Basically me to my characters now:

And then one journalist takes a look at it better yet deeper dive into Murkoff Corporation and thinks damn.

LexCorp is all nice and daisies in comparison.

The conference room stills.

The freshly out of prison man stares, just like the other journalists.

One guy has his mouth open in suprise, his glasses crooked to the side.

A woman speaks up, not even hiding her surprise or the hint of relentless curiosity underneath. Or maybe confusion.

"What do you mean by 'all nice and daisies'?"

"Well..."

Because how do you break a story of utter fucked up shit?

You simply crash someone's success story.

Though in this case, kinda sad. Not even torture and genital mutilation in his labs from what he read in the articles.

At this point the bald guy stared in utter disgust.

Oh he said it aloud.

"Yes, you did..." The woman also matched in expression. "So if LexCorp is all nice, then who is worse?"

He smiled all toothily.

"Murkoff."

Not even a single recognition across the many faces.

See, not that bad of a guy.

"And what evidence do you have?"

Nice for her to ignore his comment and even better to jump to the main point.

Of course, he jumped up and went straight to the podium.

"Great that you asked. I just needed this verified attention. Now, you got a projector or something?"

He, indeed, got a projector.

And lots of vomitting proceeded, including one very bastardly Lex Luthor whose face turned into bloodless white and utter horror.

If it was in Gotham, after Damian first arrival, it may have been one of the many crazies of Gotham. Live there, laugh there, cry in a corner cause it was Joker's laugh.

Now, the problem, the simple issue at hand was

"Why are there two masked kids destroying my property!?"

Funnily though, Lex was not the target but collateral damage.

Or: Lex Luthor as the inglorious babysitter (which he didn't want nor apply for, didn't even know this was an option) of two kids from Bruce Wayne, not even knowing they belong to Bruce Wayne.

Meanwhile, Tim wants to survive the day by not getting attacked by gremlin and the big Hood.

Meanwhile, Damian is angry. At all times.

Meanwhile, Lex is reconsidering everything and nothing at all.

Superman stares at the carnage of the penthouse and is not sure if he needs to intervene.

Sometimes a situation can't be solved by simply punching. Sometimes you don't know who to punch.

"Wait, no no no no don't touch----"

Lex Luthor is one cold business bastard with a few attachment problems to a certain superpowered alien.

A bastard who works with a plethora of scientists to achieve the best possible weapons against the overpowered flying menace.

Now, what happens if a prototype - not even licensed under LexCorp, but just a tinkering of two curious scientists with a nice solid work conditions - ended up with a portal to a certain place with certain nutcases?

"I swear this thing was only a prototype, not even meant for anything, just to see if the wires crossed properly." The woman - one of the more experienced senior staff - was a mix of holy shit and a much oh well, which was surprisingly calm for someone who just sent their own CEO into another realm.

The supervisor could only sigh.

"Do we at least know where he is?"

Fidgeting with the ring like portal, the other spoke up, her face more of a grimace.

"Yeah, I think he's... There."

"Shit."

Or: Lex Luthor by pure accident ends up in Eddie Gluskins wing, has to survive, sees a lot, is forced to ruminate on his obsession with Superman and love is lost between the lines.

Meanwhile:

"Mr Superman, excuse me." The younger scientist is going places and she hopes it's not prison in case their CEO gets back. Cause man does this man have brains, better get him back themselves than if he gets back on his own. And then makes their life a problem.

Superman raised an eyebrow, but flew a bit down, floating casually in front of them.

Before he could politely ask what's the matter, she blasted out the

"Eehm, I, I mean me, I mean is we kinda-portaled-our-CEO-into-thenightmarerealm-by accident. Please help us out?"

The grimace was halfway a pained smile.

He blinked.

"Who?"

"Lex Luthor."

"You really asked Superman?" The older scientist sighed, but honestly better keep all options open.

"Yeah, I mean we could probably maybe get him back, though he ain't gonna be happy."

"Fair point, either way, good to have a superhuman shield when the CEO gets into a massive meltdown."

Meanwhile, Pacifica on her journey to break off from her shitty family line of wrongdoing and being proud of it.

(at the same time Dipper is restocking on huge amounts of traps after the unholy glitter accident. Something will have to work on this jerk, like why are so many charmed by him, what is wrong with the people.

Dipper having some skewed version of reality, where Jerk Ford is charming everyone - he isn't - and only he knows what a jerk he is.)

Pacifica doing God's work in parkour to dodge the weird ass old man.

"so you mentioned some glitter, right?"

In hindsight, getting advice from weird ass girl to counter weird ass old man was bound to produce...
