50 c@ls of Osmolite through my feeding tube again last night.

170 of this trail mix. I just nibbled throughout the day to stay full.

I’ve decided to stop photographing my Osmolite since I use it every night and it’s too risky. Maybe I’ll start reposting the same pics, I don’t know. Anyhoo, I used 100 c@l0ries of that.

I ate a cookie today that was 170 (didn’t snap a picture, it was a family gathering) and it upset my MALS so much that I threw it up so I’m only counting half the c@ls. That’s 85.

Started out with 50 c@ls of Osmolite through my feeding tube last night (not pictured).

I caved and let myself have a cherry dum dum. A website told me it was 20 c@l0ries for one.

Lastly, I had 160 of rice. I couldn’t finish it all but I didn’t feel like remeasuring so I will just count it as 160.

Last night I measured out only 50 c@ls of my Osmolite and ran that plus lots of water through my feeding tube.

Lastly, I forced down 200 of white rice. It’s important that I eat something orally as often as possible so I don’t need feeding therapy later on.

Last night I did one container of Osmolite through my feeding tube.

At 16:12, I measured out 160 of white rice.

At 18:58 I had two cups of green tea which is usually 0, but I added a tablespoon of honey to each cup, totaling up to 120 c@ls of honey (gross, I know)

I’m thinking about cutting down on my Osmolite since I can’t eat much orally, so it would keep me from going over 500, which is my daily ideal. I don’t know though, because then I feel like things would be too obvious.

Today was a metabolism day! Couldn’t take any pics because my parents are suspicious since my last doctor’s appointment :-/

I used three containers of Osmolite and filled the rest of the bag with water to feel more full and honestly to try and avoid having to eat on a metabolism day. That added up to 1,065.

Not pictured, but I measured out 240 c@ls of strawberries and ate some of it, but I didn’t feel up to eating it all. I counted it all anyway. Today was really rough and the last thing I wanted to do was eat. I’m trying not to hate myself.

Through the night last night I ran most of an Osmolite mixed with water through my feeding tube.

Monster at 9:43, 10 c@l. Finished it at 14:47.

Lastly I had a half cup of rice which equals 160.

Last night I put two containers of Osmolite and a ton of water through my feeding tube and that was all. Today was a rough day for my stomach (thanks to my MALS), so my oral water intake was really low and I couldn’t bare to eat anything.

Last night I set up my feeding tube with just one container of Osmolite, which is 355 calories.

At 8:17 I started drinking a strawberry Monster, which is 10 calories :) I finished it at 12:43

Next I ate a 200 calorie rice cup at 16:44.

Lastly, I had a 100 calorie cookie at 18:28 that I forgot to photograph :p
