs felt so tight. He knew what was waiting for him but Reid couldnât hold it any longer. He took an almighty gasp before choking. âRelax, Iâll go easy on youâ. Julio began to rock back and forth. Reid could feel himself wanting to be sick. Was this really happening? Thankfully, it only lasted a few minutes. Julio pulled away from Reid. He grabbed an empty cup and placed it near Reidâs lips. âDonât worry, you can spitâŚthis timeâ. Reid threw up the contents in his mouth. He kept spitting. I need to get rid of it. All of it. One of the men left and came back with a green bottle. He handed it to Julio who, twisted the lid open. âHere you go, relax, itâs mouthwashâ. Reid sat up, as much as he could and took a large gulp. He swished the minty liquid around his gums for what seemed forever before, finally, spitting it out into the cup. âGood boy. NowâŚturn overâ. Reidâs eyes widened.Â
âPlease donât do this. Just beat me up. Black and blueâ.Â
âOh Spencer, I want to leave a lasting impression on you and bruises can healâ. Julio flipped Reid over. Reid struggled against Julio and the men who were holding him down. Within seconds, Reid felt a chill on the lower half of his body. âRelax, Iâll be gentleâ. Relax? How can I relax when you about toâŚReid didnât get to finish this thought as he felt something enter him. âOoh, youâre tightâ. Reid began to weep. Julio wiggled around, trying to find the best position. Then without warning, he grabbed Reidâs arms and gave an almighty thrust. Searing pain shot through Reidâs body as he cried out. âMuch betterâ snarled Julio as he began to, once more, rock back and forth. Each time felt worse than the last. Reid felt sick. Thankfully, again, it only lasted a few minutes. Julio gave a grunt before, finally, pulling out of Reid. Reid turned onto his side and curled up. His arms were still tied behind him. He spotted Julio, out of the corner of his eye. He was wiping himself. Reid closed his eyes. He could feel the contents of his stomach travelling up his throat. Julio stepped towards Reid. He walked over to Reidâs arms and untied them. Reid moved his hands in front of him and wrapped them around himself. Julio chucked Reidâs pants and trousers onto the bed. âGet dressedâ. Reid slowly sat up. He was in so much pain. Julio headed to the door but stopped and turned to Reid. âTell no one, you got it?â. Reid nodded. There was no way he would tell anyone. No one must ever know.

Reid walked into the visitation room. He smiled as he spotted JJ sat at the desk. JJ took a deep breath.
âHey, Spence. How you holding up?â. Â
âOh, you know, how youâd expectâ. JJ looked around at the other inmates.
âHow are they treating you?â. Reid bit his lip.
âFine. Again, how youâd expect given Iâm a FBI agent in prisonâ. JJ tilted her head to the left.
âAre you okay? You lookâŚdifferentâ. Reid gave a tiny shrug.
âWell, I probably look like a guy whoâs been in prisonâ. JJ looked at Reid.
âHave you made any friends?â. Reid pointed to Shaw.
âActually, yeah Calvin, Calvin Shawâ. JJ turned to look where Reid was pointing.
âThe ex FBI agent?â. JJ turned back around, so she was facing Reid.
âYeah, heâs sort of, taken me under his wing. Which is nice. I mean, Iâm a FBI agentâŚin a prison full of people I helped put in here. Anyway, any word on Mr scratch?â. JJ shook her head.
âNo, not yet. But weâre searching. Day and night. We will find himâ. Reid closed his eyes, as to stop the tears from falling. After heâd composed himself, he opened them and looked at JJ.
âHeâs going to get away with it, isnât he?â. JJ sighed.
âHeyâ. Reid scoffed. His eyes began to fill up with tears, once more.
âWhat? Donât think like that? Itâs going to be fine? How can you say that? The only reason you know I didnât do this, is because you know me. But a jury and a judge? Theyâll just look at the evidence and the evidence says throw the book at him. Heâs a cold-blooded murderer. And without Mr Scratch? OrâŚanything? Iâm going down for this, I know itâ. Reid placed the palms of his hands over his eyes and wiped away the tears. He couldnât let anyone see. Reid paused and stared at his bandaged hand. If I could just remember. JJ took a deep breath.
