I loved it ! So now, I'm sharing with you my work in compositing on Kinger's room that I made few months ago in 3D !

Who said that modeling a shoe was simple ?

Because I spent hours working on it…

The instructions ? Make a slightly worn pair of shoes, according to references, whose laces are undone. While taking care of the position and composition of the shoes in the picture.

To complicate everything, the soles are completely created by modeling, instead of using normal or displacement.

Qui a dit que modéliser une chaussure était simple ?

Parce que j'en ai passé des heures à travailler dessus…

Les consignes ? Faire une paire de chaussures un peu usée, d'après références, dont les lacets sont défaits. Tout en prenant soin de la position et de la composition des chaussures dans l'image.

We had to create a 3D work on the theme of hiding.

The hiding place, which could also mean a refuge, led me to the idea of the social phenomenon of hikikomori, hiding from society, finding shelter in their room.

引 き 籠 も り (hikikomori), a Japanese term coming from 引 き(hiki) / 引 く (hiku) which means to draw, attract, (social) withdraw and from 籠 り(komori) / 籠 も る(komoru) which translates to isolated, confined, enclosed.

Nous devions créer un travail 3D sur le thème de la cachette.

La cachette, pouvant aussi désigner un refuge, m’a amenée à l’idée du phénomène social des hikikomori, se cachant de la société, trouvant abri dans leur chambre.

引き籠もり (hikikomori), terme japonais venant de 引き(hiki) / 引く (hiku) qui signifie tirer, attirer, retrait (social) et de 籠もり(komori) / 籠もる(komoru) qui se traduit par isoler, reclus, enfermé.
