U know marvel movies where those “superheroes” go to foreign lands and try to save these countries from very powerful “villians” and in the process wreck said countries and kill innocent civilians ? It was about the us military along and at some point we have to realize every single us movie that takes place in a non western countries have been used to make viewers feel okay about us war crimes.

I think fiction affects reality and i also think it’s a powerful form of propaganda that justifies police violence as well as military crimes. When you look at the people from other countries as terrorist and the poor mental ill as dangerous and violent, they become the bad guys. And when they’re the bad guys, they deserve to die :// like yes they’re written as people we are supposed to hate but they’re just people being demonized for the sake of protecting n promoting the us military all this time.
