After family, sex and relationships are an important part of a teenagers life. Puberty has opened a whole new world to them and for many teens it's a world they definitely want to explore. For this challenge we will be answering questions all about sex and if you can find it post this with your characters O face.

Family is important part of a teenagers life. Now that we have talked a little bit of who the character is I would like to see what exactly made them into what they are now. This challenges aren't required, but it's always fun to learn more about your character! For this challenge you will post a family tree with ages and occupations if applicable, then answer a few questions. When you are done tag is t3 challenge so I can keep track of them all.

These challenges aren't mandatory, but I believe that it's helpful to have these in order to dive deeper into a character. Challenge  #1 is going to be more of a general overview of your character and I highly encourage you to fill this out.

I apologize for being kind of missing in action these past few days life has gotten in the way, don't you hate when that happens? Anyway all the bios are up and ready to go, all that they need are auditions! You may notice that I am missing one of the bios and that's because I decided Vanessa was too much like a character that I already have up and I want to rehaul her somehow. Be on the lookout for her character soon! Also I already have a few dedicated roleplayers who have shown me that they can handle these roles and so I have decided to open this Saturday 11/22. I realize that it's pretty soon, but the great thing about this is that people are still able to audition for the roles after open so I think it works out nicely. So check out the roles because each because every one is important for different reasons. I look forward to seeing what you come up with. 

Zoe Madison ♦ 17 ♦ Junior in High School ♦ Taken ♦ Liz Gilles

Zoe had never been very girly. Even when she was younger she always hated dresses and everything they stood for. Pink has always been her least favorite color and she could never stand Barbie dolls and instead wanted to play with her brother’s blocks and Hot Wheels. For her beauty queen mother who had participated in pageants for the majority of her young life these seemed to be a fate worse than death and the two never saw eye to eye. All her mother wanted was a daughter that fit what Zoe considered ridiculously outdated gender roles. All Zoe wanted was a mother who accepted her daughter for who she was. Perhaps she would never enter a beauty pageant, but she was intelligent, talented and capable of doing anything that she set her mind to. Luckily Zoe had a father that accepted her for all she was. He was proud of his daughter for being herself no matter what and always standing up for what she believed in. He knew that his daughter would go far and he couldn’t wait to see it. Sadly for both he and Zoe, that wouldn’t be something that he would be able to do.

Zoe’s biggest dream in life has always been becoming a singer and she thought that she could do it without all the revealing costumes and provocative dance numbers. Her father had always been a huge supporter of this endeavor and he had been driving his daughter back from a choir concert when it had happened. One minute the two were having a discussion about Zoe’s future and the next minute a car came out of nowhere and slammed into the father and daughter. Zoe’s father was killed instantly and Zoe was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Although Zoe ended up surviving the accident, she certainly didn’t come out unscathed. Trauma to her chest resulted in her vocal cords being damaged and suddenly her dream of becoming a singer was cruelly snatched from her. However it wasn’t her lifelong dream getting crushed that hurt Zoe the most, it was the fact that she didn’t have her father to console her. Suddenly the only parent she has left is the only one that never really understood her. She still has her brother, but not even he can convince her that what happened wasn’t her fault and that there was nothing she could do. Part of Zoe feels guilty for surviving the crash when her father didn’t and another part of her wishes that she could have taken his place. However it wasn’t him who survived and she knows that she must live her life to the fullest in order to honor his memory, she’s just not sure how to do that when so much had been taken from her in such a short period of time.

Connections: 

Vincent Madison: Vincent and Zoe are extremely close and it’s no surprise since they’re twins. Zoe has always been the more vocal of the two and because of this she’s very protective. If anyone messes with her brother, you’ll be sure that she won’t let them get away with it. Since the accident however, she has found herself leaning on her brother much more then he leans on her. 

Wyatt Phelps: Wyatt and Zoe had been friends for many years and after Vince he’s the closest person to Zoe. She’s the only one that seems to understand the admittedly odd boy and in return he knows her better then she knows herself. Zoe and Wyatt have continued to be friends since the accident, but Zoe has pulled back from him considerably since she lost her father and her chance of a career. 

Hunter Pond: When Zoe realized the pain from her father’s death wasn’t going away, she went to Hunter for drugs to take the edge off. Over time their relationship became half sex, half drugs—and somewhere along the lines Zoe started wishing it was even more. She’s scared to admit her feelings for Hunter, even to herself. She knows he’s not a relationship type guy and she knows no one would approve of the relationship, so she tries her best to push her emotions away.

Sarah Fleming: Both girls have big mouths, hard opinions, and vie for the head of the high school. Because of that, they’ve never much gotten along. Zoe’s always seen Sarah as in need of an attitude adjustment and can’t stand to be around her. It’s almost a joke to Zoe that this is the kind of girl her mother wants her to be like.

Jake Osbourne: Before he landed himself in jail, Zoe was rather indifferent toward Jake. Now she makes cruel jokes at his expense whenever she can. If there’s one thing she hates more than her mother’s sexist ideas, it’s abuse and Jake beating his girlfriend? Zoe sees it as a mix of the two and can’t stand the boy she’s hardly ever spoken to because of it.

Alison Dawson: Ali was always the kind of girl Zoe’s mother wanted her to be like. The fact that she was friends with Sarah was just the nail in her coffin as far as Zoe was concerned. Though she’d never wish abuse on anyone, Zoe can’t help but think the other girl had the unexpected pregnancy coming.

Vanessa Hill: Vanessa practically stepped out of a debutante book as far as Zoe is concerned. Yes she’s a little backhanded, a trait Zoe actually admires, but her constant perfect, modern clothing and the way she flaunts her money is worthy of nothing more than an eye roll from Zoe. At the end of the day, Zoe appreciates her viciousness, but that’s about it.

Wesley Reed: Wes is cute and kind of nerdy, something Zoe has never much minded. He’s also a pro with a camera and Zoe loves little more than being the center of attention behind a photographer’s lens. She doesn’t have a crush on him exactly, but she enjoys his presence and certainly wouldn’t turn down a chance for sex with him.

Melanie Matthews: The preacher’s beautiful daughter, likely doomed to a life lived only in Fort Kent. According to Zoe’s mother, Melanie Matthews is the gold standard for what girls should be like. For this fact and this fact alone, Zoe hates the girl and to say she’s been cruel to her is an understatement. 

Oscar Stewart: Despite having an attitude herself, she’s always held other’s attitudes against them and Oscar has never been any exception. She’s always thought he needs to get over his ‘brutish’ ways and keep the testosterone levels in check. But since the accident, she finds herself wondering if maybe, just maybe, the boy who’s had everything taken from him more than once may hold the answer for how to keep surviving when that happens.

