Absolutely. I have a variety in multiple colors. If you have a preference, I’m happy to hold one aside just for you. I would hate for you to catch a cold from all of this.

I like to stay warm, so I had winter stuff laying around but I’ll tell some of my coworkers about you, gets pretty fucking chill at the park. this is a stupid question but So is it all done by hand or you got those machines and shit? Cause it’s gotta be a lot of work.

Good on you for being so prepared. I had to dig through my closets to pull out my comforters and heavy jackets. The cold is nice but I was so prepared to wear summer clothing for a couple more months. I made these by hand. I usually knit or crochet in my spare time and I’ve made so many that my family and friends don’t need or want any more so if a strange will give these a good home, I’m happy to part with them.

I have a set made with a yarn that’s a swirl of orange and white. I call it orange creamsicle. Other than that, I don’t have a set that’s completely orange.

Oh, a tailoring shop? So you make clothes? My younger sister’s into making clothes, too, designing, fashion… You’ll probably hit it off! Man, I wish my grandpa’s office came with flowers. Sort of? I mean I could, but my main services are repairing and providing adjustments so clothes fit people better. Usually that means letting the seam out a little or patching up a tear or shortening the hem of something. A receptionist must be helpful though! If I could afford it, I’d hire one or an assistant. The flowers are nice but I have no idea who takes care of them. They just grow on their own. And they’re a havoc during allergy season.

I completely agree, though I can’t help but wonder what I would even do if I did have a full day off. No work, no chores, just me time. How would you spend a day like that?

Truly a mystery. I hope we’ll get answers as to what’s causing this but I feel as though that’s not usually what happens in this town. Someone mentioned that they saw some cats floating around, too? Sure! Just have them ask for Irene so I remember that I have a pair saved for them.

I could totally make the look work!  The scarf also makes an excellent replacement for a top and there are loads of different ways.  I will just have to whack up the heat and then stay inside and enjoy the warmth.  Actually this is getting totally off track and is not solving my issue.

Signs!  Irene you are a genius.  Full on protests need signs and I haven’t cracked out my paints in forever…..actually I don’t think I have any anymore so I’ll have to get some.  You could knit signs if you wanted.

I know I wasn’t prepared for this and imagined others might be in the same boat. Normally I don’t knit this many things until it’s cooler but it was nice to get my hands busy. As of now, a couple of sets have been claimed but I still have probably 5-6 sets left? And I plan on making a few more over the next few weeks if there’s a high demand.

Not readily, but I can certainly make some. I do also have a couple of kid-sized scarves and beanies that might work if you’d like those.

I’ll be sure to point the boys your way, they keep complaining about how cold it is in the shop and Ulf and I aren’t about to turn the place into a sauna. I’d like to see them wearing some knitwear with their stupid metal band tees. You have any of those fingerless gloves, I bet Rory would be real into those.

I don’t blame them; this weather is so strange! It’s one thing to transition into winter, but to jump straight there from summer is sure to shock the system. Hopefully this helps keep people a little warm in the meantime. I haven’t made those in ages but I think I can knit up a few and have those ready by the end of the week.

I did not sign up for this freezing weather but I don’t think I am ready to give in to hats and scarves yet.  I want sandals and shorts and I’m going to wear them in the hope the weather is paying attention!  Stop knitting and join my protest Irene.

I suppose you could wear sandals, shorts, and scarves, though it might not match too well. The last thing I would want is for anyone to catch a cold. And I don’t know if the forecast or weather will hear our protests? Are we making signs?

It’s….. interesting. Not sure how I feel honestly. Sort of weirded out by some of it, mostly just amused by it. I do miss the big city feel and things always going on. 

Last time? Probably about four months ago? Maybe five. I travel between the boroughs but had a place in Queens. But I’m guessin’ that the change between manhattan and here has been – drastic.

The big city is a stark contrast to White Crest. Everything here feels less busy but still chaotic in its own strange way. It’s a very interesting payoff to say the least. The city changes a lot but I feel overall, it maintains its personality. I do miss the transportation though in the city. I haven’t driven a car in so long that I had to relearn when I moved here.

It certainly does not and it did not act nor look like a mime. I still have no idea what it is. I gather you are not inclined to find out but if you do, please share the knowledge with me.

I feel like if anything were to judge our souls, it would be an unblinking Garfield. It just makes sense. There’s Garfield furniture? Like chairs and stuff? Wow, I guess my living room is gonna be getting flipped around this weekend.

Just one! She’s into fashion and food. Every time we see each other, she always makes sure to cook me one of her wonderful recipes. Been a while since that happened, though. She’s pretty busy these days as well.
