Unfortunately, due to a unfortunate situation, this maybe the last update to this campaign. I am really sad to see this go, as this was probably the funnest game I have done.

Yes, I now have ponyfinder , ever since  I heard about this I have Wanted to get it and see how they did some of the rules.

well season 5 is now over, and it was a good season and sad to see done already, it felt short mostly because of that long break over the summer.

Season 1: against the bandits

Adventure 5: The Captured Caravan (pt. 1)

  We finally got to play again and as a bonus we had some guest players who played Bob and Pang.

  We started the game in town after the last adventure,the heroes sold  loot, bought equipment, and other shenanigans in town they went to the inn for the night.

  The next morning a wounded guard limped into town and soon the whole town was talking about the caravan that was attacked by the the Skull Breaker Bandits. Vivian was soon hired by the town to track down the bandits and to try to retrieve the good the caravan was transporting. The heroes first decided to question the guard, who is named lance, and convinced him to join Vivian and to take her to the spot where the attack happened.

  Once there the heroes found the bandits surprisingly easy to track as they did nothing to cover there tracks and left a trail of discarded objects.When they finally arrived at the cave at the end of the trail and entered, they found out why the bandits were so easy to track. In the cave 4 orcs were waiting in ambush for the heroes. After defeating the orcs the heroes took time to look around the room, and after finding everything to find, they decided to go into the next room, with caution this time.

my favorite game? now that’s a tough one. if you are talking about board/Table top games It would have to be “AD&D 2E”.

Season 1: against the bandits

Adventure 4: The Magic Statue (pt. 2)

  First thing I want to say is I am for not being able to update this, we hadn’t played for awhile and at about the same time my computer died, so I could not get on. I have finally gotten my computer some what working again, so I can post this update.

   When we left off Vivian, Pang, and Bob with Erelos, Had just found the magic statue they were looking for, destroyed it and started to leave, when a group of goblins found the cave that the heroes were in. The goblins   asked the heroes “Who are you, and what are you doing here?” Vivian stepped up, and knowing they were a part of the broken skull bandits, said that her name was Vivian Moonfang, at that the goblins drew there weapons, saying that there leader has a price on her head for ruining so many of his plans, and charged to  attacked the heroes.

  The fight lasted longer than it should have, because the goblins charge woke up the swarm of bats in the room making it vary hard to see and hit any thing for both sides. After a few minuets of fighting the ogre, that was sleeping in the other room,  joined the fight, but to protect his home from all intruders. Knowing that the ogre could kill any of her friends, in one hit, Vivian stepped up to fight the ogre her self. The battle was tense but after focusing her Ki energy Vivian was able to bring down the ogre in a couple hits. the goblins stood  little chance after that as the bats were clearing out all but one was killed, and he ran away.

  the heroes looted the bodes and went back to town, Erelos went his own way, and Vivian, Pang, and Bob went back to the inn to get some rest.

Character generation

  The first thing I want to say is that I like my players to be heroic, a cut above the normal person, and the way I generate characters reflects that.

  The rolling method that I use originally came from the 1st E AD&D Unearthed Arcana that I adapted to 2nd E.

You pick a class and roll the indicated number of 6-sided dice for each ability score. The 3 best die rolls for each ability are added together to produce the score.(For example a fighter's strength is determined by rolling 9d6 and keeping the 3 highest results.)

for multi-classed characters find the average of the classes dice round prime numbers up and others down

example: fighter/mage, Str:7, Dex:7, Con:7, Int:6, Wis:6, Cha:5

I do not allow re-rolls you get what you roll.

I am thinking about posting up some of the rules that I use in my 2E D&D games. Some of them are new others are rules from other editions or games that I adapted to 2E . so that I have something to post when I can't play or I can't pant fast enough.