Hunter Pond ♦ 19 ♦ Senior in High School ♦Taken ♦ Bill Skarsgard 

Hunter’s childhood wasn’t what you would call pleasant. His mother had him when she was only sixteen and was immediately disowned by her conservative parents. He never really knew what it was like to be loved, even from a young age. His mother made it clear that she didn’t want him and his dad was simply never in the picture. He had family in town, but they too wanted nothing to do with the bastard child that had been nothing but a mistake. He had even overheard his own mother say that she should have aborted the boy when she had the chance. It was safe to say that Hunter never felt loved, he wasn’t even sure if he knew what the word meant. All he knew was that he was missing something from his life and he would do anything in order to fill a hole he had since childhood.

Hunter’s mom worked at the local strip club at night and would often sleep through the entire day, which meant that Hunter was left to fend for himself mostly. Even on the days that his mother wasn’t at work or off with one of her various “friends” she would find solace in the bottom of a bottle and her son was the only one around to take care of her. Despite being mistreated by her on a daily basis, Hunter loved his mother and would do anything for her. That included starting to sell drugs at the ripe age of 15 in order to support the two of them because most of the money that she made went to alcohol. It wasn’t long before the boy started to sample the drugs himself in order to better deal with the situation that he was forced into. It was around the time that Hunter got addicted that he lost his virginity. For him it wasn’t about the sex, but about being close to someone, even if it wasn’t real. He found himself going from girl to girl at a rapid rate without really getting to know any of them. It’s hard to find new partners in such a small town and Hunter has had to get creative in his endeavors by bedding older women. He doesn’t mind repeated visits with girls, but he is careful not to make too many visits to the same girl in a short period of time. As much as he wants to know what it’s like to be in a proper relationship the idea of real intimacy scares him and he tends to do everything he can in order to stay away from it. He knows that he’s sabotaging his own happiness, but he suspects he doesn’t deserve it anyway. To say that his life is and always had been bleak is a bit of an understatement. 

Connections: 

Zoe Madison: Hunter is probably closer to Zoe than he is to anyone else, but that’s not saying much. The two have been engaging in a physical relationship since Zoe started coming to him for drugs and their rendezvous have only been increasing with frequency. Hunter wouldn’t admit it, but he actually likes having Zoe around. She’s a breath of fresh air in a world of fakes.  

Alison Dawson: Hunter only slept with her once at a party and barely remembers the interaction at all. He also found himself flirting with the very same girl, who in fact had a boyfriend, after the aforementioned sex, but that’s the extent of their relationship. He knows that there is a chance that her child has his DNA, but he mostly ignores that fact. He’s not ready to be a father and he certainly doesn’t want to raise a child with someone he hardly knows. 

Jake Osbourne: Hunter knows that Jake hates him and for good reason. He had sex with his girlfriend while the two were still together and he has a feeling that he partially blames him for getting sent in jail in the first place. Hunter tries to keep his distance from Jake just in case he harbors any ill feelings towards him, especially because Hunter might be the father of Alison’s child. 

Wyatt Phelps: Wyatt and Hunter haven’t spent much time together, but he does know that Wyatt is important to Zoe. He has a feeling that there is something going on with Wyatt and Zoe, but he’s not sure what and he’s not sure if he likes that fact. 

Vince Madison: Hunter doesn’t know how much Vincent knows about him and Zoe, but any knowledge is too much in his opinion. He’s very careful around Vince because he knows that Zoe and Vince are close and he doesn’t want to upset him and potentially harm what he has going on with Zoe. His internal reasoning is that Zoe is a really good lay and he doesn’t want to mess up what is essentially a sure thing. 

Wesley Reed: Hunter is the only person that knows Wesley’s secret and he has every intention of keeping it for him. The two have slept together a few times, but it hasn’t gone any further than that. 

Kaitlyn Thorne: Hunter was one of the first people that Kaitlyn slept with after she got dumped. Hunter knew that she was using him in order to feel better about her breakup and he honestly didn’t mind. The two still occasionally flirt via text and he would probably sleep with her again. 

Melanie Matthews: Hunter and Melanie don’t get along. Hunter has tried to flirt with the redhead on multiple occasions and has been shot down every single time. He wants nothing more than to corrupt the virgin, he just doesn’t know how he’s going to do it yet. 

Oscar Stewart: Oscar and Hunter have a lot of common and for that reason they have bonded somewhat. Oscar occasionally comes to Hunter for drugs and the two have talked about their lack of parental love. 

Sarah Fleming: Hunter has never really talked to her personally, but he knows that Zoe isn’t a big fan of her. For that reason, Hunter doesn’t like her either. 

Melanie Matthews ♦ 17 ♦ Junior in High School ♦ Taken ♦ Holland Roden

Melanie’s childhood was fairly typical. Her father was the pastor of the local church and her mother stayed home for much of her childhood until she started to take a more active role in the church when her daughter grew older. She came from a very loving family that always put their daughter’s needs before their own and made just enough money for them to live a comfortable life. From an outsider’s perspective there was nothing that Melanie could possibly complain about when it came to her family. However those that were close to the girl realized that things weren’t exactly perfect for her. A lot of stereotypes seem to follow someone with a church background such as hers and it can be a little maddening for the girl. All Melanie ever wanted was for people to see her for who she is and not who her parents are.

Most people assume that Melanie has a very conservative background because of the church that she belongs to. She sees people try and censor themselves when they talking to her or at the other end of the spectrum, they will be purposely offensive to try and rile her up. She also gets a lot of people coming to her about problems because they assume that she will know what to do or say. Very few people know that Melanie longs to become a famous artist and is actually very talented. Nothing makes Melanie happier than taking a blank canvas and turning it into something beautiful. For her, art is a religious experience and she feels the closest to God when she’s putting a pen or paintbrush to paper. Her parents don’t approve and think that she should focus on something more sensible, but this by no means deters her. They also don’t realize that she has a really great sense of humor and can be downright sarcastic when she’s talking to her close friends. There is a whole side of Melanie Matthews that people refuse to see because it’s just easier to view her as a stereotypical pastor’s daughter. She wants nothing more than to shed this stereotype and finally become her own person, but she doesn’t know how to go about doing it. She worries that if she goes too far that people will merely assume that she’s just trying to be a rebel and she’ll get over it. But if she doesn’t go far enough, people probably won’t pay attention at all. All Melanie knows is that this good girl image is wearing thin and that this is the year that she gets rid of it. The question is how? 

