I've been thinking of this poll series for awhile, so: it's time for some TOS unfridging*!
A fairy gives you a magic wand with the power to retroactively restore a dead female character from Star Trek: the Original Series back to life. Originally, the character may have died onscreen, offscreen, in the backstory, got functionally destroyed in some sci-fi way, or been doomed to inevitable death from the repercussions of the episode. The only requirement beyond gender is that the character is a known individual, the death is certain, and all this is determined by TOS itself, not a later retcon or whatever.
If a character's true gender is unknown, I chose to err in the direction of inclusion, and the match-ups are randomly selected. With no further ado:

*Not all the canon deaths are fridging, I know. I still thought the funniest way to deal with the TOS female character death toll was to throw them all into the Thunderdome.
