where for art thou?

She let out a small laugh, then shook her head a bit. “It’s nothin’ all that interesting.” She assured him. When he leaned forward to look at the work, Louise hesitated a bit before answering. “Just…some work numbers. Is there anything I can help you find?”

Beau laughed. “I wouldn’t want to be. I love animals but not that much.” He replied with a laugh. “Im not messy either. So don’t worry about that and I’m good at keeping the animals all clean and they’re very well behaved.”

“I must say that Dukin Donuts seem to be a little bit more attractive than this place right now. About five people almost cost me a ride back home for a change of clothes.” He did have to admit that it was the best place to get the coffee fix in the city and William was a bit choosy over his coffee, he wasn’t the kind of British to prefer tea — in fact, he did hate tea a little bit. 

“I have absolutely no desire to be around here in times like these,” he chuckled, “perhaps I should raise my secretary’s paycheck and ask her to make coffee, too. Hers is a bloody good coffee and I just realized how sexist this may have sounded,” the man shook his head a bit. “The tightness might be getting in the way of my brain cells.”

“I mean. Dunks is pretty good.” he pointed out, grinning slightly. “You know. Boston Runs on Dunkins. Everyone knows that.” he teased, grinning widely and laughing a tiny bit. Ro, at least, wasn’t particularly picky about his coffee and breakfast, but he did like to treat himself every now and again.

“I would go too if I didn’t have the club to worry about….” Cassidy mused with a pout. “It’s almost getting hard to try and come up with things to host at the club, though it’s doing really well right now. Got the talent show coming up and I need to hire a really good band for next week too.’

“Nice,” she responded with a smile and a nod. “Are you a nurse or maybe a med student?” He looked too young to be a doctor, though that didn’t necessarily mean he couldn’t be since looks were often deceiving. 

“I’m a nurse, yeah,” he confirmed, smiling a tiny bit and nodding to her. He was proud of their occupation, even if it hadn’t been their first pick of a dream career...

Tony loved being around people who were excited easily and weren’t afraid to show their passion, and he could see it in this guy. “That’s really cool…how’d ya get into it? I’ve always wanted to surf, but I don’t know how I’d do snowboarding. It’s looks pretty difficult…I mean not that surfing doesn’t, but there’s somethin’ about snow being added to the equation that makes it seem harder. Are there good slopes around here? Sorry to be rude, name’s Tony.”

“God, I don’t even know. Uh... my family used to go skiing all the time in the winter at Mount Wachusett. And then at some point, I just stopped skiing and started snowboarding instead, and I loved it so much I never stopped.” he admitted, grinning widely. “It’s not that hard. I mean. I don’t think it is? But I might be biased.” he admitted, laughing a bit. “But Mount Wachusett isn’t so far from here! I go all the time once it gets cold and snowy...”

Wyn stood with a small smile, arm outstretched in offering his hospital ID back to him, with some amusement. There it was, dangling from her hand with his picture and name on it and he still checked his pockets first before taking it. “You’re welcome, dear.” She let her hand fall back to her side once he retrieved his ID from her hand. “It was one of those perfect timing moments. I had looked over just as it broke away from your lanyard.” After a pause, she added, “I didn’t look but which hospital do you work at? I imagine it would’ve been hard doing anything without that there.”

Force of habit. At least he had it now!

Jesse grins before giving a fake cough into his fist, “Doc, I can’t really-” another fit of fake coughing, “Work isn’t looking like a thing, don’t think I can come it.” some out right hacking now, just to spice it up, “Oh yeah, it’s bad, I think I need a whole week off!” he says, draping himself obnoxiously onto Romeo playfully.

Hot Dawgs and Handrails….she wanted to ask why, but kept her mouth shut as she listened to him. “Well it sounds like fun and now I wanna go too if they have a music event and everything going on-but I have to work on the days that they have this thing in South California….”