âListen, look at me. Two things, okay? One, thereâs not a chance in hell weâre going to let you go down for this. And two? Weâre going to stop talking about that otherwise, Iâll get upset and thatâs not a good idea in hereâ. Reid nodded.

Criminal Minds: Set Up - Drugged
Part One of Criminal Minds Fan-Fiction: Set Up.Â
*I know I have another piece called Set Up but this is different to that*.
Reid walked to Shawâs cell. He could hear Shaw talking to someone. But who? Reid leans against the door, so he is hidden and peeks his head around the frame. He spots Shaw. He is talking to someone on the phone. Reid goes to walk away, as to give him privacy but he overhears his name.
âYes, Spencer Reid. He has been moved into the cell next to meâ. Reid decides to stay hidden and listen in as something doesnât feel right. Shaw continues to talk on the phone. âI haven'tâŚI havenât got him to say anything yet but, I will. Donât worry. Yes, I think he is might fall for it. I will get him to say it. By any means necessaryâ. Just then, some other inmates arrived. They were talking and making noise. âI need to go now. But, donât worry Peter. It is going to be fineâ. Reid walked up to Shawâs cell. He needed to pretend everything was okay.
âHey, who was...who was that on the phone?â. Shaw stood up and hid the phone behind his books.
âOh, you know, people worrying about me. LikeâŚfamily members. Anyway, what are you doing here?â. Reid looked down at the floor. He cleared his throat.
âWe...we were going to play chessâ. Shaw gasped.
âOh yeah, I completely forgotâ. He beckoned to Reid. âWell, come on inâ. Reid entered the cell and sat on the bed. Shaw was lying under the bed, busy digging out the chess board. âHave you given any thought to what I said to you a few days ago?â. Reid nodded, even though he knew Shaw couldnât see him.
âI understand that it could get me more respect and it would probably make my life a hell of a lot easier but, I can't. I didnât kill that doctor in Mexicoâ. Shaw slid out from the bed and placed the chess board on the bed. He stood up and brushed the dust off his shirt.
âSo, you're just...going to take all of the beatings? That are sure to come your way?â. Reid fiddled with his hands.
âI guessâŚit's the best thing to do and I can just hope and pray that my team will find the true culprit and I'll be out of hereâ. Shaw sat down on the bed, opposite Reid.
âDo you reckon they'll find him?â. Reid sighed.
âYeah I hope...I hope soâ. Shaw stood back up. âWhat are you doing?â.
âLet me...let me go...and get you a drinkâ.
âOh, no, I'm fineâ.
âPlease, you're dehydratedâ. Shaw pointed to the chess board. âGo ahead and set up, I'll be right backâ. Shaw left the cell. Reid smiled and began to set up the chess board. A few minutes later, Shaw arrived back with some water. But, before he entered the cell, he dropped some white powder into Reid's cup and gave it a stir. âHere you goâ. Reid looked up and found Shaw standing there, holding a cup of water. Reid took the cup from Shaw.
âThank youâ. Shaw began to dig through his belongings again. He handed Reid a copy of Brave New World. âHere's a new book, by the wayâ. Reid put his drink down and took the book from Shaw.
âHey thanks. I will...put it in my room laterâ. Reid placed the book, on the bed, next to him. Shaw walked back over to the entrance of his cell. He turned to Reid.
âNah, you might as well do that now. I need to pop to the men's room quicklyâ. Reid coughed.
âOkay yeah, I'll do it now. Thanks...againâ. Shaw smiled and left the cell. Reid got up and entered the cell next door. He began to feel light headed and dizzy. Reid sat down on the bed. He had felt this way before. It was after he was drugged. Reid tries to focus but he can feel his body going floppy. Knowing what has happened, Reid grabbed a pen and scribbled in the back of the book Shaw had just given him. âCalvin Shaw is involved. I heard him on the phone. He was talking to Peter. He drugged meâ. Reid threw the pen far away and hid the book under his pillow, so Shaw wouldnât find it. Reid stood up and headed to the entrance of his cell. There was a thud and Reid collapsed to the ground. Just then, Shaw reappeared.
