Romeo wasn’t even sure when or how this tradition had ended up being... Well, tradition. He didn’t exactly understand it, but, well, Killian had been his friend for as long as he could remember. They had met a while back, when Ro was still a new nurse trying to unwind at a bar. And they had... Erm, well. Hit it off wasn’t exactly the right term for it, but, hey, close enough.
And eventually, it just became a thing that, approximately once a week, they would go out drinking together. It was fun, and Romeo always ended up having a really good time. But here was the problem...
It was Killian’s turn to pick the bar, which meant Ro was gonna have to kick up a fuss, just like he always did.
“Why do you always wanna go to that bar? You always make us go to these kinds of places.” Ro groaned, tilting his head back and crossing his arms across his chest, nose wrinkled up with distaste. “I’m tired of getting dragged to gay bars with you. I’m not gay! There’s no reason for me to be in a gay bar! Can’t we just go to a normal club?”
This was, of course, totally hypocritical of him, because, firstly, Romeo made Killian go to “straight” bars when he wasn’t straight, and, furthermore... Romeo always had the time of his fucking life whenever Killian got the chance to take him to his choice. A part of Romeo knew that, and the complaining was just for show, for his own ego. If Killian actually gave in and took him somewhere else, he’d be crushed. But he wasn’t about to admit that!
Besides, he knew there was no way Killian was gonna give in to his whining and let him have “his way” to begin with. So it was safe for him to complain a bit before they went on their way.

There may or may not be some competition between Luke and another one of the residents at the hospital when it comes to who will be assisting the main surgeon. It isn’t like Luke to get heated over competition, but the other guy makes it unbearable so Luke definitely thinks the other hates him.

Normally they meet up by chance in a bar. But Alice prefers when they’re doing more lowkey program like visiting in each other’s place.
Alice calls them to watch her daughter, rarely. Alice doesn’t like to feel burden to anyone, so that’s why in case of emergency she calls to her friend.
Alice took one class with Lea, with her daughter to incetivate her incetivate her daughter to like colors.