Connections: 

Oscar Stewart: Oscar and Melanie have known each other since they were babies and they have always been really close. Out of all his friends Melanie is one of the few people that can calm him down when he’s about to fly off the handle. In return Oscar encourages Melanie to pursue her art and reminds her that she doesn’t always have to listen to her father. The two are even closer now that Oscar is living in her house and she can’t help but be excited about having someone akin to a brother by her side. 

Wesley Reed: Wesley is another one of Melanie’s oldest friends and she thinks she knows him pretty well. The two have been attending church together since they were in diapers and they often find ways to entertain each other when they get bored. Melanie has no idea that Wesley is actually gay and Wesley refuses to tell her. What he doesn’t realize is that Melanie really wouldn’t care and might just be his biggest alley. 

Sarah Flemings: Even though Sarah is Alison’s best friend Melanie has never seen eye to eye with her. She doesn’t care for her attitude and has never liked spending time with her. She will be nice to her because it’s in her nature to be, but that doesn’t mean that they’ll ever be friends. 

Jake Osbourne: Melanie believes in the power of forgiveness and that only God can truly judge you for your transgressions. That being said, she thinks that Jake made a big mistake and that he needs to atone for his sins. She would like to see him apologize to Alison and do anything he can to right his wrongs, if only for the child’s sake. 

Hunter Pond: Melanie knows all about Hunter and would love to speak to him about his lifestyle choices. Melanie isn’t really the type of person to openly judge a human being, but she does believe that he is making a lot of poor choices and it would be good for him to hear about other options. Melanie doesn’t enjoy forcing her opinions on others, but she thinks that Hunter might benefit from it. 

Zoe Madison: It’s pretty obvious that Zoe isn’t a very big fan of Melanie and she thinks it’s probably because she buys into all the stereotypes about her. She wishes that Zoe would allow her to help her through what is clearly a difficult time and realize that she’s not the person everyone seems to think she is. 

Vince Madison: Melanie kind of knows Vince because they are both friends with Alison, but the two haven’t spent much time together. Melanie would like to get closer to him however, especially now that he has suffered such a tragedy. 

Wyatt Phelps: Like most people Melanie thinks Wyatt is a little odd, but another part of her wishes that she had the balls to go so completely against the grain and just do whatever makes her happy like Wyatt does. 

Kaitlyn Thorne: Melanie sees Kaitlyn as someone who has lost her way and needs help finding it. Melanie would very much like to help Kaitlyn find her way back if she can. She thinks that all the sleeping around is just a phase that she is going through and she hopes she can help Kaitlyn find a better way of dealing with her pain. 

Vanessa Hill: The two have never been particularly close, but Melanie likes Vanessa and thinks she’s a good person. The two spend time together sometimes when Melanie is spending time with Alison and it always goes well. 

Oscar Stewart ♦ 18 ♦ Senior in High School ♦ Open ♦ Tyler Posey

Oscar never knew his parents. His mother was young and scared when she dropped her son off at the church knowing that she could never take care of him in the way that he deserved. Pastor Matthews knew from the moment that he laid eyes on the small bundle of joy that he was a special little boy and that he would be seeing him again. He briefly entertained the idea of taking Oscar home with him, but he had his own little girl to take care of and he couldn’t imagine his wife taking care of two babies. All he could do was try and help the boy find the best home that he could. However Oscar had a lot of trouble staying in a home once he was placed there. It didn’t start out by any fault of his, but as he continued to get rejected by families he started to act out which prompted the families to throw him to the curb that much faster. It was a vicious cycle and that gave Oscar mental scars for the rest of his life.

Despite acting out, Oscar was a good kid. He was witty and kind and a good friend to those he allowed in. But it wouldn’t take much to set Oscar off and he got in quite a lot of fights at school. Anytime that he got into too much trouble, CPS would scramble to place him and Pastor Matthews would come to his rescue and make sure that he found a home. There was a small part of Oscar that wondered why he couldn’t live with Pastor Matthews because he was the only adult that seemed to actually care. He thought that if he took him in then maybe he would finally have a permanent home. All Oscar ever wanted was a little bit of security. He wanted to know that he wasn’t going to be forced out of his home as soon as he made a mistake. He wanted to be loved and the fact that he wasn’t made him think that maybe he didn’t deserve it. It wasn’t until he was nearly kicked out of his high school and was told he couldn’t live in his foster home anymore that Pastor Matthews decided that he couldn’t deny it any longer. The system wasn’t working for Oscar and it never would. When he saw the boy he always thought was strong break down in front of him, he promised that he would right a wrong he had made long ago. He took Oscar in and told him that he would have a home as long as he needed it. The distrust runs deep and he knows that, but he hopes that time with him will help the lost boy finally find himself. Oscar’s biggest fear is that he will make yet another mistake and this time it will cost him the only adult that gives a damn.

Connections:  

Sarah Flemings: There’s something in the way Sarah looks at him that has always confused Oscar. It’s almost like she understands him, but it seems odd to him that someone like her would. But he knows all too well that looks can be deceiving and he’s interested in knowing the guarded look behind her eyes.

Jake Osbourne: Of everyone in Fort Kent, it’s Jake that Oscar fights with most. Both boys have tempers and violent tendencies to match. When their paths cross, they rarely dissect without a little bloodshed.

Hunter Pond: Oscar has been getting his stash from Hunter for a while now. The weed helps take an edge off life and so do the talks about lacking parental love. Oscar respects him, unlike most in town, and would probably even call him friend.

Zoe Madison: If Oscar can say anything about Zoe, it’s that she has good taste in music and doesn’t let herself get kicked around; two things he likes. Now that she’s lost her dad, he feels for the girl and wonders if there’s anything he can do to help her healing.

Vince Madison: Vince has always been a nice guy and, more important than that, a good friend of Mel’s. Oscar isn’t sure which is worse—losing a parent or never having any—but he feels for Vince’s situation. Though with the way he’s been acting lately, Oscar can’t help but wonder if that’s not the only thing wrong.

Wyatt Phelps: Wyatt is strange. Wyatt also seems to be misunderstood, much like Oscar. They don’t tend to interact too much, which is why Oscar has yet to make up his mind about the other boy.

Wesley Reed:  Unlike anyone besides Mel, Wes seems to actually get him. He’s a good friend and enjoys his company. As far as the Kaitlyn ‘scandal’ goes, he thinks his friend was just trying to save her worse heartache later on and sees nothing wrong with that.