âRight letâs play che...Reid?â. Shaw spotted Reid's body, slumped across the floor. He entered Reidâs cell and picked Reid up. He placed him on the bed. âHey, you should have just told me if you wanted to have a sleepâ. Shaw stood up and peeked outside the cell. He looked around to make sure he wasnât being watched or listened to and then, he sat on the edge of Reidâs bed. âSorry I had to do that to you but, I couldnât risk you overhearing my phone call. It would ruin the plan. You see, I have got a ticket out of here. Yes, it means screwing you over and that sucks because you're a great guy, but I will never get this opportunity again. I must take it. Besides, if you do go down for the murder of that Mexican doctor? I donât think you would survive one week. You're fresh meat to these goons and I wonât be here to protect you, Iâll be freeâ.
Criminal Minds: Court Case
The team were all sat, in the courtroom, waiting for Reid. Suddenly, the doors opened and there he was. He was wearing a suit and handcuffs. His hand was still bandaged up from the cut. Reid was sat down and his handcuffs were removed. He turned to face his team.
âEyes frontâ demanded the Judge. âCourt is now in sessionâ. Reid turned to face the judge. He could feel his eyes start to water. Stay strong. âDoes the prosecution have an opening statement?â
A youngish looking female arose from her chair. âWe do, your Honorâ. She walked over to where they jury were. âThis man claims to have been drugged while in Mexicoâ she began, as she pointed at Reid. âWho do I use the word âclaimedâ, you may ask?â. She walked over to Reid. âBecause this man was found in possession of Class A drugs with intent to distributeâ. Suddenly, the defence lawyer shot up.
âObjection!â she shouted. âThis is just a rumourâ. The judge waved his hand.
âIâll allow itâ.
âFineâ huffed the defence lawyer.
The prosecution smiled. âBut this man is also here because, the person who he was meeting up with was found murderedâ. She walked back over to her seat. âOhâ she continued. âAnd his DNA was all over the place, even on the murder weaponâ.
Reid turned to his defence lawyer. âBut, I swear Fiona, I didnât kill herâ.
Fiona stood up, and walked up to the jury. âMy client has been wrongly accused of both chargesâ. âAnd today, you will get the truthâ.
âAnything else?â asked the Judge.
âNot at the moment, your Honorâ.
âProsecution, your first witness pleaseâ.
The young girl stood up once more. âWell, considering thereâs, really, only one witness, I would like to callâŚAgent Spencer Reid to the standâ. Reid stood up and walked over to the stand. He was given a book and told to pledge the oath.
âI, Dr Spencer Reid, swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me Godâ.
âIs it true that you travelled to Mexico, unofficially?â. Reid nodded his head.
âYesâŚand it was a stupid thing to doâ.
âWellâŚso was murdering Nadia Ramosâ.
âButâŚbut I didnât do thatâ.
âHow can you be so sure?â. âI mean, you canât remember anythingâ. Reid looked down.
âBecause he doesnât do things like thatâ shouted Garcia as, she leapt up from her seat.
âOrder in my court,â the judge demanded. JJ grabbed Garciaâs hand and pulled her back down. The judge turned to the young girl.
âNo further questions, your Honorâ.
Now, it was Fionaâs turn. She knew Reid was innocent but how could she prove it?

Reid was sat at his desk, staring into space. Morgan sat down on the edge of Reidâs desk
âWhoa. Kid, you alright?â. Reid looked up at Morgan.
âYeah, Iâm fineâ. Reid raised his eyebrows. âWhy?â.
âWell, you just jumpedâ.
âWellâŚthat's because you made me jumpâ. Reid turned his head so, he was facing his computer screen. Morgan placed his hand onto Reidâs shoulder.
âReid. Look at meâ. Reid sighed and turned his head once more, this time so he was, once again, facing Morgan. âAre you okay?â. Reid rolled his eyes.
