L has already spoken about H once! Technically... Calls them a Toff or Snob at the bar 😆 I think Lestrade has sort of seen them around somewhere... But they've never been introduced. And... Can we be honest? Look, H is a bit intense.

But W has a habit of exaggerating. Especially when it comes to MC and matters of the heart...

"Romanced" L has two competing thoughts seeing MC and H together:

"That rich bastard/btch is going to hurt them—" (that they'll play around with MC).

"They look perfect together on the ballroom floor... Fuck. They'd give them a perfect life..."

And then they'd skulk off, in a bitter mood, for a smoke outside.

Addendum: I've always felt like, under the perfect circumstances, L and H are a bit similar and could get along / work well together. I just don't think we will really get those circumstances...

And here I was despairing on how to unlock it when all this time, Sherlock was referring to H...

Anyway, how WOULD Lestrade react while spiralling and already not in a good mood just for Sherlock to say they practically find their voice sexy 😳

Honestly, in my humble opinion, L prob has the sexiest voice of the group. Both Greg and Grace. Atleast how imagine it. They’re the only one with a voice variable lol. Gregory having a deep rumbling voice (look I don’t know why tall lanky peeps sometimes have the deepest voices). And Grace having this husky, seductive tone (miiight be all the smoking and whiskey but whatever..)

W has enthusiasm and variation in their voice that’s prob very charming. I think they’re pretty good at playing it up and down, good speaker, good performer almost. Adler’s theatrical and musical and prob very good at seductive whispering. And H has this very lulling softness that I find quite appealing in contrast to their character.

But it’s L’s that still stands above, imo.

But honestly? You tell them that, at that point in time, and they’re unlikely to take it as anything but sarcasm.

He meant to get up, and he certainly tried to get up.

But maybe he'd just close his eyes for a minute.