Kaitlyn Thorne: Oscar doesn’t know what to make of Kaitlyn. He always thought she was a good enough girl, but since the breakup she seems to be going to extremes. It’s not a course of action he’s unfamiliar with, but ultimately his loyalty is to Wes.

Vanessa Hill: Put simply: Oscar can’t stand Vanessa. Vanessa has everything and has to make sure everyone knows. To a boy with nothing, it infuriates him. He knows Mel is friends with her, though he can’t conceive why, but more often than not he wishes she’d just disappear.

Melanie Matthews:  No one in Fort Kent matters half as much to Oscar as Mel does. Without her and her family—thankfully now his—he would have been dead or locked up a long time ago. Melanie means the world to Oscar and anyone who dares hurt her will have to answer to him.

Wyatt Phelps ♦ 17 ♦ High School Senior ♦ Open ♦ Craig Roberts

Wyatt was never what you would call normal, even when he was a kid. He never wanted to fit an archetype, so he went out of his way to be different. The irony of it all was that he kind of categorized himself by being so very different, but he would never listen to people if they tried to tell him that. Wyatt is pretty famous in Fort Kent for being weird—and possibly crazy. He’s the guy who put jello in the swimming pool because he wanted to see what would happen, he was the guy who went to school in a dress to protest gender roles, and the person that is actually pretty smart if he just tried to apply himself a little more. But Wyatt isn’t willing to apply himself because he thinks grades are bullshit and that everyone has their own style of learning. How can they possibly measure a person’s intelligence by asking them to regurgitate useless facts? His parents don’t know what to do with him because of his frequent trips to the principal’s office and his sister just wishes he would at least try to be normal. Normal, however, is not something that Wyatt ever wants in his life. He sees the world for what it is, fractured, and he isn’t willing to just go along with the pack.

With one more year left of high school Wyatt needs to start figuring out what he’s going to do next and he honestly has no clue. He has always been a big planner and ideas never came hard to him, but now he’s stumped. The obvious idea is to go somewhere just as weird as he is, like Portland, but he likes to be unique and he’s afraid he’ll blend in if he goes to a bigger city. Plus there’s his best friend. He may or may not be head over heels in love with Zoe and he’s not ready to give that up before at least getting a chance with her. Although things seem a little more complicated now that her dad is dead and all her dreams have been crushed. Plus Wyatt isn’t exactly sure he wants to do the romance thing anyway; it’s such a normal thing to do. He had always avoided things if they were simply too mainstream, even if he didn’t want to and he’s starting to wonder if he should ease up a little. His only claim to fame is that he’s different and it’s almost like he’s just being different to be different at this point. Sure, in some cases he’ll always think differently than his fellow homo sapiens, but he is human and that means he has human instincts. Wyatt needs to figure out what he wants from this life and find a niche that goes beyond being the weird kid at school.

Connections: 

Sarah Flemings: Wyatt thinks that Sarah could try to be a little bit nicer to people sometimes, but she’s mostly a good person. He knows that Zoe isn’t a big fan of her, but he’s used to Zoe disliking people for no reason. He’s against the entire popularity thing and they won’t ever be good friends, but he doesn’t really dislike her. 

Jake Osbourne: Wyatt has no tolerance for people that hurt women and for that reason he isn’t a very big fan of Jake. However he can’t help, but feel a little bad for the guy since he has very few friends these days. 

Hunter Pond: Wyatt understands that Zoe and Hunter have become friends and that he can’t really do anything about that, but he doesn’t have to like it. He doesn’t like to judge people, but Hunter doesn’t seem to be particularly good for his best friend to hang around. 

Zoe Madison: Wyatt has been friends with Zoe for years and admires her greatly. She’s one of the few people that really understands him and he couldn’t imagine life without her. Wyatt has had a crush on Zoe for a very long time, but he’s unwilling to let her know for fear of ruining their friendship.

Vince Madison: Wyatt and Vince have never been close friends, but he spends a good amount of time with him because of Zoe. He likes Vince and thinks he’s a really good guy, but he also thinks that he could lighten up a bit. 

Wesley Reed: Wyatt likes Wesley and he always has. They bonded over a photo shoot that Wyatt was in and the two became pretty good friends. He seems troubled about something and Wyatt wishes that he could help him out with whatever is bothering him. 

Kaitlyn Thorne: Wyatt feels bad for Kaitlyn because she clearly had a hard time after her breakup, but he applauds her for doing her own thing and not caring what people think of her. He thinks she’s probably better off as she is because at least this way she can’t have her heart broken again. 

Vanessa Hill: Vanessa is a painful stereotype of a rich, spoiled princess and for that reason she rubs Wyatt the wrong way. He has a feeling that there is more than meets the eye, but until she decides to show him that they aren’t going to be braiding each other’s hair and telling ghost stories. 

Oscar Stewart: Oscar is a very angry person and Wyatt isn’t a big fan of hanging around angry people. If he got to know him he might find that he actually enjoys his company, but they haven’t had many chances to interact. 

Melanie Matthews: Wyatt understands Melanie better than most. What he sees is someone who really just wants to be their own person and not a stereotype. Wyatt would very much likes to help Melanie discover herself.

Vincent Madison ♦ 17 ♦ Junior in High School ♦ Open ♦ Logan Lerman

With such an opinionated sister and passionate parents it’s easy to forget about the only son of the Madison family. Even as a little boy they tended to forget about him because he was always so well behaved and quiet, while his sister was anything but. However Vincent never really minded, because he knew that someday he would have his chance to shine. It might not be anytime soon, but he had no problem waiting. Vince had always hated conflict and taking a backseat in things meant that he had little to none of it. He was the peacekeeper of the family and would calm things down when his sister and mother got into yet another fight. He was happy about how things went in his family and he didn’t want them to change anytime soon. Sadly he would not get his wish. In fact things were about to get a whole lot worse.

Vincent had never been as close to his Father as Zoe, but it still hurt to he lose him. Losing a parent is hard, but it wasn’t only his father that he lost the day of the accident. Zoe might have survived, but she lost a piece of herself that day that she might never get back. Suddenly Vincent found himself taking care of a sister on the verge of losing it completely and a mother who clearly already lost it. Perhaps worst of all however, is the inappropriate relationship that she has taken up with him in light of losing her husband. Vincent wants to say no, but he has never been very comfortable with using the word, especially not to his own mother. He knows what she is doing is wrong, but he can’t bring himself to stop it. All he can do is pray that his mother realizes that Vince is not her husband and will never be her husband and that she needs to stop treating him like one. In the meantime he will focus on helping his sister the best he can and continue to go about his business like everything hasn’t changed drastically for him. Someone has to keep the family from falling apart completely and it’s going to have to be him. Vincent longs for the days where he was more or less invincible, but he knows that there's no way to go back to that. All he can hope for is that people continue to think that he’s handling the death of his father remarkably well and don’t realize that he’s falling apart inside. He thinks that if people think he’s okay, then maybe he will be despite everything that he has going against him.