âYou literally just asked me thatâŚand my answer hasn't changedâŚâ. Reid looked at his watch. ââŚin the last minute or soâŚâ. Morgan sighed.
âYou donât need to bottle it up, Reidâ. Reid gave a tiny scoff.
âBottle what up? Iâm not bottling anything up. Iâm fineâ. Reid placed his hands behind his neck and looked up at the ceiling. âIf you could just, please, stopâŚasking me the same question? Iâll be even betterâ. Â
âReid. What Tobias did to youâ. Reid glared towards Morgan. âThe torture? Making you choose? The drugs? Plus, you...you died Kidâ. Reid clapped his hands together and then rested his head on them.
âI know, thanks for thatâŚwonderful recapâŚof something thatâŚIâm desperately trying to forgetâ. Â
âReid?â. Once more, Reid glanced at Morgan. âYou don't need to forget. You need to face itâ. Reid gave a couple more scoffs. He played with his hands as he spoke.
âWhatâs there to face? I was kidnapped, held hostage and tortured for two days. Then, you guys found me and now Iâm okay. Iâm back, Iâm hereâŚworking. Where I should be. Where I belongâ. Morgan went and got his chair from his desk. He placed it next to Reid. He spun Reidâs chair so Reid was looking at him.
âYou're not okayâ. Reid ruffled his hair.
âNo. Of course Iâm notâ. He made fists and proceeded to bang them together. âI mean, Iâm notâŚnot okayâ. Reid shrugged his shoulders. âClearly, you know me better than I know myself so, if I say Iâm okayâŚthatâs clearly, a lieâŚâ. Reid rested his elbow on the desk and placed his head against his hand. His index finger was stretched out, pushing up the skin on his eyebrow. Morgan moved his chair closer. Â
âReid...remember Elle?â.
ââŚright? I mean, I can't be okayâ. Reid stopped talking and moved his head away from his hand. He replayed what Morgan had just said to him in his head. âRemember Elle? Yeah, I remember Elle. Whatâs she got to doâŚâ. Reid started to shake his head in disbelief ââŚoh, I get itâ. Reid turned and looked Morgan, directly, in the eye. âYou think Iâm going to do what she did? Well, new flash. Tobias is dead. SoâŚI can't kill himâ. Morgan rubbed his head.
âReid, what you went throughâŚâ.
â-Let me stop you thereâ. Reid pointed to his chest. âWhat I went throughâ. Reid waved his hand. âWhat are you going to do? Another recap?â. Reid stood up and started to pack his things. âI donât need reminding. I donât need a recap. And, I donât need to keep being asked the same goddam question repeatedlyâ. Morgan placed his hand on Reidâs arm.
âKid?â.
âOver and over and over againâŚâ.
âSpencer?â.
ââŚI justâŚBACK OFF DEREK. Reid threw his folders across the room. Morgan placed his hands up in front of himself.
âWhoa, okay. Iâll leave you aloneâ. Derek stood up and took his chair back to his desk. Then he went out the door. Reid, who was angry and annoyed, started to feel sad. He collapsed into his chair and closed his eyes. He could feel a single tear, running down his cheek. Reid opened his eyes and sighed.
âShitâ. He rubbed his eyes when suddenly, he felt a hand upon his shoulder. When he looked up, Reid noticed it was Emily.
âSpencer? Come with meâ.
But I'm only human
And I bleed when I fall
I'm only human
And I crash and I break down
Criminal Minds: The Decision
Well, this is slightly different than how I am used to writing. My inspiration for this is from a new blog that I am following  - Reid Reads. She is amazing and you should, definitely, check her out.Â
TRIGGER WARNING? I think. I am not sure. But, there are mentions of being beaten, stabbed and a small talk of cancer.Â
..........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
A shiver travels up your spine. Gah, that is cold. You wrap your arms around yourself, to lock in the heat. You look around your surroundings. Where am I? You notice there is a figure lying in the bed, across the room. Iâm in a hospital. It is hard to tell who it is, they are black and blue with bruises and there appears to be a range of wounds covering every part of skin. Not to mention, the numerous IV drips and tubes coming out of the body. You head towards the figure to get a closer look but, then, suddenly the door crashes open and Spencer Reid appears. He stops in the doorway, frozen by what he sees in the bed.
