I think its important to embrace every part of ourselves, both our story and our history that got us to where we stand today. It is difficult to cut through all the hate and violence, and we can see the world as it is while still dreaming of what it could be. Heres a little sloppily made comic of an interaction I had. I've gotten both a lot of compliments and judging stares and comments for the way I dress. But this interaction stood out to me the most, the way the girl simply waved and continued skipping away, sometimes the simplest interactions are the most memorable