Connections: 

Sarah Flemings: Most people seem to be surprised that Vince hangs out with Sarah and her group of friends, but it seems to work. The two have gotten closer as of late because they seem to recognize something in each other that no one else does. Vince doesn't realize that Sarah understands abuse at the hands of someone you trust better than anyone in the school. 

Jake Osbourne: Vince has mixed feelings about Jake. He knows that his friend really cared about him and that he truly made her happy. He never knew him very well, but he thought that he seemed like a good guy. He doesn't approve of hitting women by any means, but he does believe in second chances and wonders if Alison's baby would benefit from having a father. 

Hunter Pond: Vince doesn't like Hunter much. He doesn't like how he treats girls or the fact that he sells drugs for a living. If he knew what was going on with Hunter and his sister he would be extremely disappointed in her and try to put a stop to it. 

Zoe Madison: Vince loves his twin sister more than anyone. Vince has always been the more level headed of the two and tends to try to talk down Zoe when she's angry. The two have drifted apart a bit since their Dad died though. He can't bare the thought of telling her about their mother's nightly visits so he has pushed away a little to avoid letting her in on the truth. 

Wyatt Phelps: Wyatt has always been this very weird kid that spends a lot of time with Zoe in Vince's eyes. When it comes down to it though, he does like Wyatt and thinks that he's a very good person for Zoe. He will forever joke with her that the two are going to end up married, but he actually believe that they will. 

Wesley Reed: Vince thinks Wesley is quite attractive and an all around good guy. He likes spending time with Wesley and would like to get to know him better. A lot of people seem to have sided with Kaitlyn when the two broke up, but Vince thinks that it was brave of him to break up with her instead of just staying with her to spare her feelings. 

Kaitlyn Thorne: The two have never been very close, but Vince is one of the few people that isn't judging Kaitlyn for her actions. He has never had his heartbroken, but he has a feeling he would have just as a hard time with it as Kaitlyn. As far as he's concerned as long as she's being safe she shouldn't be judged so harshly by people. 

Vanessa Hill: Vince used to have a big crush on Vanessa, but that has more or less fizzled out since nothing seemed likely to happen. He still thinks Vanessa is a very nice, very attractive girl that seems to be hiding something that he can't put his finger on. 

Oscar Stewart: The idea of not having a family is a daunting one to Vince and he can't imagine how Oscar stays so strong. He understands that Oscar is probably lashing out because he's in pain and not because he is a bad person. 

Melanie Matthews: Vince thinks Melanie is a very nice girl, but he doesn't know her all that well. He knows that her father is a pastor and that she's probably one of the more moral people in Fort Kent and for that reason alone he would like to spend more time with her. 

Kaitlyn Thorne ♦ 17 ♦ Junior in High School ♦ Open ♦ Jessica Parker Kennedy

Kaitlyn has always thought of her virginity as something special because that was how she was raised. Her parents weren’t especially religious, but they did teach her the importance of saving herself for someone who was truly worth it. Kaitlyn, being the type of person she is, took that to heart. From a young age she dreamed of having a romance like in the movies. She watched every Nicholas Sparks movie and dreamed of the day that her own love story would begin. For Kaitlyn waiting to give the love of her life the most important gift of all, her virginity, was part of that. She had watched her parents’ seemingly storybook romance and she wanted her own. At the age of 16 she had finally got it and everything seemed perfect. She loved her boyfriend more than anything and the two were starting to talk about their future. She had always promised herself that she would wait until she was sure about the guy that she would lose it too and she was sure about Wesley.

Her first time wasn’t exactly perfect, but it was at least with the perfect person and that was enough. As the two continued to date things got better and better and together they learned how to make each other happy. For Kaitlyn it was better than she could have ever hoped. Her relationship was all she had ever dreamed of and she couldn’t be happier. She planned to spend the rest of her life with Wesley, but he had other plans. He told Kaitlyn that he loved her, but he wasn’t ready for such a serious relationship. He was still young and wanted to play the field a little bit. To say that Kaitlyn was crushed was an understatement. All her plans had been thrown away and she was left alone while her ex-boyfriend played the field. The relationship had lasted only a year, but Kaitlyn realized that she had invested everything in it. She had to start from square one and it scared her to death. Perhaps worst of all though is that she actually missed the sex. She missed the closeness she felt with Wesley and she wanted nothing more than to recreate it. She decided that perhaps just sleeping with one more person couldn’t hurt anything, but she found that it just wasn’t the same. As she tried to find what she had lost with Wesley she found herself in the bed of many different guys. She hadn’t meant to become the school whore, but somehow she had and she hates herself for it. However she’s not willing to go celibate until she finds the next Mr. Right. She only hopes that he shows up soon before she sleeps with all the boys in school.  

Connections:  

Sarah Flemings: Kaitlyn used to spend quite a bit of time with Sarah because of Vanessa, but as she drifted from Vanessa, she stopped spending time with Sarah too. She likes Sarah and wouldn’t mind spending time with her again, but she fears that she judges her just as many other girls do. 

Jake Osbourne: Kaitlyn doesn’t know much about Jake and she isn’t particularly interested in finding out about him. If the two ended up in the same room, she probably wouldn’t object to sleeping with him, but she certainly isn’t looking to get to know him. 

Hunter Pond: Kaitlyn went to Hunter because she had heard the rumors and knew that he could provide exactly what she required. She figured that she would be able to get over Wesley if she slept with Hunter and when that didn’t work she moved on to other people. 

Zoe Madison: Kaitlyn can’t quite put her finger on why, but she likes Zoe. Zoe has always been the type of person that doesn’t really care what other people think of her and has never let any person push her around, particularly males. A lot has changed for Kaitlyn and she wonders if they could be friends now that they’re different. 

Vince Madison: Vince has always seemed like a really good guy in Kaitlyn’s eyes, but she has found appearances to be deceiving when it comes to males. She doesn’t trust Vince as she doesn’t trust any males these days, but if she is going to spend time with Zoe she will have to at least tolerate Vince. 

Wyatt Phelps: Wyatt doesn’t seem like most boys and that’s comforting to Kaitlyn. She has never been close to him and that might be partly because she has never understood him. He might be one of the few males that she could see herself spending time with without their relationship turning physical. 