âOh, my god, Y/Nâ. He walks over to the bed, his eyes filling tears. âLook at youâ. He grabs the chair and pulls it closer to the bed. âI would say youâre a mess but even like this, youâre still so beautifulâ.
Y/N? But thatâs me. You walk up to the figure and thatâs when you spot it. There on the left hand, middle finger. The ring that your mother gave you, before she had passed away. Oh my god. Just then, you come over all dizzy and collapse to the floor. You start to remember. It is all coming flooding back.
You were on a case, chasing the unsub. Well, I say remember. He knocked you out so, you canât remember much but, you can remember some things such as the uncontrollable rage the unsub had as he beat you. First with his fists and then he began to kick. You are sure that he used a bat at one point. Blow after blow, you could hear your bones crunching and when that wasnât enough? He stabbed you. Over and over, each wound deeper than the last. You remember wanting to shout but, not having the energy. You remember your eyes beginning to close and your body beginning to shut down. You remember wanting it to stop, one way or another. You remember the door being kicked in and the team piling in.
âPut that weapon down right nowâ shouted Luke.
âHands where we can see themâ demanded Rossi.
You remember looking up. He was a site for sore eyesâŚSpencer.
âWe need a medicâ. Â That is all he kept saying. âWe need a medic, we need a medicâ. You remember how he held you close and whispered for you to hang on. The last thing you heard before passing out? Was Spencer, âI canât go through this againâ.
The next thing you know, you are sat in the corner of a hospital room watching yourself. But how can you be in the bed but also sat here? You stand up and walk to the bottom of the bed, you can see Spencer. He is crying. How can you be watching this? Oh god, was this it? Is this what happens when people know theyâre goingâŚto pass on?

Criminal Minds: Set Up
Reid was sat in his prison cell, crying. They found me guilty. He was struggling to come to come to terms with everything that had happened. Not to mention, everything that was going to happen next.
You have a visitor.
âI said no visitors, I want to be alone.
Itâs a Mr David Rossi.
âTell him to go awayâ.
He is adamant he must see you. Reid rubbed his eyes.
âFine, send him inâ. âBut, I donât want to talk for longâ. Just then, the door creaked open and Rossi entered. Reid was holding his head down so Rossi couldnât see him crying. âWhat do you want? I said no visitorsâ explained Reid. âItâs overâ.
âThis has turned out better than expected, Spencer-reenoâ. As soon as Rossi spoke, Reid looked up as he knew that voice. And he knew it wasnât Rossi after all. He turned his head and gasped.
âNo. It canât beâ said Reid. âYou?â. As soon as he said this, Reid was hit with a sudden realisation. âYou did this?â.
âGuiltyâ fake Rossi replied. âSorry, youâre probably tired of hearing that wordâ. Â Reid began to well up. âThis whole this is, can I say delicious? Well, Iâm going to anywayâ announced fake Rossi. âThis whole thing is deliciousâ. Fake Rossi got up and sat nearer to the bars on Reidâs cell. âI really thought your team would find evidence to help youâ he explained. Fake Rossi laid down on the floor. âAnd, I never foretold youâd be found guilty. Neverâ. Reid wiped away a tear and moved closer to the edge of his cell.
âWhy?â asked Reid. âYou toyed with the others but, youâve put me to deathâ. Reid took a large breath. âWhy?â. Fake Rossi sat back up and looked at Reid.
âWell, that wasnât my intentionâ retorted fake Rossi. âI just wanted to mess with youâ.
âWell, youâve certainly done thatâ. Fake Rossi reached into his pocket and pulled out a memory stick. He waved it in Reidâs face.
âYou see this?â he explained. âEverything you need to set you free is on hereâ. Reid focused on the memory stick.
âWhat?â.
âYou didnât do this, Spencerâ clarified fake Rossi. âYes, you were drugged but, only to give you a good nightâs sleep. Nothing more. Apart from the memory wipeâ. Reid made a grab for the memory stick but, fake Rossi dodged his grip. Reid pointed to the memory stick his eyes, once again, filling with tears.
âThat will set me free?â asked Reid. Fake Rossi twiddled the memory stick in his fingers.
âYesâ replied fake Rossi. âQuestion isâŚdo I hand it in now?â. Fake Rossi stood up and placed the memory stick, back into his pocket. âOrâŚdo I sit there, in that room, and watch them give you that final, lethal injection and then hand it in?â. Reid stood up and held onto the bars. He pushed his face as far through the bars as it would go. He could feel tears running down his face, but Reid didnât care.
âPleaseâ he begged. âPlease donât do this. I donât want to die. Especially if, I am innocentâ. Fake Rossi sat on the bench and smiled.
âNow Dr, youâll have to do better than thatâ he vindicated. Fake Rossi stood up, again, and walked over to Reid. He grabbed Reidâs hands and placed them together. âBegâ. Fake Rossi forced Reid to kneel, by pulling his arms down.
âPlease. I donât want to dieâ begged Reid. By now, his shirt was sodden with his tears.
âWhy donât we try again?â said fake Rossi. âBut, this time? Use my nameâ. Fake Rossi stood up and placed his foot through the bar. âAnd kiss thisâ. Reid looked up and shook his head.
âPleaseâŚI donât want toâ he said.
âFineâ replied fake Rossi and he headed to the door.
âWaitâ shouted Reid. He took a long breath. âIâll do itâ. Fake Rossi grinned and walked back over to Reid. He stuck his foot back through the bars.
âWell?â said fake Rossi. Reid looked up.
âPleaseâ he began. âPlease donât do thisâŚMr Scratchâ.
âAndâŚâ said Mr Scratch. He wiggled his foot. âKiss itâ. Reid knelt forward and placed a small kiss onto the edge of Mr Scratchâs shoe. He gagged due to his OCD and wiped his mouth. âMuch betterâ. Mr Scratch knelt and put his hands through the bars. He grabbed Reidâs chin and tipped his head up, so that he could look Reid in the eye. âIâll have to think about itâ he explained. As he pulled his hand away, Mr Scratch wiped away some of Reidâs tears and licked them off his fingers. He stood back up and headed to the door. âI mean, itâs such a big askâ. Reid looked down at the floor, in disbelief. Mr Scratch buzzed the door. âOh, and feel free to tell your teamâ he verbalized. âI mean it wonât change anythingâ. He reproduced the memory stick from his pocket. âThey still need thisâ he said, waving the memory stick around. The guard opened the door. Mr Scratch turned to Reid. âYou know something?â he said. âYouâre my favourite projectâ. And with that, Mr Scratch left. As soon as the door was shut, Reid broke down. Mr Scratch is the only one, who can save me now.
Criminal Minds: False Memories
Spencer Reid had just put his mum to bed. He turned off all the lights and checked all the doors. Then, he clambered onto the sofa and closed his eyes. Reid was so tired that, within seconds he had fallen asleep. Suddenly, the apartment door handle began to wiggle. There was a slight squeak as the door was pushed open. A figure entered the residence. It was Peter Lewis, better known asâŚMr Scratch. He walked up to Reid, who was still asleep. âWell well well, look what we have hereâ he said. âA sitting duckâ.  Mr Scratch crouched down so, he was eye-level with Reid. He took a deep breath. âSo, managed to get rid of the memories from last timeâŚeh?â he questioned. Mr Scratch narrowed his eyes. âBut this time? You wonât be so luckyâ. He reached into his pocket and produced a vile. He held it up, as if to show Reid; who was still asleep. âSee, what I have here Drâ explained Mr Scratch. âWill make you putty in my handsâ. Mr scratch smiled evilly as he opened the vile and emptied some of its contents into Reidâs mouth. âDrink upâ. He tilted Reidâs head back so the liquid could travel down his throat.  No sooner had Reid swallowed it, the foul taste woke him up. Reid still had blurry vision but he could see a shadow in front of him.