Wesley Reed: Kaitlyn loves Wesley and gave him the most precious gift that she could have given him. She thought that he was hers forever and when he broke up with her, she was devastated. Kaitlyn still hasn’t gotten over Wesley and she’s afraid that she never will. A part of her hates him for what he did to her, but a larger part of her just wishes that she could be with him again. 

Vanessa Hill: Kaitlyn and Vanessa have always been friends, but it’s been awhile since they have been close friends. Kaitlyn realizes that this is her fault and that she has been worrying too much about finding love and has let things more important fall by the wayside. 

Oscar Stewart: Kaitlyn doesn’t really know Oscar and she doesn’t really want to get to know him. It’s nothing against him really; it just goes back to her distrust of males. She would sleep with him if she got the chance though. 

Melanie Matthews: Kaitlyn tries to avoid Melanie whenever possible. She knows that Melanie is judging her and that she will never truly understand what she is doing. More than that, she doesn’t think it’s any of the girls business. 

Wesley Reed ♦ 18 ♦ Senior in High School ♦ Open ♦ Grant Gustin

Wesley had always been fairly popular with the ladies. He was charming, charismatic, and his good looks didn’t hurt anything either. He was the type of guy that was very attractive, but also approachable because of his sense of humor. Wesley was very creative too and always had his camera slung on his shoulder to take a picture when the mood struck. It usually only took one flattering picture taken of a girl he liked for her to fall under his spell. Wesley wasn’t a player by any means though, he was definitely a one person guy. He didn’t date anyone seriously though until he met Kaitlyn. It didn't take long for the couple to fall in love and promise each other their virginities. Wesley tried to ignore the fact that something didn’t feel quite right and simply chalked it up to nerves. Even when they finally did the deed and he didn’t feel exactly right about it. He tried to convince himself that this was normal. He did care for Kaitlyn deeply and he figured it would just get better as they went along. He just hoped it wouldn’t take very long.

Wesley wasn’t really sure when it finally clicked in his head that he wasn’t really attracted to girls. Sure he appreciated their beauty and he enjoyed spending time with Kaitlyn, but she didn’t really turn him on like she should. She didn’t turn him on like guys did. He hated the idea of putting a label on himself, but there was no doubt that he felt a pull toward males that he never felt with a female. When he made this realization, he decided to break up with Kaitlyn, telling her that he wasn’t ready for such a serious relationship and he wanted to play the field. He felt terrible when he saw how devastated she looked, but he also knew that he couldn’t use her like that. Wesley had always prided himself on being a good guy and he wasn’t going to stop now. That didn’t mean he was ready to come out anytime soon though. It wasn’t that he was worried that his friends or family wouldn’t accept him--he knew that they would--he's afraid that things would change if he came out. He didn’t want to be known as the kid that was gay. Being gay was such a small part of who he was. He wanted people to see that he was good at photography or that he was funny charming guy or perhaps that he was the guy who was certain to become famous some day. He knows how people are in Fort Kent and he knows that being anything but straight is seen as a big deal and he doesn’t want it to be. For now he’ll just pretend he’s something he’s not, although that might be harder than he thinks.

Connections:  

Sarah Flemings: Sarah has always rubbed Wesley the wrong way and he doesn't know why. He tries to avoid spending time with her if he can help it.

Jake Osbourne: What Jake did to Alison was pretty fucked up in Wesley's eyes, but he also know that he doesn't know the entire story and for that reason he's not going to judge him. 

Hunter Pond: Hunter is the only person that knows about Wesley and the two have been having a strictly sexual relationship for quite some time. Wesley isn't exactly friends with the boy, but he does appreciate the release that Hunter provides him. 

Zoe Madison: Wesley feels awful for the girl who lost her Father and her voice. He wants to reach other to her and befriend her, if only to get close to her brother in the process. 

Vince Madison: Wesley has had a crush on Vince for quite some time, but he's not sure if Vince likes boys or not. Even if he does, he knows he can't really make a move without outing himself, so for now he'll just admire the boy from afar. 

Wyatt Phelps: Wesley and Wyatt bonded over a photoshoot that Wesley did that featured Wyatt. He thought he was a lot of fun and really enjoyed spending time with him. It's nice to see someone who just does whatever he wants without caring about the repercussions. 

Kaitlyn Thorne: Wesley really cares for Kaitlyn and he's sad that they aren't close anymore. He understands that she's upset about how things ended, but he wishes she'd understand why they had to be that way. He wants to tell her why he broke things off with her, but he's afraid it'll upset her further or that she'll try to blame herself when really he was just born that way. 

Vanessa Hill: The two had a fling awhile back, but ultimately decided that they were better off as friends. Wesley sees the pain in Vanessa eyes and understands that there is a lot more to her than most people understand. 

Alison Dawson: Alison and Wesley weren't ever close until their love lives went to shit. Suddenly she started drifting closer to him and Wes couldn't really say that he minded. It's good to have someone who doesn't hold it against him that he broke up with Kait and their growing friendship isn't one he takes for granted.

Oscar Stewart: Wesley spends a lot of time with Oscar because he's close friends with Melanie. He really likes Oscar and thinks that he's a good kid that has had a really bad life. He enjoys spending time with the other boy. 

Sarah Flemings ♦ 18 ♦ Senior in High School ♦ Open ♦ Freya Mavor

Everyone at Fort Kent Community High School knows Sarah Flemings. In fact, most everyone in Fort Kent knows her. She’s the queen bee with a pretty face and a sharp tongue. She has a large group of friends and keeps them laughing at lunch with smart quips and easy, back-handed jokes. No one doubts the power she holds in the school and no one questions the confident smile always on her lips. She’s known for keeping her head high and her attitude higher. In a way, she’s almost untouchable. She has the looks, the friends, the fashion, and anyone who has ever taken her on has quickly been put in their place. But just because she won’t let anyone insult her, doesn’t exactly make her a bitch. Sarah is tough as nails, but she’s also a kind and caring friend. There’s nothing she wouldn’t do for her friends and after seeing her head the charge to getting her best friend Alison’s abusive boyfriend locked up, most people know that. What no one really knows is why she pushed Ali to press charges.

When her friend first came to her door, tears in her blackened eyes, Sarah’s heart skipped. It took hours of pressuring her, but finally Ali agreed to let her call the cops. She was adamant Ali do something and even her friend was almost surprised. But Sarah wanted to save her friend. Yes, Jake had only gotten violent once, but Sarah wasn’t going to let her friend get caught in the web of abuse. Because what not even Alison knows is that Sarah is far too familiar with that cycle of abuse. From the time she was little, anything short of perfect behavior at home led to her father’s hands colliding with her thin body. She plays strong and happy and tough at school because at home she’s weak and helpless. No one has ever seen that the perfect makeup and new fashions are used to cover the bruises her father’s fists leave. The supposed make-out sessions so hard they bust her lip are simply cover stories for her father’s constant anger. She can better any one in an argument because verbal wounds are nothing compared to the physical ones her father gives her. Behind closed doors, the strong, unshakable girl is weak, broken, and crumbling. Both mentally and physically. She just doesn’t want anyone to see that. Sarah is glad she was able to keep her friend from having to deal with the demons who have always haunted her, now she just wishes someone would save her. But that would mean being strong enough to defy her father by telling anyone.

Connections:  

Alison Dawson: Alison is less of a friend and more of a sister to Sarah. There’s nothing she wouldn’t give for the other girl and that’s why she pushed Ali to drop Jake when she found out about the violence. She can't get herself out of her abusive relationship, but she’s glad she could save her friend.

Jake Osbourne: Sarah always liked Jake and was glad her friend had a good boyfriend. But the moment he hurt her, that changed. All she can see when she looks at him now is her father and she’s not sure whether that angers her or scares her more.

Hunter Pond: Hunter is almost as bad as Jake in Sarah’s book. The way he runs through girls is disgusting and the boy’s attitude is worse. She’ll never understand what Alison saw in him, even if she won’t say that to her friend.

Zoe Madison: Zoe is an annoyance. Sarah doesn’t know what she did to make Zoe act like such a bitch to her and her friends, but it drives her up a wall. The verbal attacks remind her of her father and she won’t take it from some pathetic girl who wants to judge those she doesn’t know.

Vince Madison: How Vince is related to Zoe, she’ll never know. He’s kind and sweet and quiet—all the things Zoe isn’t. And there’s something about him, some look in his eyes she feels like she recognizes. And while most of her prays it’s not the same look of a victim she sees in the mirror, there’s some little hope for someone who may just understand her situation.

Wyatt Phelps: Wyatt is weird and what’s worse is the fact that he’s friends with Zoe. Sarah isn’t a fan of him. Though she’s not entirely opposed to using him to get back at Zoe for the years of shit she’s put Sarah and her friends through.

Wesley Reed: Much like Jake, Sarah liked him until he hurt her friend. With Kaitlyn changing more by the minute because of Wesley, there’s very little she wouldn’t do to take him down.

Kaitlyn Thorne:  Sarah doesn’t know what to think of her friend any more. Sarah knows she was hurt, but she also feels like she’s overreacting to the break up. Still the fact that her friend is pulling away hurts and she misses when they were closer.

Vanessa Hill: Vanessa and Sarah have always ruled the school with the sharp looks and sharper tongues. They've bonded over a never voiced, nor clarified, agreement that if they can't have what they want at home, they sure as hell will at school.

Oscar Stewart: In a strange way she's never voiced nor admitted to, Sarah feels like she gets Oscar. They're not at all friends, but Sarah understands violently over compensating for the fact that your personal life is far from ideal.

Jake Osbourne ♦ 19 ♦ Senior in High School ♦ Open ♦ Evan Peters

Jake has always had a quick temper. Whether it was fighting with his family, arguing with teachers, or shoving people around on the playground, there’s always been issues with it. He knew in the back of his mind that he ought to rein it in and try to restrain himself, but he never thought it would actually cause any major problems. Looking back, he supposes he should have seen it coming. Though he’s still trying to figure out just when things went so wrong. He supposes it began when he started dating Alison. She was kind and sweet, a little bit shy and, though he never really expected to, he fell for her quickly. They were a couple that proved opposites attract. He was always happy with her. It was because he loved her that he flew off the handle when he caught her flirting with another guy through text. Even now, it’s still mostly a blur. He only remembers parts of it. Her phone flying out of his hand and into the wall. Screams tearing through his throat. His hand balling into a fist and colliding with her face. Tears in both lovers’ eyes as she left. He thought that was it; he’d apologize the next time he saw her and they’d both move on. Then the police came knocking on his door and arrest him for domestic violence and abuse.

Jake was only a few months away from turning eighteen, so he was tried as an adult and the abuse charge upgraded to abuse of a minor. He’s still not sure what happened—Alison’s not the kind of girl to turn him in for a one-time thing like that. Yet she let that one-time thing lock him up in jail for almost a year. Being on the inside was hard, hell even, but he made it through by telling himself everything would be fine when he got out. Again, he was horribly wrong. He should have spent last year enjoying his senior year, but was instead behind bars. Now he has to start again in a tiny school where kids leave a three foot radius from him at all times. Most everyone in town, including those he used to consider his friends, tend to cross to the other side of the street when they see him. On top of that, his parents told him that even if he dose manage to get his degree a year late, they're no longer willing to fund college and with a criminal record, it's become difficult to find a job so he can start saving up. To make it worse, Ali won’t so much as answer his calls or open the door when he stops by. He’s heard whispers of a baby, but he won’t believe it until he sees it. Though that would mean seeing her at all. Everybody in Fort Kent knows Jake as the boy on the front page for abuse. Between the backhanded comments and all the other troubles he’s having, being on the outside is almost as difficult as being locked up. Now Jake is scrambling to make amends and get his life back together. And hardest of all, trying not to lose his cool while doing it.

Connections:  

Alison Dawson: Jake loves Alison and the fact that he even thought of hurting her—much less acted on it—is his greatest regret. Her wants her back, or at least to understand what happened and why she had him arrested. He also wants to know why people have been saying she has a baby. But for any of that to happen, she’ll have to be willing to speak to him.

Sarah Fleming: Jake was always been friends with Sarah more through necessity than commonality. It’s not exactly that he doesn’t like her, but without Alison, he would have never called her friend. Now she may offer a door to Alison and the life he wants with her and he may have to swallow his pride and go to her.

Hunter Pond: Jake never liked Hunter. Sure, Jake could be an ass himself, but Hunter was so blase and brash about it. The fact that, of all the guys in Fort Kent, it was Hunter that Alison cheated with infuriated him. He may have just gotten out of prison, but Jake isn’t entirely sure that going back wouldn’t be worth getting Hunter’s blood on his knuckles.

Zoe Madison: Zoe has never been anything but a little girl with a big mouth to Jake. He’s not impressed with her and the fact that she tends to push Alison and Sarah’s buttons doesn’t do her any favors.