âMum?â
âGood morningâ. Spencer gasped. He knew that voice. But it couldnât beâŚcould it? He rubbed his eyes so he could see again. There, standing in his living room, was Mr Scratch.
âWhaâŚwhat are you doing here?â asked Reid. He started to feel dizzy. âWhaâŚwhat have you done?â
âNo point fightingâ explained Mr Scratch. âJust go back to sleepâ. Â Reid began to wave his head around, like a rag-doll. His whole body started to go floppy and his eyelids began to close. âIâm giving you a new memoryâ hissed Mr Scratch. âOne that canât be erasedâ. Reid fought to keep himself awake. He knew it was the only way of making sure whatever Mr Scratch had given him, wouldnât take effect. Mr Scratch started to get frustrated at Reidâs defiance so, he grabbed him by his hair and flung his head backwards. He then sat on Reid and forced the vile into his mouth. Mr Scratch stayed there and held it tightly, with Reid trying to throw him off, until every drop had been swallowed. Within moments, Reid was unconscious. âFinallyâ said Mr Scratch. âNow, time for the fun partâ.
He placed his hand over Reidâs nose and mouth and began to suffocate him. After some time, Reid woke up. He was desperately gasping for air. He looked at Mr Scratch but, didnât see him. Instead? He saw his mother. Reid began grasping and scratching at the hand, trying to remove it. He even tried to shout mum stop but, it was no use. Reid could feel his body weakening and his breaths got shallower and shallower and shallower untilâŚ
âThere we goâ. Mr Scratch picked up the vile and placed it, back, into his pocket. âYou have a nice sleepâ. He checked to see if Reid was still breathing. Mr Scratched headed to the door. He turned and looked at Reid. âSay hi to your mum for meâ.
A while later, Diana awoke from her nap. She entered the living room where she found Reid, still asleep. She shook him and told him to wake up now but she got no answer. So, she did it again. Still nothing. Diana started to panic⌠why couldnât she wake Reid? Then she had an idea. She went and got a cup of water from the kitchen. Diana rushed back into the living and threw the cupâs contents all over Reid. He awoke at once, spluttering. âThere we goâ said Diana. She sat down next to Reid. Reid pulled his legs close and moved to the other side of the sofa. Diana placed her hand near Reid.
âGet away from meâ said Reid, as he curled himself up.
âWhat?â replied Diana. Spencer scoffed.
âOh of course, you donât rememberâ. Diana looked at Reid, a puzzled look upon her face.
âSpencer. What are you on about?â she asked.
âReally? Youâve forgotten that quickly?â retorted Reid. âWhat a coincidenceâ. By now, Diana was very confused by Reidâs behaviour.
âPlease, tell me whatâs wrongâ she requested. Once again, Reid scoffed.
âOh, it was wrong alrightâ he replied. Diana moved closer to Reid.
âWhat was?â
âWhat you did, well try to doâ explained Reid, as he got up and went to his desk.
âWhat?â said Diana, she headed over to where Reid was now sat. she placed her hand onto his shoulder. Reid shot out of his seat.
âYou tried to suffocate me mumâ he shouted, tears in his eyes. Diana froze with shock.
âIâŚIâŚâ she stuttered. Reid went and sat back on the sofa.
âWhat youâre sorry?â
âNoâŚIâŚare you sure it was me?â asked Diana, desperately trying to remember what had happened in the last couple of hours.
âWell who else lives here and looks like youâ replied Reid. He pointed to the bedroom. âI think you should go back to your roomâ.
âSpencerâŚâ said Diana. She held her arms out, as if expecting a hug.
âNow mum. I need to be aloneâ
Diana did as she was told, still confused by what she was being accused of. She entered the bedroom and shut the door. Reid looked up at the ceiling and began to cry.
Outside, safe in his car, Peter Lewis was listening to the chaos he had caused. He put his seat-belt on and started his car. âThat was only the beginningâ Mr Scratch announced as, he drove off into the distance.