Vince Madison: Vince is a good kid and a good friend to Alison. There’s a part of him that’s glad to know there’s somebody out there that cares about Ali, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t jealous of any time they spend together.

Wyatt Phelps: Wes is just odd to Jake. Jake doesn’t get him and he doesn’t see much sense in spending time trying to figure him out. He’s just a strange kid who keeps poor company and nothing more.

Wesley Reed: Jake and Wesley used to be fairly close before he got locked up. Of Alison’s friends, Wes was his favorite. But it seems like a lot has changed for both boys while Jake was in jail and Jake isn’t quite sure just how intact their friendship is. 

Kaitlyn Thorne: Much like Sarah, Jake was mostly friends with her because of Alison and the fact that he got along well with Wesley. He doesn’t dislike her per say, but she’s not exactly number one on his list.

Vanessa Hill: Vanessa is an alright girl, but Jake has never liked how she throws around her wealth. To be honest, it's always annoyed him and he's glad he doesn't have to fake nice with her any more.

Oscar Stewart:  There's no one in Fort Kent that Jake has fought with more than Oscar Stewart. Both boys have tempers with a penchant for violence and it's never a great combination when their paths cross.

Alison Dawson ♦ 18 ♦ Senior in High School ♦ Open ♦ Shay Mitchell

Alison was a good girl who was raised in a good home with a good family. No one ever quite understood how the sweet girl with a kind smile and a gold cross around her neck could ever manage to be best friends with bitter-tongued Sarah Flemings. Ali never really questioned it. She never questioned any of her blessings, be it her friends or her family or her wonderful boyfriend Jake. Her family always meant the most to her. Yes, they had rather high standards and it wasn’t always easy to fit their perfect Christian mold, but she didn’t much mind. She was a good girl with a good life and good morals. Until she met Hunter. At Sarah’s urging, she’d decided to take a night to herself, enjoy herself and get drunk. It was a mistake. By the time she and Hunter started talking, her speech was already slurring and by the time they tumbled into bed, she’d all but forgotten she had a boyfriend. The problem was, when morning came, she knew it was wrong, but acting like a ‘bad girl’ was exciting. She loved Jake, but sneaking around was fun, so despite her nagging conscious, she kept flirting with Hunter.

She supposes that everything that’s happened since has just been some sort of retribution for her behavior. First there was Jake. He flew off the handle when he saw her texts with Hunter. She’d never expected him to raise a hand to her and it shook her when his hand collided with her cheek. Still, she loved him and she was sure he loved her. It didn’t seem like a big deal until she spoke to Sarah. It was her friend’s insistence that made her call the cops. And if being the girl who had her boyfriend locked up wasn’t bad enough, the discovery that came a few weeks later was hell. The positive pregnancy test scared her. The doctor’s confirmation terrified her. Her family was furious, her friends suddenly gave too many judgmental stares, and without Jake around, it felt like her world was falling in. What’s worse is most people just assume the baby is Jake’s, but to tell the truth she honestly doesn’t know if it’s his or Hunter’s. Her parents are mad enough she was having sex with her boyfriend, she doesn’t know what they’d say if they knew she’d cheated. Now that her baby boy has been born, she knows she ought to have a paternity test done, but to be honest she feels like either result won’t be good. Either he’s the son of the boy who beat her whom she sent to jail or the proof that she cheated on him with a drug dealer. She loves her son and to her that’s the only thing that helps her push through her guilt. Right now she needs to focus on him and graduating high school. Or so that’s the defense she gives on why she won’t speak to either boy.

Sarah Flemings: Sarah is Alison’s best friend, plain and simple. Sarah’s opinion above all others matter to Ali and she’s been about the only thing keeping her sane as she struggles with the challenges of being a new mother. There are times though she wonders about whether or not following her friend’s advice when it came to Jake was a good choice or not—and why Sarah was so passionate Ali take action against him.

Jake Osbourne: Alison loved Jake, without question, but the moment he raised a hand to her, things changed. Her emotions for him didn’t, but her confidence in them did. A part of her feels bad for sending her boyfriend—and possibly the father of her child—to jail, but she can’t put up with the abuse. She misses Jake but is afraid the moment she sees him again, she’ll let him back in and he isn’t what she or her son needs.

Hunter Pond: Hunter was supposed to be just a fling, but now he’s nothing but a regret. She enjoyed the exhilaration of it while it lasted, but she realizes now that it was a mistake. She’s scared to know if her son is his, because he’s not the father type and not who she wants her son to identify with. Besides, after all, it’s easier to blame him for her mistakes than herself.

Zoe Madison: If Zoe’s backhanded comments about Alison’s pregnancy weren’t enough to annoy her, the girl’s treatment of Sarah is. She’s never been much impressed with Zoe and tends to brush her off. A girl like Zoe isn’t worth her time.

Vince Madison: Vince is a sweetheart, something Alison has always appreciated. The fact that he didn’t change how he treated her after Jake was put in jail and Alison showed her pregnancy means the world to her. Now she’s hoping she can repay that kindness with support following his father’s passing. Besides, she’s starting to wonder how differently things may have turned out if she’d been with a nice guy like Vince instead of Jake or Hunter.

Wyatt Phelps: Wyatt’s an odd bird. It’s not that Alison doesn’t like him, she just doesn’t get him. Still, she was raised to be kind to everyone and not to be judgmental, so she does her best to be nice to him, though it’s not always that simple.

Wesley Reed: Alison sees somewhat of a kindred soul in Wesley. He’s a good guy with an often clearly forced smile who broke the heart of a girl who loved him. Swap the genders and she feels like it’s the same as she and Jake. They’ve never been particularly close, but she wants to make a friend of someone who may just understand what she’s going through.

Kaitlyn Thorne: Alison doesn’t dislike Kaitlin exactly, she just feels closer to Wesley. She wishes the other girl could see that sometimes the best thing you can do is leave those who love you. Alison knows from personal experience that it’s just a matter of time until sleeping around comes back to bite her and Alison doesn’t plan on being the shoulder she cries on.

Vanessa Hill: Birds of a feather flock together and Vanessa and Alison are testament to that. Their families have always been similar except that Alison’s are a bit more present. Vanessa has always been a good friend who’s protected and stood by her and she’s hoping that won’t change now that she has a son.

Oscar Stewart: To be honest, Oscar reminds Alison far too much of Jake. He’s got a bad attitude and violent tendencies as far as Alison is concerned. She already got one person like that out of her life and she doesn’t want another involved in her son’s life.
